In this paper, we propose an on-line mechanism that simultaneously detects cracks and profiling pavement blocks to detect the displacement of ground surface adjacent to the excavation in the urban area. The proposed method utilizes a 2D laser to profile the information about pavement blocks including the depth and distance among them. In particular, it is designed to enable the detection of cracks and portholes at runtime. For the experiment, real data was collected through Gocator, and trainng was carried out using Faster R-CNN. The performance evaluation shows that our detection precision and recall are more than 90% and the pavement blocks are profiled at the same time. Our proposed mechanism can be used for monitoring management to quantitatively detect the level of excavation risk before a large-scale ground collapse occurs.

최근 양산되는 프로젝트는, 자동운전/무인운전을 기본으로 한다. 열차에 기관사가 탑승하여 수동운전을 하기 보다는 스위치 버튼에 의한 자동운전 또는 열차 제어가 원격으로 시행되는 무인운전이 가능해 지게 되었다. 자동운전 / 무인운전이 문제없이 운영이 되기 위해서는, 열차 정위치 정차가 정확하게 이뤄져 승객의 불편 사항이 없어야 하며 이에 수반되는 유지보수도 자칫 실수를 할 수 있는 사람의 손에 의한 것 보다는 자동으로 보정될 수 있도록 시스템적인 보완이 이뤄져야 한다. 이에 본 논문에서는 열차 자동 휠 보정에 대한 기술적인 검토 및 이점에 대해서 서술 한다. 열차 자동 휠 보정을 통해서, 열차의 정확한 위치파악이 가능 하게 되었으며, 이에 뒤따르는 정위치 정차 향상을 도모하여, 향 후 무인운전 상용화에 큰 기여를 할 것으로 기대된다. Recent projects that have been produced, the automatic operation/driverless operation should be the primary base. Rather than operating manually on the train by driver, driving automatic operation by pressing the switch button is able to be controlled remotely and become possible recently. For automatic operation/driverless operation in order to be operated without problem, the precise train stop should be performed without any inconvenience of passengers and accompanying this, rather than hands of people who can make mistakes, automatic compensation of wheel diameter in system is preferred. In this paper, automatic train wheel compensation and benefits for technical review is described. Through automatic compensation of train wheel, the exact train stop is possibly identified. Followed by this, improvement for precise train stop would contribute to commercialize a driverless operation.
The Effect of Prior Innovation Paths on Path Switching between Exploitation and Exploration

Organizations can achieve a balance between exploitation exploration by cycling temporally through periods of exploitation and periods of exploration. This paper conceptualizes exploitation and exploration as technological paths in organizations by drawing from the theoretical framing provided by the organization path dependence. The prior paths of organizations affect their choice for next actions and decision. Exploitation and exploration represent different phases of organization path dependence and their path characteristics affect the occurrence of path switching over time. This paper addresses how duration, intensity, and dynamics of previous innovation paths influence path switching between exploitation and exploration. We find that the duration of an exploitation path prevents organizations from shifting to exploration. However, the intensity and dynamics of exploitation paths increases the likelihood of path switching to exploration. The duration and dynamics of an exploration path enables them to shift to the exploitation. In contrast, the intensity of exploitation paths delays path switching to exploration. The findings of this paper imply that previous organization paths might not only constrain the next paths but also stimulate path dynamics. The constraint or enabling effect of organization paths to path dependence depends on the characteristics of organization paths. The current innovation paths can be considered an evolution of, rather than a departure from, the prior innovation activities.

In this treatise, I studied the stranger-consciousness in Mok-wol Park"s lyrical poems. The stranger in Mok-wol Park"s lyrical poems wanders to find eternal native place. The eternal native place is a transcendental native place, namely the world of identity. We can find the universal emotions at the stranger in Mok-wol Park"s lyrical poems who wanders to recover the transcendental native place. There is a strong romantic vision in Mok-wol Park"s early natural lyrical poems. This strong romantic vision is related with the strangerconsciousness. In the middle of his life of a poet, he traveled to Kyungsang-do, his native place. At that time Kyungsang-do appears to him a paradise. Mol-wol Park recovered his identity, the continuity and totality of life through Kyungsang-do. In this period, he wrote many poems that are related with his mother. In his poems, mother is equal to his native place. We can find Christian stranger in his later poems. After he met his god, he felt himself a stranger or pilgrim in this hopeless world. He is walking to Heaven, essential world, homeland enduring the painful life in this corrupt world.
