This paper discusses tests of factor effect or contrast by the use of saturated design Kn factorial design. The nine nonparametric rank measures in normality test using normal probability pot are proposed. 정확도와 정밀도 오차에 의한 PCI, PPI 및 시그마 수준의 유형화

The research classifies PCI(Process Capability Index), PPI(Process Performance Index), Sigma Level and PPM(Parts per Million) in the perspective of the accuracy and precision for process. The guidelines for usage are provided at the situations like as quality improvement activity and six sigma innovation movement. The research is summarized into three categories as follows : 1) The precision of process dispersion is classified into three types such as within standard deviation, overall standard deviation, and total standard deviation. 2) The accuracy of process mean is distinguished by two types such as static and dynamic. The results of 1) and 2) are also applied to the , , , and control charts. 3) The guidelines of usage on the PCI, PPI, and sigma level according to the grouping of accuracy and precision are proposed with practical examples. 제조물책임(PL) 대응방안으로의 ISO9001:2000 품질경영시스템

2002년 7월부터 시행될 한국의 제조물책임법은 제조물의 결함으로 인한 소비자의 피해구제가 목적으로 이에 따라 기업으로서는 제품의 품질과 안전에 대한 부담은 더욱 증가하게 되었다. ISO9001:2000 품질경영시스템의 요구사항은 고객만족 지향에 대한 프로세스의 지속적인 개선을 강조하여 개정되었고, 고객의 요구는 제품의 안전을 더욱 중요시하는 추세로서 이러한 대응방안을 ISO9001:2000 품질경영시스템의 요구사항에서 고찰·제시하고자 한다. ISO9001:2000 품질경영시스템은 경영에 대한 프로세스 접근방식의 도입으로 프로세스의 입력사항으로 고객이 중요한 역할을 하며, 고객의 요구사항이 충족되었는지를 검토하며, 지속적인 고객만족을 위해 프로세스를 관리한다. 본 연구에서는 먼저 제조물책임법의 도입배경과 Is09001:2000 품질경영시스템의 특징을 고찰한다. 그리고, ISO9001:2000 품질경영시스템과 PL과의 관련성을 제고하여 제조물의 결함 유형별, 경영관리지침 항목, 소송상의 항목으로 분류하여 제조물책임 대응방안으로 ISO 9001:2000 품질경영시스템을 제시하고자 한다.

Agents which prevent binding of cocaine to the dopamine transporter (DAT) weakly inhibit the reuptake of DA and act as antagonists at DA/ serotonin (5-HT) receptors might be useful drugs for treating cocaine addiction by assisting cocaine addicts in maintaining abstinence. To determine the structural requirements necessary for this dual activity at DAT and DA/5-HT receptor sites, a series of (bisarylmethoxy)butylpiperazine derivatives was prepared and evaluated in vitro and in vivo. These hybrid ligands were constructed by combining pharmacophores for the DAT and the DA/5-HT receptor. The initial series was evaluated in vitro as DAT and DA/5-HT receptor ligands and selected target compounds were tested in vivo for effects on cocaine-induced hyper-locomotor activity (LMA). Most of the new compounds demonstrated high to moderate affinity (4 to 175 nM) at the DAT. Compound 18exhibited the highest discrimination ratio (DR) of 144. These derivatives displayed modest affinity for and antagonistic activity at D 2 /D 3 DA receptors. Compounds 10 and 18 stimulated LMA whereas compound 16 suppressed the response. Cocaine-induced hyperlocomotion was attenuated by compounds 16 and 18. The results of this study demonstrate that (bisarylmethoxy)butylpiperazine derivatives may be of value in the development of therapeutics for treating cocaine abuse/addiction and in the further pharmacological and biological characterization of the DAT.
