        엔지니어링 프로젝트 관리를 위한 실행공동체 기반의 조직간 협업모형 개발

        The importance of collaboration has long been emphasized not only within an organization but also among organizations. Many companies collaborate on a project with partners for the accomplishment of strategic goals. Without collaborations, access to partner’s knowledge or skill would probably be restricted and innovation among organizations could not be realized. However, a research on project management has focused on the tools of management instead of making an effort to increase collaboration between the owners and contractor organizations during the project. The main objective of this paper is to present an inter-organizational collaboration model based on CoP to support successful implementation of engineering projects. The proposed model demonstrates that project management with collaboration is critically essential for not only simple achieving the success of engineering projects, but also reaching strategic goals that eventually enrich the organization’s overall performance and capability. And then a case study was performed with a real company to apply this model. Finally, the effect of the proposed model was validated by the user test.

        플랜트 O&M을 위한 기자재 조달방식 의사결정에 관한 연구 - 기술전략 관점을 중심으로 -

        In the plant industry, the share of equipment accounts for 45 ~ 75%, which is very high. It is a traditional plant centered on processes and reactions like petroleum and chemical plants. Renewable energy generation plants such as wind power generation and solar power generation are equipment-centric plants. Equipment-centric plants are very important not only in the EPC phase but also in the operation and management phase. The procurement of equipment for plant operation and management can be divided into make and buy. Make is a method of producing equipment itself, and buy is a method of procuring equipment from the outside. The procurement method of the equipment directly affects the plant operation and management cost. In this study, the decision making of equipment procurement method for plant operation and management is defined as 4 phase. Each phase is selection of procurement decision-making objects, technology strategy perspective, finance perspective, and production perspective. In detail, we defined selection process of procurement decision-making objects and technology strategy perspective process. We will contribute to the enhancement of the competitiveness of the plant operation and management area by carrying out researches on the process and application examples of financial and production perspectives in the future.

        The application types of systems engineering can be classified into precedented and unprecedented system design. Particularly, in the cases of precedented system design, it is achievable to save development time and cost through utilizing reference data related to the precedented system as system initial specifications. By reverse engineering process based on systems engineering, the sources can be restructured and utilized as reference data to perform the precedented system design effectively. In this paper, a reference model for system initial specification deduction is proposed, which has high usability and makes the completeness of reference data better through improving the existing reverse engineering processes based on systems engineering, also applicability of the reference model is reviewed by case study.
