Modern times are called 'the system and fusion era'. One system has been compounded with the other system repeatedly, and the new systems form a great mixed system again and again. Discrete electronic devices have been integrated as one semiconductor system and have been unified as a great mixed system frequently. This study proposes a module based 2-year college electronic engineering curriculum focused on system and integrated circuit design. This curriculum is devised to be suitable for the industrial environment, especially in the school-industry cooperation, and is recomposed to promote the organic union of interdisciplinary courses. The newly designed course has been developed as a multi semester module model which enables a practical field training and in-depth study.
음성인식을 위한 Dynamic Time Warp 소자의 설계

Dynamic Time Warp(DTW) needs for iterative calculations and the design of PE cell suitable for the operations is very important. Accordingly, this paper aims at real time recognition design enables large dictionary hardware realization using DTW algorithm. The DTW PE cell separated into three large blocks. "MIN" is the one block for counting accumulated minimum distance. "ADD" block calculates these minimum distances, and "ABS" seeks for the absolute values to the total sum of local distances. Circuit design and verification about the three block have been accomplished, and performed layout '||'&'||' DRC(design rule check) using 1.2 m CMOS N-Well rule base.CMOS N-Well rule base.
저전력 다기능 센서시스템 코어 셀 A/D Converter

This paper has proposed a 4- bit 20MHz Flash A/D converter design available analog signal processing and realized its intergrated circuit. The core chip was fabricated by Hynix 0.35㎛ CMOS process. The parallel comparison method A/D converter quantized analog signals swiftly using various converters. Also this theme has designed economic power dissipation circuit using a preamplifier of low volt & power CMOS comparator. And the core cell ADC is usable to develop multi-functional sensor system for numerous application control sector. 이 논문은 아날로그 신호처리용 집적회로 구현을 위한 4-비트 20MHz Flash A/D 콘버터를 제안하였다. 이 칩은 Hynix 0.35㎛ CMOS process 공정으로 제조되었다. A/D 콘버터 병렬비교 방식은 다양한 변환기를 이용하여 빠르게 아날로그 신호를 양자화 하였다. 또한 이 연구는 저전압 및 저전력 CMOS 비교기 프리앰프를 이용하여 경제적으로 전력소모를 최소화 하였다. 그리고 이 ADC 코어셀은 여러 가지 응용 제어 선택을 위한 다기능 센서 시스템 개발에 유용하다.

This paper has checked the position and roles of IT(Information Technology) for future society greeting the open campus in 21 century. The idea was focused 'how to construct IT manpower growing system for electronics related departments that are expected to lead the whole industries in 30 years. The problem how to grow competitive manpower and to receive the necessity of industries flexibly is hot issue for the various education system and it should be linked to career education. Also it is very important element how to realize practically open campus education in the lifelong vocational society. This theme has described the organization between IT related department and school for the functional realization of the center (laboratory) based module type muti semester education system, and has proposed an unique direction of the education development that is shown the relationship between virtual education and open education system suitable for new era. Especially it has depicted the idea how to cooperate with virtual education and lifelong education system through 'CIMTL(Center for Information Media Technology Learning)'.
