화재통계자료를 활용한 건축공간 화재위험분석을 위한 기초 연구

국내 화재위험평가의 경우 출화율, 가연물 등의 조건을 반영하여 화재위험을 평가하게 되지만 건축물 용도, 공간에 따라 사용되는 목적이 달라짐에 따라 화재위험 역시 다를 것으로 판단된다. 따라서 건축공간의 화재위험을 평가한 Michigoe의 화재위험분석을 참고하여 국내 건축물 공간에 대한 화재위험분석을 실시하고자 한다. 따라서 스프링클러의 설치 유무에 따라 건축물 용도별 공간의 화재위험성을 분석한 결과 스프링클러가 설치되지 않은 공간의 화재위험성이 약 0.75배 차이가 발생하는 것을 확인 할 수 있었다. In the case of domestic fire risk assessment, fire risk is evaluated by reflecting conditions such as fire rate and combustibles, but fire risk is also expected to vary as the purpose of use varies depending on the purpose and space of the building. Therefore, we intend to conduct a fire risk analysis for domestic building spaces by referring to Michigoe s fire risk analysis, which evaluated the fire risk of building spaces. Therefore, as a result of analyzing the fire risk of the space for each building according to the installation of the sprinkler, it was confirmed that the fire risk of the space without the sprinkler was about 0.75 times different.

In this paper, it is predicted that the tendency of planning and genre films to produce high - quality films will continue, but it is necessary to have high value and meaningful films and solid storytelling. From the blockbuster warships to arts and low-budget films, the movie genre is centered around fiction and storytelling. However, in the case of Princess Deokhye, it is difficult to recognize any categories of entertainment or artistic due to the fact that it is highly visually and has a high historical status and low awareness. This study was to find out political, sociocultural and contextual meaning of investigative reporting representation through film. For this purpose, in film of 〈The whistleblower〉 was motifed from‘Dr. Hwang Woo Suk’s Stem Cell Fabrication Scandal(2005)’ was to analyze representation of investigative reporting. 〈The whistleblower〉 were analyzed by semiotic analytic methods such as syntagmatic analysis method(grasp the entire narrative structure), paradigmatic analysis method(grasp the conflict or confrontation between the characters) and actantial models. Through this analysis, this study try to figure out contextual meaning and ideologies which these work connote. firstly, 〈The whistleblower〉 represents the collapse of ethics and justice in society through the adhesion power of vested authority, and it shows the opposing attitude of resistance and conformity. Secondly, 〈The whistleblower〉 implies a skeptical viewpoint on the political and sociocultural values of Korean society, especially, the adhesion power of vested authority, the controversy of journalisms fairness.

This study is an alternative study for creating high value added education that cultivates and explores the web drama industry by analyzing the reason for the activation of new media web drama industry that is developed around mobile, In the meantime, the drama has mainly been broadcasted by TV broadcasting. The cultural industry is developing as a representative industry of the country. Recently, by utilizing the characteristics of mobile, we have sought to revitalize the culture economy through the web drama industry of new media and to develop the video industry. Will bring a revolution. It will be a driving force to pursue the growth of cultural contents of the country along with the enjoyment of culture and arts by allowing active motivation and marketing factors to be combined with consumers centered on mobile. 고령자시설의 화재시 피난안전성 확보를 위한 국내외 연기제어 분석에 관한 연구

Recently, the nation's elderly facilities have grown rapidly since the implementation of the long-term care law in 2008. Also, older adults who use older facilities are also growing. With the increase in the number of fires, increasing the number of fires is also a social issue. In this study, the study conducted an investigation into the smoke control system to analyze the smoke control methods of the elderly and elderly citizens in order to secure the safety of the elderly facilities in the event of a fire, and investigated the smoke control status of the elderly in Korea.

리얼리즘 미학에 나타난 미장셴의 내적 의미 연구

현재 한국 영화는 다양한 방면으로 표현되어 대중들의 앞에 선 보이고 있다. 수많은 화려한 영화의 장면, 음향, 배우들이 나와 관객들에게 즐거움을 더 해주는 영화들이 대중들에게 다가가며 주로 높은 흥행 순위를 거두고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 이 사이에서 화려함을 갖추지 않은 ‘홍상수 감독’의 영화들이 주목받고 있다. 홍상수 감독의 가장 큰 색깔 중 하나가 바로 ‘리얼리즘’ 이다. 현실에서 일어날 법한 소소한 일상의 모습을 그려내며 많은 대중들의 시선들을 모았고, 이후 홍상수 감독의 색깔이 유행이 되어 이후 발표된 영화들에게서 소소한 일상의 모습을 자주 찾아볼 수 있었다. 그 전에 기존의 리얼리즘에 대한 분석과 관객들에게 어떠한 의미로 다가왔는지에 대해 분석하였다. 그 뿐만 아니라 홍상수 감독의 영화 속 공통점들을 나열하며 홍상수 감독의 리얼리즘에 대한 의미를 분석하였다. 그러나 리얼리즘으로서 단순히 우리의 일상을 유사하게 보여주는 것만으로는 홍상수 감독만의 리얼리즘에 따라갈 수 없다. 단지 우리의 일상과 얼마나 유사한가에 대해 의미를 지니는 것에 그쳐서는 안 된다. 그 때문에 홍상수 감독의 영화를 연구한 선행연구들을 많이 찾아볼 수 있다. 하지만 본 연구에서는 리얼리즘에 대한 의미를 분석해 보고 홍상수 감독의 영화를 통한 리얼리즘이 어떠한 미장센을 통해 표현되고 있는지, 그에 대해 지니는 내적의미 경향은 무엇인지에 대해 연구해보고자 한다. Korean movies with a great variety of styles have recently succeeded in drawing peoples attention Rule number one is the more entertainment, the more audiences. On the top of box offices are always the movies that have a number of spectacular scenes, pounding sounds and big budget characters. Hong Sang Su movies, however, receive attention from the public without above noted descriptions. One of his effective methods of expression is realism He has illustrated the trivial episodes with his own wits and ways. Not only has his style become famous and popular but he has many followers. He enjoys using ordinary emotion and sentiment that are likely to happen to everyone. This paper uses two tools. One is the traditional analysis of realism. The other is how he can approach the public meaningfully by listing common elements he frequently uses in his movies. Nevertheless, we cant fully understand his realism by explaining how he shows our everyday life and how much his movie looks like it. Though admitting there are so many preceding papers on his works but this paper will try to look deep into his realism through the analysis of Mise-en-Scene.

유럽연합-미국 디지털 신원 매핑에 대한 고찰

최근 디지털 전환의 가속화로 인해 디지털 신원(Digital Identity)의 활용이 급증하고 있다. 디지털 신원은 국내뿐만 아니라 국제적으로 민간 및 공공 영역에서 핵심적인 역할을 하며, 이에 따라 유럽과 미국에서도 그 중요성이 대두되고 있다. 미국의 NIST SP 800-63과 EU의 eIDAS는 해외 디지털 신원을 다루는 주요 규정 및 가이드라인이다. 2023년 말에 유럽연합과 미국간에 대서양횡단 협력을 위한 주요 작업으로써 EU eIDAS와 미국 NIST SP 800-63의 매핑작업에 대한 초안을 내놓고 보완작업을 진행하고 있다. 본 논문에서 관련 작업의 현황을 살펴보고 우리나라의 규정이나 표준 내용도 함께 고려하여, 어떤 유사점이나 차이점이 있는지 분석을 통해서 우리가 향후 Digital Identity Framework 개발 시에 고려할만한 시사점을 제시한다. The rapid pace of digital transformation in recent times has led to a significant increase in the utilization of digital identity. Digital identity plays a pivotal role not only domestically but also internationally spanning both private and public sectors. Consequently its importance has gained prominence not only in Europe and US but globally as well. Key regulations and guidelines governing international digital identity include US NIST SP 800-63 and the EU eIDAS. As of the end of 2023, a major collaborative initiative for transatlantic cooperation between EU and US involves the mapping of EU eIDAS and NIST SP 800-63. An initial draft has been presented, and ongoing refinement efforts are underway. This paper examines the current status of these collaborative endeavors, considering relevant regulatory frameworks and standards within our own country. Through a comparative analysis, it seeks to identify similarities and differences providing insights that can serve as valuable considerations for our future endeavors in driving the Digital Identity Framework forward.

건축물 밀집지역의 지붕 및 외장재료의 연소특성 분석을 통한 도시화재 위험성 평가방법 개선에 관한 연구

우리나라는 도심 곳곳에 노후화된 건축물 밀집지역이 존재하고 있다. 이러한 건축물 밀집지역은 재해에 취약하며, 특히 화재 발생 시 화재가 인근건물들로 확대될 위험성이 높지만, 이에 대한 화재 위험성 평가방법이 부재한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국내 건축물 밀집지역의 화재사례 검토를 통해 건축물간 화재확대 요인 중 지붕 및 외장재료를 대상으로 각각의 연소특성을 분석 하였다. 이를 통해 향후 도시화재 위험성 평가 모델 구축을 위한 기초자료로 활용 하고자 하였다. In this study, a study on improvement of risk assessment method for urban fire was performed by targeting domestic cities and building congested area.For this objective, its improvement method was deduced through literature survey for urban fire risk assessment method at home and abroad, applicability analysis and based on fire case survey, inter-building fire spread path was reestablished to be fit for domestic reality was improved. Therefore, in this study, combustion characteristics was analyzed for roof and external materials among the factors that caused the fire to expand between buildings.
