        급성 A형 간염 후에 발생한 정중신경병증 - 증례 보고-

        A 29-year-old woman with a history of preceding acute hepatitis A infection visited outpatient clinic. She complained of weakness of left finger flexor and tingling sense of both upper extremities, eleven weeks ago. Median neuropathy with partial axonotmesis state was diagnosed by the neurologic examination and electrophysiological studies. Her symptoms improved but she had remnant weakness of finger which disturbed the movement of pinch and grasp. This case reminds us to include mononeuritis such as median neuropathy as a rare sequela of acute hepatitis A infection.

        대학운동선수의 승부근성과 긍정심리자본이 인지된 경기력에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence otfh e athletic tenacity and positive psychological capital on the perceived performance of university athletes. Method: The 230 population samples were collected throughout university in Seoul, Gyunggi and Incheon area with convenience sampling method. Frequence analysis, conirfmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were performed. Results: The results of this study are follows. First, The fighting spirit which was sub-factor of tenacity showed significant influence on game satisfaction factor when the relationship between tenacity and perceived performance was analyzed. Second, The fighting spirit which wa ssub-factor of tenacity showed significan t influence on confidence factor when the relationship between te nacity and perceived performance was analyzed. Third, The resilience, self-efficacy, and psychological skills which were sub-factors of positive psychological capital showed significant influence on game satisfaction factor when the relationship between positive psychological capital and perceived performance was analyzed. Fourth, The self-efficacy and psychological skills which were sub-factors of positive psychological capital showed significant influence on confidence factor when the relationship between positive psychological capital and perceived performance was analyzed. Conclusion: In summary, the findings in this study confirm that the tenacity and positive psychological capital of university athletes have a direct or indirect influence on the perceived performance of university athletes.

        여자컬링팀 대상 복합심리기술훈련 단일사례 연구

        목적: 본 연구는 여자컬링팀을 대상으로 복합심리기술훈련을 진행하고 그 효과를 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 방법: 연구대상은 2018 평창 동계올림픽에서 메달을 획득한 컬링팀 선수들로 연구대상의 평균연령은 32.4세였으며, 운 동경력은 15.4년이었다. 복합심리기술훈련은 2023년 3월부터 6월까지 진행되었는데 회기별 약 60분의 팀 교육과 개인별 30분씩 개인상담의 방식으로 진행되었으며, 훈련 및 시합관찰을 포함하여 진행하였다. 사전-사후 검사를 위해 심리기법과 심리기술의 통합적 측정도구와 IZOF 수행프로파일 활용하였고, 개방형 설문과 심층면담을 실시 하여 양적연구를 통해 확인된 결과를 보충하였다. 결과: 복합심리기술훈련 이후 선수들의 심리기법과 심리기술 모두 긍정적으로 변화하였으며, 기술(슬라이딩, 릴리즈, 드로우 등)과 심리(자신감, 불안컨트롤, 의사소통 등)요인 에 대한 훈련요구에서도 긍정적 변화가 나타났다. 팀 경기력 측면에서도 팀 역사상 최고 순위의 세계랭킹을 기록 하여 팀 전체 경기력에 긍정적 변화가 나타났다. 결론: 스포츠심리학 기반의 복합심리기술훈련은 최고수준의 기 량을 보유하고 있는 선수들의 경기력에 긍정적인 영향을 줄 수 있다고 말할 수 있다. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of mixed approach to psychological skills training on Olympic medalists by conducting the training on winter Olympic medalists. Methods: The study was conducted from March to June 2023. Each session consisted of approximately 60 minutes of team education and 30 minutes of individual counseling, along with training and competition observations. For pre- and post-test, integrated measurement tools for psychological method and psychological skills were used, along with the IZOF performance profile. Additionally, open-ended question and interviews were conducted to supplement the results confirmed through the quantitative research. Results: Psychological method and psychological skills showed positive changes, and there was also a positive change in the training needs scores related to curling skills and psychological factors. Additionally, a positive change was observed in the team's performance. Conclusion: A mixed approach to psycholoical skills training based on sports psychology can have a positive effect on on the performance of world-class athletes.

        운동선수의 심리기술과 심리기법의 통합적 측정도구 개발

        Purpose: The purpose of this study were to (a) develop scale to measure athletes’ psychological methods and psychological skills, and (b) provide evidence of reliability and validity. Methods: All items were constructed based on the athlete’s super psychological skills (BIG 7 psychological methods, SUPER 5 psychological skills). and all of items were composed 5-point Likert scale. A total of 633 athletes were studied, and the study was conducted in form of basic items, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, comparison analysis, comparison with other scale(TOPS 2), group differences, and test-retest. Results: The basic items consisted of 96 items of 12 subfactors, with 7 subfactors of psychological methods and 5 subfactors of psychological skills. The exploratory factor analysis showed that the 11 subfactor structures of 6 psychological methods and 5 psychological skills were appropriate. As a result of the confirmatory factor analysis, 37 items of 11 subfactors were selected as final items. Additional results provided evidence of scale. Reliability analyses also showed adequate evidence for the internal consistency and stability. Conclusion: Developed scale is an effective and reliable for measuring the psychological methods and psychological skills of athletes.

        우수 운동선수의 슈퍼심리기술 형성과정과 특성

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the development and characteristics of super psychological skills in elite athletes who play their own play without psychological fluctuation in the game situation. Methods: In order to understand the development and characteristics of super psychological skills in elite athletes, grounded theory was used. Six elite athletes were selected through reputational-case selection. Data were collected, utilizing in-depth discussion and audiovisual materials. Results: The process of forming super psychological skills in elite athletes was composed of 80 concepts, 33 subcategories, and 14 categories. ‘starting to exercise’ was derived from a category that corresponds to casual condition of development of elite athletes’ super psychological skills. ‘Flow’, ‘confirming the talent’ and ‘experiencing frustration’ were derived from the contextual condition. ‘Strong confidence’, ‘growth needs’ and ‘self-examination’ were derived from central phenomenon, and ‘positive support’, ‘experiencing slump’ and ‘importance of psychological skills’ were derived from arbitrational condition. ‘BIG 7 psychological method’, ‘crisis coping’ and ‘deliberate practice’ were derived from action/interaction strategy; ‘SUPER 5 psychological skills’ was ultimately derived. The psychological skills that appeared in the process of forming super psychological skills of elite athletes showed ‘infinite confidence’, ‘total concentration’, ‘optimistic attitude’, ‘not focusing on results’ and ‘enjoyment of the process’. In addition, the psychological method were shown as ‘imagery’, ‘process cue’, ‘simulation training’, ‘positive self-talk’, ‘positive attribution’, ‘coping with anxiety’, and ‘condition management’. This was named ‘SUPER 5 psychological skills’ and ‘BIG 7 psychological method. Conclusion:: For athletes who cannot perform their best because of psychological problems, super psychological skills in elite athletes provide important information. More research on psychological skills to improve athletes’ performance is needed.

        대학 축구선수 대상의 심리기술훈련 효과

        목적: 본 연구는 대학 축구선수를 대상으로 개인상담 방식의 심리기술훈련을 진행하고 그 효과를 검증하고자 하였 다. 방법: 연구참가자는 대학에 재학중인 2학년 축구선수 2명과 3학년 축구선수 1명으로 평균연령은 20.6세였고, 운동경력은 10.6년이었다. 심리기술훈련은 선수 개인별로 5∼6회기로 진행되었으며, 회기당 시간은 약 50분이 소요 되었다. 심리기술 훈련의 효과를 검증하기 위하여 심리기술과 스포츠수행전략(TOPS), 자기관리 검사지를 활용하였 고, 기초선-중재-재기초선으로 기간을 분류하여 양적자료를 수집하였다. 또한 심층면담 자료는 양적연구 결과를 보 완하는 목적으로 활용하였다. 결과: 첫째, 개인상담 방식의 심리기술훈련은 대학 축구선수의 심리기술이나 스포츠 수행전략, 자기관리 능력을 긍정적으로 향상시키는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 심리기술훈련은 선수들의 자기주도적 심리기술능력 향상에 도움을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 결론: 본 연구를 통해 개인상담 방식의 심리기술훈련 효과를 확인할 수 있었고, 대학 축구선수들이 공통적으로 호소하는 문제를 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서 후속연구를 통해 대 학 축구선수들을 위한 심리기술훈련 매뉴얼이 개발된다면 선수들의 성장에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. Purpose: This study aimed to conduct psychological skills training for college soccer players who wished to receive psychological skills training and verify its effectiveness. Methods: The study participants were two sophomore and one junior soccer players currently enrolled in university, with 10 years of experience in the sport. Psychological skills training was conducted over 5 to 6 sessions for each individual athlete, and each session took approximately 50 minutes. Qualitative data were collected using psychological skills training, the Psychological Skills and Test of Performance Strategies (TOPS) and self-management scale through baseline, intervention, and re-baseline. Qualitative data were collected based on in-depth individual interview. Results: First, individual counseling-style psychological skills training was shown to positively improve the psychological skills, sports performance strategies, and self-management abilities of university soccer players. Second, psychological skills training was shown to help improve athletes’ self-directed psychological skills abilities. Conclusion: Through this study, we were able to confirm the effectiveness of psychological skills training in the form of individual counseling and identify the psychological difficulties commonly experienced by university soccer players. Therefore, if a psychological skills training manual for university soccer players is developed through follow-up research, it is expected to help players grow.

        교양체육 참가자의 재미와 생활만족, 취업스트레스의 관계

        This study investigated the relationship between enjoyment, life satisfaction, and employment stress of students participating in liberal arts and physical education. Participants were 165 third and fourth grade students taking liberal arts and physical education classes at universities located in Gyeonngi-do and Seoul. SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 21.0 statistical programs were used to conduct confirmatory factor analysis, internal consistency coefficient calculation, and correlation analysis for measurement tools, and path analysis for measurement models. The results are as follows. First, the enjoyment of liberal arts physical education participants had a positive (+) effect on life satisfaction. Second, life satisfaction of liberal arts physical education participants had a negative (-) effect on job-seeking stress. Third, life satisfaction of liberal arts physical education participants completely mediated the relationship between enjoyment and job stress. Thus, although there is limited enjoyment of participating in liberal arts physical education that directly affects students’ job-seeking stress, the increased life satisfaction through sports activities can reduce students' job-seeking stress.
