        한국군의 직업군인제 발전방향

        Military professionalism has been received a great deal of attention from sholars and officers in accordance with the democratic development in Korean society in rescent years. But only a few has endeavoured to clarify the nature of military professionalism and the necessary and sufficient conditions for the establishment of military professionalism. Therefore, it is in need of more studies about what military professionalism is, how the reality of military professionalism is ROK Army is. This study begins with the redefinition of military professionalism suitable to the democratization in Korea, and goes on to analyze the reality of military professionalism in ROK Army. From this analysis, the study soncludes with some suggesions on the necessary and sufficient conditions that can contribute to the establishment of military professionalism in ROK Army.

        동질모둠이 수행한 과학탐구실험에서 실험 진행에 따른 상호작용의 변화와 특성

        The purpose of this study was to understand the factors affecting interactions as well as the students' learning process in small group activities. For this purpose, the changes and characteristics of students' interactions in scientific inquiry experiments were analyzed. This study focused on 2 homogeneous small groups of eighth graders. Students were involved in 13 inquiry experiments for one year and students' interactions in each experiments were observed and recorded using video/audio and the data recorded were transcribed. The analysis of data was based on the method of making a note by looking on and listening to the data repeatedly. Changes in the interactions of the two homogeneous groups differ remarkably. In small group A, owing to the conflicts of students' emotions, learning through social interactions became to be impossible. On the other hand, the interactions in small group B became more active. It seems that this changes are affected largely by the existence of peers who are able to mediate different opinions or feelings among group members. In general, middle school students were poor at receiving peers' opinion, cared a lot about writing reports. The less able students tended to be placed at a disadvantageous position in experiment lessons emphasizing social interactions. Four factors that affected the change of interactions were identified: Is the aim of experiments the understanding or completion of report? Is there any attitude towards peers' suggestions? Is there a disposition to care about peers? Is there any peer to mediate on peers' opinions or feelings? Educational implications of the progression of activities emphasizing interactions and the organization of grouping were drawn.

      • 건열, 약제, 온탕 처리가 키다리병 이병 볍씨의 발아, 초기 생육 및 후기 발병율에 미치는 영향

        In order to develop effective environmental-friendly seed treatments for Bakanae disease caused by Gibberella fujikuroi in rice seedlings, we investigated the effects of dry heat, chemical and warm water treatments on seed germination, seedling growth, and infection rate of Bakanae disease in contaminated rice seeds, and tried to find out the maximum high temperature limits and post treatment conditioning for rice seeds. The results showed that germination and height of seedlings as affected by warm water and chemical treatments were similar, and disinfectant efficiency was good in combined treatment with warm water and chemical treatments. Although warm water and chemical treatments did not show serious infection rates, some dry heat treatments showed varying infection rates. These varying infiection rates could be significantly reduced by increasing the maximum temperature of dry heat treatment even though seed germination was also decreased by high dry heat temperatures. Therefore, between 80℃ to 85℃ of maximum and 3 days of post conditioning treatments of dry heat treatment should be applied for disinfection of rice seed for Bakanae disease. These results indicated that dry heat treatment may be effectively used as one of the major environmental- friendly seed treatments.

        중학교 과학과 교육과정 및 그 운영진단Ⅰ : 교육과정 목표 및 목표도달도

        To figure out the present status of Korean middle school science curriculum in the national level is not an easy job, especially in the restricted condition such as this research project. Therefore, to achieve a meaningful result, the case study type of research was adopted. In the study five middle schools(2 boy's and 3 girl's) were selected and examined intensively. In this study, two major works were done. One was the analysis of the present middle school science curriculum and the other was to examine the current status of the administration of the curriculum in schools. This first study focused on the evaluation of the current Curriculum. According to the result, the objectives stated in the teachers guide and implied by the testbook were heavily concentrated on the knowledge level in Boom's taxonomy. Achievement on the objectives which were selected as important were very low. The average pass rate for the selected objectives was less than 50% of the students. This means the content level of the present science curriculum is not appropriate. The study suggested that the present middle school science curriculum should be revised and the content should be replaced with easier topics to match the students cognitive level. The study also suggested further studies to measure the cognitive level of Korean students in national scale.

      • 전기분해공정을 이용한 염색 폐수처리에 관한 연구

        Dye wastewater was treated with an electrolysis process. The electrochemical technology using C/C, Fe/Fe, Al/ Al electrodes was investigated. In this study, electrode material, electrode concentration, electrode distance, current density, and pH value were found to have significant effect on COD and color removal efficiency in electrolysis process. After electrolysis for 60min with AV Al, COD removal efficiency was 57% and color removal efficiency was 100%, respectively. COD removal efficiency with electrode distance was 62% in 3cm after electrolysis for one hour. Removal efficiency of color was 100%. It was explained by the activation of electrooxidation and electrocogaulation. The removal efficiency of COD with current density seemed to be 55% in 40mN cm² after one hour reaction and color removal efficiency was 100%. The removal efficiency of COD with electrode concentration was 62% in NaCl 4000ppm after one hour reaction and color removal efficiency was 100%. The highest removal efficiency of COD and color with variation of pH was pH 5.0. The removal efficiency of T-N, NH₄⁺-N, color was 38%, 82%, 90% after 40min reaction. The optimal conditions of the electrooxidation process to treat the dye wastewater in this study were as follows current density(40mA/cm2 ), electrode distance(3.0cm), pH value(5.0) and Al/ Al electrode.

        중학교 과학과 교육과정 및 그 운영진단 ( Ⅱ ) : 지적 발달수준과 학업성취도

        To examine the effect of students' Cognitive level upon their achievement on Science, the students' cognitive levels were tested by using GALT(Group Assessment of Logical Thinking) and examined the Correlation between the cognitive level and achievement. According to the results, most students were still in the conerete level Only 60% of 9th grade students could handle the logic of displacement volume. In case of proportional logic and logic of probability, only 40% of 9th graders could handle them. Only 10% of the students could understand Correlational logic. Cognitive level and students achievement were estimated to be in a very closely related. Students who were in a high cognitive level showed better achievement scores on knowledge, comprehensive, inquiry, and application items than those who were in low cognitive level. Therefore, this study suggests that the content of the current middle school science should be revised in a way to match the students' cognitive level.
