Effect of starting SiC particle size on nitridation rate and flexural strength of $Si_3N_4$-bonded-SiC (SNBSC) ceramics was investigated by using SiC particles of different size (${\sim}200\;{\mu}m$, ${\sim}100\;{\mu}m$ and ${\sim}45\;{\mu}m$). The specimen prepared from smaller SiC particles resulted in higher nitridation rate after nitridation at $1450^{\circ}C$, owing to the lower packing density in green body. The flexural strength showed maxima after 1-h nitridation for all specimens and then decreased with prolonged nitridation because of local densification-induced pore coarsening. The specimen prepared from smaller SiC particles showed better flexural strength because of smaller pore size and partly higher nitridation rate in the specimen. A maximal flexural strength of 29 MPa was obtained in the specimen with a density of $2.04\;g{\cdot}cm^3$, which was prepared from $45\;{\mu}m$-SiC particles.

Porous mullite-bonded SiC (MBSC) ceramics were fabricated at temperatures ranging from 1400 to $1500^{\circ}C$ for 2 h using silicon carbide (SiC), alumina ($Al_2O_3$), strontium oxide (SrO), and poly (methyl methacrylate-coethylene glycol dimethacrylate) (PMMA) microbeads. The effect of template content on porosity, pore morphology, and flexural strength were investigated. The porosity increased with increasing the template content at the same sintering temperature. The flexural strength showed maximum after sintering at $1450^{\circ}C$/2 h for all specimens due to small pores and dense strut. By controlling the template content and sintering temperature, it was possible to produce porous MBSC ceramics with porosities ranging from 30% to 54%. A maximum flexural strength of ~51MPa was obtained at 30% porosity when no template were used and specimens sintered at $1450^{\circ}C$/2 h.

The purpose of this study is to grasp the current status of infant physical education and its issues in order seek ways to revitalize it. The research surveys were sent out from May to July, to directors and teachers of pre-school education institutes with physical education programs in the Seoul and Gyeonggi areas. A total of 200 copies were distributed, and 183 were taken for analysis. Data processing was carried out using the SPSS 16.0 statistics program. The results are the following. First of all, the results showed that 24.0% of private institutes used assembly halls and gym for physical education; classes were mostly held one a week (85.2%), and mostly organized by a commissioned organization (96.7%). The reason for the shortage of physical education was attributed to a lack of awareness(15.8%) for private institutes, and shortage of space(15.8%) for public institutes. Second, many answered that pre-school physical activities are a must (75.4%), and 43.7 considered the activities to be very effective; the main goal for education was enhancing fundamental fitness (39.3%), and P.E. programs that are tied to pre-school education content should be handled with importance(39.3%). Third, in order to have a systemized class, a designated teacher is required (83.1%), and 98.9% answered that a training institution for these designated teachers was necessary. On inquiring what the current Ministry of Education should emphasize, 56.3% answered the development of P.E programs. 67.2% saw the lack of preparation time for P.E classes problematic, caused by teachers being overburdened with work. 55.2% insisted that P.E programs for pre-schoolers is the greatest requirement for revitalization.

본 연구는 공기업부문의 기술혁신과 관련한 논의가 실제적으로 존재하지 않는 상태에서 우선 기술혁신과 공기업에 관한 일반론을 제시하고, 이를 통합하여 공기업 부문에 접목하기 위해 한국조폐공사 사례에 적용하여 기술혁신 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 이와 같은 한국조폐공사의 기술혁신과 관련하여 몇 가지 정책적 시사점이 있다. 첫째, 공기업 핵심 기능과 관련된 기술개발에 있어 공기업은 국가혁신체계의 중심축이 되어야 한다. 둘째, 공기업 내부직원 및 외부관련자의 다양한 조사를 통해 공사 차원의 기술적 역량에 대한 면밀한 분석 노력이 필요하다. 셋째, 다양한 관련 기업, 대학, 기타 기관을 대상으로 하여 공사의 기술혁신네트워크에 대한 분석 및 평가가 이루어져야 한다. 넷째, 공사차원의 기술정책연구를 활성화할 필요성이 있다. 다섯째, 지적재산권 관리제도를 확립하고 개발자에 대한 인센티브 제공을 위한 장치를 마련한다. 마지막으로 공사의 기술혁신과 관련된 주요 사항을 심의ㆍ의결하기 위해 사장 직속의 조폐기술혁신 의결기구 설립과 대외 경쟁력확보를 위한 공사 최고경영자의 기술혁신에 대한 지속적인 관심 및 이를 제도화해야 한다. This research presents technology innovation of public enterprises throughout general consideration about technology innovation and public enterprises. There are some implication regarding technology innovation of KOSCOM. First, public enterprise in technical development must get into central axis of national innovation system. Second, through various investigation of public enterprise about employee and persons concerned, need to analyze meticulously about technological capacity of public enterprise. Third, need to analyze and evaluate about technology innovation network of public enterprise aimed at various corporation, university and other institution. Fourth, there is necessity to activate technology policy research of public enterprises. Fifth, establish intellectual property rights administration system and ready device for incentive offer about developer. Finally, need to establish mintage technical innovation decision committee under president and to maintain CEO's interest about technology innovation to assure competitive power.
태권도 수련에 따른 유소년들의 신체적 자아개념이 사회적 능력 및 정서적 능력에 미치는 영향

To research on the effect of physical self-concept on Juvenile's social and emotional abilities depending on the level of Taekwondo training, juveniles who were the participants of Taekwondo training in Seoul and Gyeong-ki province were selected as the population. After that, by using convenience sampling method, 420 questionnaires were distributed to Taekwondo gyms in Ma-po, Kang-buk, Dongdaemon in Seoul, and Si-heung, An-san, Yongin in Gyeong ki Province. Questionnaires were filled out by using self administration method and total of 403 questionnaires were used to analyze. SPSS verson 15.0 was used for the data analysis and encoded 403 samples. base on the purpose of this research, descriptive and frequency analysis were used to analyze the characteristics of demographical specific variables. After the correlation analysis between the variables by using Pearson's coefficient of correlation, standard multiple regression analysis was used to examine the effect of juveniles' physical self-concept on social and emotional abilities. And the results are as follows. First, juveniles' physical self-concept depending on the level of Taekwondo training showed statically significant affect on all the factors of social ability. Among all the factors under physical self-concept, appearance factor had positive affect on sub factors of social ability. And other factors partly have effected positively on social ability. Second, juveniles' physical self-concept depending on the level of Taekwondo training showed statically significant affect on of emotional ability partly. Among the sub factors of emotional ability, person controVinterpersonal skill factors had statically no significant affect and other sub factors had signifiant affect.
GaN FET 기반 플라이백 컨버터를 이용한 능동 셀 밸런싱의 성능 향상

In a battery module with multiple cells in series, the efficiency of the cell balancing circuit is very important because it is related to the balancing time and energy usage. This paper proposes a high efficiency active cell balancing circuit that can transfer energy from module to cell. The proposed balancing circuit consists of a flyback converter for transferring energy and bidirectional switches for selecting a weak cell. In order for the proposed circuit to have high efficiency, the flyback converter uses GaN FETs with excellent electrical characteristics and operates in DCM(Discontinuous Conduction Mode) for soft switching. To verify the performance of the proposed circuit, a 5W GaN FET based flyback converter was built and cell balancing experiments was performed. This was compared to a MOSFET based balancing circuit. Experimental results show that the proposed circuit improves maximum efficiency by 8.6%, reduces cell balancing time by 10%, and reduces cell balancing energy loss by 16% compared to the MOSFET-based circuit.

Many business corporations have utilized sports as one of effective marketing communication tools to be successful in market competition. These corporations have had strong interest in using sport celebrities for sport related advertisement since the image of these sport athletes played an important role in generating marketing effectiveness. However, a handful studies have been conducted to investigate the effectiveness of advertisement using sport celebrities with college students who were considered as one of major target markets for sport related advertisements. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the relationships among outcome variables including the image of sport celebrity, corporation image, loyalty, and purchase intension with college students. Total 364 college students from universities in Chungcheong province participated in this study. Convenient sampling method with survey was employed for the data collection. The Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS 18.0) was used for analyses. A reliability analysis was also conducted and then the researchers examined descriptive statistics for all variables used in this study. A series of multiple regression analyses were employed to predict purchase intention with other outcome variables. The findings of this study are as follows. First, the image of sport celebrity had positive influence on the image of corporation. Second , the image of sport celebrity was identified as significant factor to predict the image of corporation loyalty . Third, the image of sport celebrity had effect on the purchase intension. Fourth, the corporation image had influence on the purchase intension. Fifth, the corporation loyalty had effect on the purchase intension. Sixth, the corporation image was identified as significant factor to predict the corporation loyalty. In conclusion, the three dimensions (attractiveness, reliability and profession) of sport celebrity image might influence the outcome variables such as corporation image, loyalty and purchase intension. It might be valuable for sport marketers to conduct review processes for selecting right ones who successfully represent the images of corporations.
