      • 델파이기법을 이용한 감리점검항목 도출 방안 - 하이퍼레저 패브릭 기반으로

        국내 공공기관에서 사업비가 5억원 이상인정보시스템 구축사업은 정보시스템 감리대상이고 정보시스템 감리원은 감리기준에 따라 감리를 실시하여야 한다. 최근 금융산업을 넘어 제조, 헬스케어, 유통, 공공 부문 등 다양한 분야에 블록체인 기술이 적용되면서 블록체인 기술을 적용한 시스템 개발이 늘고 있다. 공공기관과 기업에서는 블록체인 기술을 적용하기 위해 프라이빗 블록체인인 하이퍼레저 패브릭을 사용이 증가 추세에 있다. 그러나, 새롭게 부상하고 있는 블록체인기반 시스템을 기존의 감리점검항목으로 감리를 수행하기에는 충분하지 않아 각 감리원들이 검증되지 않은 점검항목을 개별적으로 만들어 사용하고 있다. 따라서 블록체인을 적용한 시스템을 감리할때 검증된 감리점검 항목이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 델파이 프로세스를 커스터마이징하여 블록체인 기술을 활용한 시스템 개발사업에 적합한 점검항목을 도출하고, 정보시스템 감리원의 설문조사를 통해 도출된 점검항목의 적정성을 검증받았다. 이번 연구는 정보시스템 감리원의 감리 수행에 직접적인 도움이 될 것이며, 블록체인 기반 시스템을 통해 서비스를 제공하는 사업자와 주관사도 시스템의 품질 향상에 기여할 것으로 기대된다. A project to establish an information system with a project cost of more than 500 million won at a local public firm is subject to the Information System Audit (hereinafter referred to as IS Audit), and the IS Auditor shall conduct audit according to the audit criteria. Recently, as blockchain technology has been applied to various fields such as manufacturing, healthcare, distribution, and public sectors beyond the financial industry, the development of systems that apply blockchain technology is increasing. The use of Hyperledger Fabric, a private blockchain, is on the rise to utilize blockchain technology in public firms and private firms. However, the newly emerging blockchain-based system is not sufficient to carry out auditing with existing audit check items, so it has no choice but to make and use audit items individually. Therefore, a need for verified audit items for systems that base on blockchain technology has emerged. In this study, we customized the Delphi process to derive audit items suitable for the system development project using the blockchain technology, and verified the completeness and accuracy of the audit items derived through a survey by the IS Auditor. This research will be of direct help to the IS Auditor, and it is expected that operators and organizers who provide services through the blockchain-based system will also contribute to improving the quality of the system.

      • 대륙붕 한일공동광구에 분포하는 제 3기 시추 시료 유기물의 지화학적 특성

        Organic geochemical analyses were carried out in order to characterize organic matter (OM) in the sediments recovered from Korea/japan Joint Development Zone (JDZ V-1, V-3, VII-1 and VII-2) which is located in the northern end of the East China Sea Shelf Basin. Late Miocene sediments from the JDZ V-1 and V-3 wells generally contain less than $0.5\%$ of total organic carbon (TOC). However, early Miocene and Oligocene sediments show TOC values of $0.6-0.8\%$. Middle to late Miocene sediments are rich in TOC up to $20\%$ from JDZ VII-1 and JDZ VII-2 wells. The reason for this rich TOC might be attributed to the presence of coaly shales. Kerogens in the Tertiary sediments from the JDZ series wells are mainly composed of terrestrially derived woody organic matter. Elemental analyses indicate that OM from these wells can be compared to type III. Low hydrocarbon potential and hydrogen index reflect the type of OM. According to the biomarker analyses, the input of the terrestrial OM is prevalent. Oxidizing condition is also indicated by Pristane/Phytane ratio. Samples from the JDZ V-1 and V-3 wells obtain maturities equivalent to the oil generation zone around total depth, and organic matter below 3600 m from JDZ VII-1 and VII-2 wells reached dry gas generation stage. Oligocene sediments below 3500 m in the JDZ VII-1 and JDZ VII-2 wells may have generated limited amount of hydrocarbons, showing a progressive decrease in hydrogen index with depth, due to thermal degradation with increased burial. Gas shows and finely disseminated gilsonite may indicate the generation and migration of the hydrocarbons.

        Core samples from the B, E, F, H wells in the Tertiary Pohang Basin were analysed for total organic carbon (TOC) content and subject to Rock-Eval pyrolysis in order to assess petroleum geochemical characteristics of organic matter. Following geochemical screening, we selected samples from each well for the study of bitumen and kerogens such as optical observation, infra-red spectroscopy and biomarker analyses. Sediments of the Tertiary Yonil Group contain total organic carbon ranging from $0.55{\%} to 3.74{\%}$ with S1+S2 values higher than 2mgHC/g Rock in B, E and F wells, which indicates fair hydrocarbon generation potential. Most organic matter in the B, E, F wells is compared to type II based on the Rock-Eval pyrolysis, infra-red spectroscopy and optical observation. However, organic matter in the H well is compared to type III because the well is located at the margin of the basin where the preservation of terrestrial material is dominant. Geochemical analyses show that organic matter in the Yonil Group is thermally immature although thermal maturity slightly increases with depth. Maturity levels of the extracted kerogens are similar to those of bulk samples ($Tmax<435^{\circ}C$. Petroleum geochemical charateristics of the sediments in the Tertairy Yonil Group is fair in terms of the organic richness and hydrocarbon genetic potential, but organic matter is thermally immature due to the shallow burial depth. Optical observation of the kerogens and biomarker analysis show that organic matter in the Yonil Group is both marine and terrestrial origin, although it was deposited in marine environment. Pristane/phytane ratio suggests rather anoxic depositional environment. Transitional characteristics of organic matter indicate that the marine Yonil Group was deposited near the terrestrial environments. Input of terrestrial organic matter is more prevalent in the samples recovered from the lowermost horizon in the wells due to the terrestrial environment at the time of basin formation.

        Chemical components of water, chemical and isotopic compositions of extractable gases were analyzed to characterize the properties of the natural gases which are dissolved in ground water in the Pohang area. Amount of total extracted gases ranges from 27 ml/l to 50.1 ml/l. Hydrocarbon gases are composed of methane ($27{\~}376,420 ppm$) and ethane ($19{\~}127 ppm$). Amount of total hydrocarbon gases is related to the lithology and geological factors around the reservoir. Quantity of hydrocarbon gases tends to increase in the Tertiary reservoirs and in the reservoirs where the Tertiary formations are thick enough. According to the relationship between hydrocarbon gases and total solids in the ground water, it is believed that the hydrocarbon gases were dissolved in the Tertiary formation water. Based on the methane content ($>99.9\%$) and isotopic composition (${\delta}C^{13};-73.1\%_{\circ}{\~}-43.22\%_{\circ}$), we interpret the gases to be of predominantly biogenic origin which were generated by the methanogenic bacterial processes under the low temperature and anoxic conditions.

        뉴욕시티발레단 광고의 기호학적 함의: 뉴욕시티발레단 젊은 후원자의 하루 (NYC Ballet`s Young Patrons Circle)를 중심으로

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the commercial “NYC Ballet`s Young Patrons Circle” from the semiotic viewpoint. The commercial was produced by the New York City Ballet to recruit new young patrons and to draw the internet inherent meaning in the online commercial. The study is a qualitative study that used the precedent thesis, relevant books, and internet materials in literature research, and it analyzed the video secured from the official YouTube page of the New York City Ballet in the video analysis. This researcher studied the inherent ideology in the online commercial by applying the semiotic viewpoint of Roland Barthes.

        명령문과 상부사의 분포

        This paper raises two questions regarding aspectual adverbs in imperatives. One is why still is not available in imperatives, in contrast to (not) anymore. Still and anymore share the presupposition that a certain state held before the reference time and assert respectively that the state holds or does not hold at the reference time. While anymore is available in negative imperatives as in Don’t smoke anymore!, still is not. If it were, *Still smoke! would mean Continue smoking! The other question is why already is unexpectedly available in imperatives as in Go already! (in informal American English), in contrast to still, although both adverbs require stative predicates or imperfective aspect. The problem of still is explained as arising due to conflict between nature of imperatives and imperfective requirement of still. Imperatives refer to a situation yet to be realized, which will be at some future time. Therefore the situation does not have to hold until the situation time, while still cannot occur in such a context. The problem of already is solved by proposing that already in imperatives is not an aspectual adverb but a time adverb referring to an immediate future like right now. The implication of an imperative with already is that the proper time for carrying out the action has already passed, and the speaker is demanding that the action be performed right away.

        ‘대신’의 두 의미와 대조의 두 개념

        This paper explicates the semantics of the special connective taysin in Korean, whose meaning varies from replacement to contrast and compensation (Jeong, 2014). Building upon the proposal of Lee (2016), which classified the various meanings of taysin into two kinds (choosing vs. rejecting), this paper provides two lexical entries of taysin, which are distinguished by the types of arguments and the different polarities of the resulting propositions. The rejecting taysin is a function that takes two individuals and a predicate and asserts that the predicate is true for one individual but not for the other, whereas the choosing taysin is a function that takes two propositions which form a balance between positivity and negativity and asserts that both are true. This paper suggests that the two meanings correspond to two kinds of contrast. The rejecting taysin conveys a strong contrast, and the resulting two propositions cannot both be true, whereas the choosing taysin expresses a weak contrast, and the two propositions can both be true although they are in a contrastive discourse relation.
