메탄 부분산화반응 Ni/CeO2 촉매에 La 첨가의 영향

The effects of La addition to Ni/CeO2 methane partial oxidation catalysts were investigated. Catalysts were prepared by the impregnation and urea methods. In the preparation of catalysts, La content was changed from 1wt% to 3wt%. Catalysts that contain 2wt% La showed the highest methane conversion of about 80% and CO selectivity of 84%and H2 selectivity of 70%. This result may be stemmed from that, when La content is 2wt%,a fluorite oxide-type structure is well formed and carbon deposition is also decreased. Among the catalysts, 2.5wt% Ni/Ce(La)Ox showed the highest catalytic activity. From the experiment of changing reaction temperature with 2.5wt% Ni/Ce(La)Ox catalyst, it was found that the optimum reaction temperature is 750℃ and at this temperature methane conversion was about 90%, CO and H2 selectivities were 94 and 80%, respectively.

Synthesis gas was produced by the partial oxidation of methane. For the preparation of catalysts, Ni, known to be active in this reaction and cheap, was used as the active component and CeO₂, having high oxygen storage capability and high redox ability, was used as the support. The catalysts were prepared by the impregnation and urea methods. The catalyst prepared by the urea method showed about 11 times higher surface area and finer particle size than that prepared by the impregnation method. The catalysts prepared by the urea method showed higher methane conversion and synthesis gas selectivity than that prepared by the impregnation method. In this reaction, carbon deposition is a problem to be solved, so La was added to the catalyst system to reduce the carbon deposition. TGA analysis results showed that there was 2% carbon deposition with La-added catalysts and 16% with La-free catalysts. It was found that the addition of La decreases the amount of carbon deposition and prevents catalyst deactivation.

Fluidized-bed reactor를 이용한 메탄으로부터 합성가스제조 김상범·신기석·박은석·천한진·함현식 명지대학교 화학공학과 화학산업에서 합성가스는 중요한 원료로 사용되고 있다. 합성가스를 제조하는 공정은 현재 상업화되어 있는 steam reforming 공정이 있다. 이 공정은 에너지 비용이 많이 들어가는 단점을 안고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 발열반응인 부분산화에 의해 합성가스를 제조하였다. 우선 fixed-bed reactor를 이용하여 활성이 우수한 촉매를 찾고자 하였다. fixed-bed reactor는 반응 중 carbon의 형성이나 촉매의 swelling에 의해 반응기체가 원활히 흐르지 못함에 따른 부작용이 발생할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 부작용을 없앨 수 있는 형태의 반응기로써 fluidized-bed reactor를 이용하여 fixed-bed reactor 에서의 촉매활성과 비교하고자 하였다. 또한 반응의 경로를 알아보기 위하여 pulse 방식으로 반응물을 주입하여 촉매층 상하에서 일어나는 온도변화, O<sub>2</sub>-TPD, 반응물과 생성물의 몰수변화 등을 측정하여 반응메카니즘을 규명하고자 하였다.

Direct Methanol Synthesis From Methane 신기석•김상범•곽윤철•박은석•천한진•함현식 명지대학교 화학공학과 메탄올은 여러 화학분야에서 그 수요가 계속 증가하고 있는 화학연료중의 하나이다. 그러나 기존의 합성가스에서 제조되는 메탄올은 그 단가가 높고 제조 공정이 복잡하다는 단점을 가지고 있다. 본 연구는 풍부하고 저렴한 천연가스로부터 합성가스를 거치지 않고 바로 메탄올을 합성하기 위한 시도로 추진 되었다. 즉, 메탄의 부분산화반응에 의해서 메탄올을 합성하였다. 이용한 촉매로는, 이 반응에서 반응중간체의 생성을 위한 활성화에너지를 낮추는 것으로 알려진 late transition metals의 혼합산화물을 이용하였다. 각 성분의 몰 비를 변화시키면서 다양한 조합의 촉매를 공침법으로 제조하였으며, 이 촉매들을 이용하여 600 °C, 50bar의 조건에서 촉매의 활성을 조사하여 보았다. 또한 XRD, BET, TPD등의 기기분석을 통한 촉매의 특성을 파악하였다.

The purpose of this study is to improve shooting power by providing each athlete with appropriate training program for reforming posture and feedback through qualitative and quantitative analysis for dribble shooting and reverse shooting of female national representative hockey players. I chose three female national representative hockey players and analyzed shooting posture by using image analysis method. The conclusions are as follows. 1. A player KJH had problems about a stride width, however, she improved her stability of actions through applying reforming program. 2. A player KMS improved her balance movement by reforming body balance and step width. 3. Although step movement of a player PSM is a little bit unnatural, she improved balance movement by lowering posture of the left foot.

Abstract - Synthesis gas was produced by the partial oxidation of methane, and carbon deposition in the synthesis gas production was investigated. The catalysts used were supported Ni catalysts and they were prepared by the impregnation method. The reaction was carried out at 1 atm, 750℃, and CH_4:O_2 = 2:1. The highest catalytic activity was obtained with 13wt% Ni/MgO catalyst 750℃ and 150mL/min of total flow rate. The lowest carbon deposition was obtained at 750℃ and 100mL/min of total flow rate.
