In this paper the effect of the amorphous structure of anodized aluminum oxide insulator films on this electrical conduction characteristics is analized with reference to experimental results obtained. By Mott's hopping theory, the drift mobility of charge carrier in formed MIM device is regarded as involving the repeated trapping and release of drifting carrier. In most cases, the release time is longer than the trapping and release of drifting carrier. In most cases, the release time is longer than the trapping time. From the calculation of the release time of drifting carrier of MIM device will decrease with increasing voltage at a certain critical point. Finally we also find that the bulk control conduction mechanism of MIM device after forming is divided into two classes-one is hopping mechanism without trapping rate control when applied voltage is than 3V, and the other is hopping mechanism with trapping rate control when larger than 3V.

A method that simulate a series resonator of one port network when op amp is a integrator of one pole roll of with a frequency characteristics of 6 ㏈/octave roll off but it is not a ideal VCVS is proposed. the proposed resonator that constructed with only resonators and two op amps was designed by using SFG and Sensitivity is good as be low 1.

After mixing powders of TiO₂ and BaCO₃ at a mole ratio of one to one, it was calcined for 3 hours at 1000℃, and we formed thin films with the calcined powder and observed them by scanning electron-microscope and X-ray diffraction for sintered behaviour. The investigation of sintered behaviour indicated that the crystallization of BaTiO₃began to be formed at 700℃, and it was carried out near at 1000℃ actively and required at sintered process for 3 hours. A platinium substrate was used in order to investigate the electric characteristics of BaTiO₃ thin film, and the dielectric constant was investigated of surrounding temperature for the thinkness of the fabricated thin film specimen of about 8000 Å. Dielectric constant showed the largest value near at 117℃ surrounding temperature.

Port variables of double terminated LC ladder filter are transformed by the linear transformation matrix which is chosen from the interconnection rule. Transformed variables are interpreted as a incident and reflected voltage waves. Transmission characteristics of waves are simulated by active RC circuits. Sensitivity analysis of active circuit confirmed that this method is very low sensitivity. Experiment for the 8th order Butterworth bandpass filter is given. Experimental results are agreed well with the theoretical ones.

1. The length of the conductor was regarded as a part of the infinitily long line and the transient distribution of the electric field was neglected 2. The substance and the thickness of the conductor were the same in every part. 3. The divergence of the current density in the condnctor was zero. 4. The static induction effect was disregarded. From the above hypothesys the following resulted, the resistance ratio of flat thin film conductor was varied by increasing frequency: at low frequency region the ratio was 1 and at medium frequency region the ratio was proportional to α√f but the resistance ratio of flat square type conductor was increased propotional to αf at higher frequency region. Also we know that flat plane conductors have b/c《1 where d is thickness and c is width.

Recently, thin film transistors make its newly appearance from view points of high field intensity, high power, reasonable price and convenience of IC. In this paper, the TFT with anodizing Al₂O₃ thin film gate have been fabricated. This insulating materials have good field intensity and economic price. The effects of TFT has been investigated with variable insulating thickness.

Formation of power and dielectric characteristics of the system Pb(Mn_(⅓) Sb_(⅔) _(0.08)Ti_(0.495) Zr_(0.425)O₃ by hydrothermal synthesis method are descrided. This ceramics by hydrothermal synthesis were formed above 160℃, reaction temperature. The grain size of powders were increased with the rising of hydrothermal reaction temperature and holding time. Sintering density and dielectric constant of sample was maximum nearby 220℃~240℃, reaction temperature.

The conventional proportional P controller has been used as the position controller of the dc servomotor. When the unknown and inaccessible load torque, such as the coulomb friction and so on, is imposed on the dc servomotor, this controller system has the stedy state error and transient-state error. this will be reduced by a new method in this paper, which is composed P type controller is based on the observer and programmed in the computer. by this method, We can obtain high stiffness of the DC servomotor control system. The discrete observer should be employed because this type of observer can estimate the external force simply and fast.

Practical calculation of transient resistance effects in conductors are reported. Induced are the current density distribution in cylindrical and semi-infinite solid conductors for an applied surface step electric field E, and the density in a flat wide conductor. Two analogies used to yield useful result ; thermal diffusion in a cylinder and voltage transient, on a semi-infinite transmission line. Results are applied to the calculation of time constants of a transmission line.
