우리 국립극장 대음악당의 음향특성을 측정하여, 해석하고 그 정식음향평가를 최초로 시도했다. 여기서 문향악과 가극연주에 대한 평가에 있어서는 특히 공시의 음향특성 Data로부터 만석시의 음향특성을 세심하게 연역해 냈다. 결과는 주로 생동감의 심핵한 결지으로 말미암아 그대로는 낭만파음악과 전형교향악은 물론이고 고전음악까지도 연구가 매우 곤란하고, Baroque 음악만이 겨우 연주가 가능할 따름이다. 가극에 대해서도 Wagnerian Opera 는 힘들고, Italian Opera 만이 어느 정도 만족스럽게 연주가 가능하다는 것을 알아냈다. 끝으로 이 음악당의 음향특성 개선을 위한 수정방안을 수개제시하고 언급해 놓았다.

관측기를 이용한 위치제어 유압 서어보 시스템의 과도응답 특성 개선 (I)

본 연구에서는 제어대상으로 설정된 유압서어보 시스템은 비선형 시스템이므 로, 실제로 측정한 상태변수와 관측기에서 추정한 상태변수를 비교하여 이들이 서로 일치하는 것을 보임으로써 관측기에서 추정한 다른 상태변수들에 대한 신뢰도를 높일 수 있다. 따라서 본논문에서는 전차수 관측기를 사용한 경우에 대하여 고찰한다. The state variables estimated in an observer were useed in feedback control of a hydraulic servosystem to increase the system stability and to enhance the system performance. The nonlinear hydraulic servosystem with the inherent nonlinearities due to the square root function of flow equation, the Coulomb friction and so on, was modelled as a fourth order linear hydraulic servosystem. Also, a second order linear system was derived for the observer-controller design. For these models, a fourth order linear observer and a second order linear observer were constructed respectively to evaluate the performance of the observer-based hydraulic servosystem. The results obtained from series of simulation showed that the system which had shown oscillatory phenomenon under proportional control became stable with the same maximum acceleration and velocity that it had started under proportional control.

MZ세대 사회복무요원의 의사소통능력과 긍정심리자본이 감성자본에 미치는 영향 연구

이 연구는 교육과정에 따라 MZ세대 사회복무요원의 감성자본에 영향을 미치는 의사소통능력과 긍정심리자본 요인의 상대적 영향력을 검증하기 위해 실시되었다. 경상권 지역에서 복무 중인 사회복무요원을 대상으로 2022년 4월부터 6월까지 약 3개월간 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 578명의 데이터를 활용하여 기술통계, 독립표본 t검증, 상관관계분석, 위계적 회귀방정식을 실시하여 다음과 같은 연구결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 사회복무요원의 의사소통능력은 감성자본에 유의한 영향을 미쳤지만, 긍정심리자본 요인이 투입하였을 때는 의사소통능력의 유의한 영향력은 잃는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사회복무요원의 기본직무교육 집단과 심화직무교육 집단에 긍정심리자본 요인이 투입하였을 때 의사소통능력은 유의한 영향력을 잃는 것으로 나타났다. 기본직무교육 집단에서는 긍정심리자본 요인 중 희망이 감성자본에 유의한 영향을 미쳤지만, 심화직무교육 집단에서는 희망과 회복탄력이 감성자본에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구는 교육과정에 따라 MZ세대 사회복무요원의 의사소통능력과 긍정심리자본 요인이 감성자본에 상대적으로 미치는 영향력을 구체적으로 확인한 연구라는 점에서 의의를 지닌다. 마지막으로 사회복무요원 직무교육과 사회복지조직의 개선방안에 대한 제안 및 함의점, 후속 연구에서의 방향성 등을 제시하였다. This study was conducted to verify the relative influence of communication ability and positive psychological capital factors that affect the emotional capital of MZ generation social service personnel according to the curriculum. A survey was conducted on social service personnel serving in the Gyeongsang region for about three months from April to June 2022, and the following research results were derived by conducting descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, correlation analysis, and hierarchical regression equations using data from 578 people. First, it was found that the communication ability of social service personnel had a significant effect on emotional capital, but when positive psychological capital factors were introduced, the significant influence of communication ability was lost. Second, when positive psychological capital factors were introduced in both the basic job education group and the in-depth job education group of social service personnel, the significant influence of communication ability was lost. On the other hand, in basic job education, hope among the factors of positive psychological capital had a significant effect on emotional capital, but in in in-depth job education, hope and resilience had a significant effect on emotional capital. This study was significant in that it was a study that specifically confirmed the relative influence of communication ability and positive psychological capital factors on the emotional capital of social service personnel according to the curriculum. Finally, the contents of job training for social service personnel, suggestions and implications for improving social welfare organizations, and directions in subsequent studies were presented.

다문화가정 어머니의 자녀 양육행동 효과성에 미치는 영향 변인에 대한 연구

본 연구의 목적은 다문화가정 어머니의 자녀 양육행동 효과성에 영향을 미치는 요인 및 그 영향의 정도를 밝히고, 결과를 근거로 자녀 양육행동 효과성을 높일 수 있는 사회복지 실천 개입전략을 마련하는 것이다. 다문화가정 어머니의 양육행동 효과성에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인은 부모효능감, 출신국가, 자녀 기질에 따른 스트레스로 나타났으며, 연령, 교육수준, 경제수준, 자녀관계 스트레스, 성취기대 스트레스, 배우자 지지, 주위 인물의 지지, 문화적응 스트레스는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과에 따라 결론에서는 다문화가정 어머니의 자녀 양육행동 효과성을 높이기 위한 실천적 함의가 제시되었다. The purpose of this research is to find out the factor and the influence affecting the parenting behavior effectiveness of the mother in multi-cultural family as well as to arrange the social welfare strategic intervention that elevate the parenting behavior of the mother in multi-cultural family based on the results. Main factors that affect the parenting behavior effectiveness of the mother in multi-cultural family have been shown as followings; confidence as a parent, nationality, stress by the child’s personality. But other factors; age, educational standard, economical status, stress by relationship with children, stress by the achievement of expectation, spouse’s support, support by people around them, stress of the enculturation; didn’t have the effect on parenting behavior effectiveness. According to the results of these reports, practical implication was presented to increase the parenting behavior effectiveness of the mother in multi-cultural family.

觀測器를 利용한 位置制御 油壓 서보 시스템의 過度應答 特性 改善 (II) -애널로그 관측기를 이용한 실험결과-

본 연구에서는 비례제어하였을 때 정정한 시스템(K=1.0)과 진동 현상을 보이는 시스템(K=20)을 제어대상으로 설정한 후, 관측기의 상태변수를 이용하여 이들을 피이드백 제어하였을 때 응답 특성이 개선될 수 있는지를 조사하고자 한다. The oscillatory hydraulic servosystem and the stable hydraulic servosystem under proportional control were feedback-controlled respectively using the estimated states of the observer. The observer was constructed in the analog computer and then it was interfaced with the real hydraulic servosystem to excute the experiment. As a result of experiment, the system that had been stable under proportional control responded more rapidly than before and the system that had shown oscillatory phenomenon under proportional control became stable with the same maximum acceleration and velocity that it had started under proportional control.
