임파워링 리더십과 선제적 행동의 관계에서 기본심리욕구의 매개효과

In the leadership literature, the process of leadership emergence is likely to be different by social and cultural context. However, a lot of studies associated with leadership which have carried out are limited to reflect those components because they have merely focused on the one sample, Korean. Thus, it is more tough to account for the difference by different research targets and it is a shortcoming to explain an effective leadership in the international business. Accordingly, the current study empirically tries to demonstrate the differences, that occur in the process of leadership emergence, by comparing Korean and Chinese samples. Specifically, the authors suggest the following three major points they will be examined; effects of empowering leadership on basic psychology needs (i.e. autonomy, relatedness, and competence), mediating mechanism by basic psychology needs in the relationships between empowering leadership and proactive behavior (i.e. feedback seeking behavior and voice behavior) between Korean and Chinese. In order to investigate the hypothesized model, both data from 303 Korean employees and 301 Chinese employees were collected after confirming a translating validation test. The translation validation was carried out re-translation process by Chinese natives and pilot test in Chinese organizations. Considering the main purposes of the current research, the procedure of analysis was conducted in the both approaches; the integrated samples were utilized in the measurement validation and reliability, and the sample was classified in main effects and mediation. The results are follows. empowering leadership had significant effects in most of paths except for need for relatedness in Chinese case. Need for competence was only associated with feedback seeking behavior, and voice behavior in Korean case, but needs for autonomy and competence were positively associated with feedback seeking behavior, and voice behavior in Chines case. In the mediation, it was demonstrated both that need for competence partially mediated the links between empowering leadership and feedback seeking behavior and voice behavior in Korean employees, and in Chinese employees, needs for autonomy and competence partially mediated the links between empowering leadership and feedback seeking behavior and voice behavior. These empirical results help to understand the importance of empowering leadership to fulfilling basic psychological needs of employees and to producing proactive behaviors. It contributes to expand research area of empowering leadership and verifies the main role of empowering leadership for the intrinsic motivation. This results advance comprehending international human management in showing empowering leadership. Moreover, this paper contributes to extend to literatures of basic psychological needs and provides chance for facilitating researches about employees needs.
사회지능과 직무수행의 관계에서 직무열의 및 주도적 행동의 매개효과

본 연구는 의료서비스 종사자인 물리치료사를 대상으로 사회지능이 직무수행에 미치는 영향력에 있어 직무열의와 주도적 행동의 다중매개효과를 규명하고자 수행되었다. 구체적으로, 사회지능과 직무수행(역할 내 수행, 역할 외 수행)의 인과관계, 사회지능의 직무열의 및 주도적 행동에 미치는 영향력, 사회지능과 직무수행(역할 내 수행, 역할 외 수행)의 관계에서 직무열의 및 주도적 행동의 다중매개 효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 연구를 수행하기 위한 자료는 무작위 표본추출 방법을 통해 부산·울산지역에 소재하는 물리치료사 209명으로부터 획득하였으며, Smart PLS 3.0 프로그램을 활용하여 실증분석을 수행하였다. 결과를 요약하면, 사회지능은 직무수행(역할 내 수행, 역할 외 수행)에 영향을 미치는 주요 변인임이 확인되었다. 또한 사회지능은 직무에 대한 긍정적 평가인 직무열의 및 주도적 행동을 촉진하는 것으로 나타나, 직무에 대한 긍정적 평가 및 자신의 의해 주도되는 변화 행동에 있어 사회지능의 중요성이 규명되었다. 직무열의와 주도적 행동의 다중매개효과는 사회지능과 역할 내 수행의 관계에서 직무열의와 주도적 행동이 양자관계를 모두 부분 매개하는 것으로 밝혀졌으나, 사회지능과 역할 외 수행의 관계는 매개효과가 유의하지 않았다. 이러한 연구결과는 사회지능이 역할 내 수행에 미치는 영향력에 있어 직무열의와 주도적 행동의 중요성을 입증하는 것이다. 연구의 시사점으로는 본 연구는 사회지능을 조직행동분야로 확대하여 사회지능 연구범위 확대에 기여하며, 구성원의 직무수행을 촉진하는데 있어 사회지능의 중요성을 제안하고 있다. This present study demonstrates the multiple mediating effects of work engagement and proactive behavior in the relations between social intelligence and job performance toward physical therapists. In detail, we investigate both relations of social intelligence and job performance (in-role task performance, extra-role contextual performance), and of social intelligence and work engagement, and proactive behavior. Furthermore, multiple mediating effects of work engagement and proactive behavior are verified in the relationships between social intelligence and job performance (in-role task performance, extra-role contextual performance). The total data applied in the analysis was collected from 209 physical therapists worked in Ulsan and Pusan, and Smart PLS 3.0 was utilized for the empirical analysis. The results are as follows. First, we confirmed that social intelligence is a main cause which affects job performance (in-role task performance, extra-role contextual performance). Furthermore, importance of social intelligence was demonstrated, because we were able to found that social intelligence facilitates positive attitude for job and proactive behavior. Work engagement and proactive behavior partially mediated the relations of social intelligence and in-role task performance, whereas not mediated the relations of social intelligence and extra-role contextual performance. This results show the importance of work engagement and proactive performance in the relations of social intelligence and in-role task performance. This study contributes to expand research area in social intelligence and to adapt social intelligence in organizational context. This study suggests the importance of social intelligence when promoting employee’s job performance.
기본심리욕구의 직무수행 영향력과 변혁적 리더십의 조절 역할

Leadership is a main cause to satisfy followers needs, however, in the current paper, the role of leadership is considered a situation factor to enhance the impact of basic psychological needs to job performance. Specifically, the purpose of this study was to test both effects of need for autonomy and competence to in-role behavior, and impact of need for relatedness to extra-role behavior. In addition, moderating effects of transformational leadership in all paths were demonstrated. The research target was employees who have worked at small & middle size companies located in Ulsan, total 221 data was applied in analysis. In the results, both needs, autonomy and competence, were positively associated with in-role behavior and the impact of need for relatedness was adopted. In the moderation, transformational leadership moderated the paths between need for autonomy and in-role behavior, and between need for relatedness and extra-role behavior. However, the types of moderation was different, as a result, the relationship between need for autonomy and in-role behavior was supported. This results represent that the role of leadership as enhancer between needs and job performance empirically and provides practical and theoretical implications in the range of basic psychological needs.

As Euro NCAP implemented grid method test of pedestrian protection from 2013, Correlation between test and simulation is a matter which is increasingly important in the vehicle safety. Because pedestrian grid validation need about 150 impact point in a vehicle and it is difficult that all of impact points have test performances. This study is about bonnet damper made of rubber to improve correlation accuracy. In Vehicle CAE filed, damper is used to absorb impact energy or prevent slam with several modeling method of simulation programs depend on characteristic. Our study about material characteristics of bonnet damper will help to understand how much influence on pedestrian injury and what is best way to represent damper property in pedestrian head crash impact with LS-DYNA simulation program.
분산전원이 연계된 배전계통에 보호협조기기 평가시스템의 최적운용에 관한 연구

최근 배전계통은 정부의 녹색성장 정책으로 태양광, 풍력발전 등과 같은 분산전원의 보급률이 지속적으로 증가되고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 분산전원의 연계로 기존 배전계통의 조류흐름은 단방향(One-direction)에서 양방향 (Bi-direction)으로 변화되고, 고장전류의 증·감이 발생하는 등, 다양한 변화가 생겨 배전계통의 운용상에 여러 가지 문제점들이 발생할 가능성이 커지고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 분산전원의 배전계통 연계에 따른 보호기기의 정정 및 양방향 보호협조 검토가 가능한 보호협조 평가알고리즘과 실제의 사고전류 값을 이용한 개선된 T-C곡선 알고리 즘을 제안하고, 이 알고리즘을 바탕으로 양방향 보호협조 평가시스템을 개선하였다. 또한 평가시스템을 이용하여 배 전계통을 모델링하고, 분산전원 연계 시 보호기기들 간의 보호협조를 검토하여, 분산전원이 연계된 경우 배전계통에 발생할 수 있는 기술적인 문제점들을 분석하여 그 방안을 제시하였다. Recently, with the world-wide issues about global warming and CO₂ reduction, a number of distributed generations(DGs) such as photovoltaic(PV) and wind power(WP), are interconnected with the distribution systems. However, DGs can change the direction of the power flow from one-direction to bi-direction, and also change the direction and amount of fault current of existing distribution systems. Therefore, it may cause the critical problems on the power quality and protection coordination. This paper proposes an operation algorithm for bi-directional protection coordination using and apply it for the evaluation system for protection coordination. From the simulation results It is found that the proposed method is more effective and convenient than existing method.

A Vibration of Doortrim was increased by the speaker compared with former time. The relation is determined with the Door module of the car to the reason. The car to be produced recently is closed completely the outside pannel with the inside pannel of the door because of Sealed module preventing of rainwater and improving of aucoustic. furtermore, An Ansorption pad for door trim exised between insied and outsied was unnecessary. but, by reason of terrivle vibration of the door speaker, We analyzed a vibration problem which brings Sealed Module that has the problem common We analyzed whether the trim-pad covered the whole inside of the doortrim gave the vibration any influence.

본 연구는 지속경력학습 선행변인(개인-직무적합성, 인적자본투자)과 결과변인(주관적 경력성공)에 대한 인과관계 규명과 개인-직무적합성, 인적자본투자와 주관적 경력성공의 관계에서 지속경력학습 매개효과를 규명한다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위한 자료는 울산지역 자동차 및 제주지역 공기업 종사자 241명으로부터 수집되었으며, 동일방법편의 대안으로 측정환경 분리방법으로 자료를 수집하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 개인-직무적합성과 인적자본투자가 지속경력학습에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고, 둘째, 지속경력학습인 주관적 경력성공을 촉진하는 주요원인으로 확인되었으며, 셋째, 지속경력학습은 개인-직무적합성 및 인적자본투자와 주관적 경력성공의 관계를 각각 부분매개 하는 것으로 규명되었다. 본 연구의 시사점으로는 직무 및 조직차원 변인을 활용하여 지속경력학습의 선행변인을 실증적으로 규명하여 지속경력학습의 연구범위 확대에 기여하고 있으며, 주관적 경력성공 연구에 대한 연구자들의 관심을 촉발하는 계기를 제공하고 있다. 또한 지속경력학습의 매개효과 규명을 통해 개인의 경력개선 과정 메커니즘을 실증적으로 규명하고 있다. The present study is aimed to investigate antecedents(person-job fit, human capital investment) and outcome variable(subjective career success) of continuous-related career learning, and to demonstrate mediating effects of continuous-related career learning. The data which was applied to analysis was collected from 241 office workers who have worked for automobile company in Ulsan and public companies in Jeju and applied temporal separation of measurement as an alternative for common method bias. The results are as follows. First, person-job fit, human capital investment affected to career-related continuous learning positively. Second, the impacts of career-related continuous learning to subjective career success was positively significant. Third, the mediating effects by career-related continuous learning demonstrated statistically significant in the links between antecedents-outcome variables as partial mediation. Implications of this study contribute to expand research area of continuous-related career learning with regard to job and organizational variables, and to facilitate of research interests on subjective career success. In addition, the mechanism of career advance was empirically proved by continuous-related career learning.
