This paper proposes the adapter for Breaking current Reduction of A.C circuit Breaker which can be applied in case of shortage in a existing Circuit Breaker's Breaking current due to utility system extension. The adapter utiliges two winging type of reactor instead of single winding type of reactor and the control of 2ry circuit is Executed by a triac interlocked with the system protective relays actuation, so as to cut out the reactor by short circuit of the 2ry winding in normal situation and to cut in the reator by open circuit of the 2ry winding in abmomal situation such as short circuit accident. As a result of the theoritical analysis and experiment, it is proved that the adaptor can reduce the voltage drop and iron loss due to the reactor significantly in normal system condition and do a role of reactor upon power system accident.


알파파 Leghemoglobin mRNA 의 분리 정제 및 in vitro Translation 에 관하여

The five components of leghemoglobin from alfalfa root nodules were purified by DEAE-cellulose(DE52) and Sephadex G-100 chromatography and antiserum against the purified alfalfa leghemoglobin was prepared. RNA was extracted from alfalfa root nodules and poly(A)-mRNA was purified by oligo(dT)-cellulose affinity chromatography. The leghemolgobin messages were observed to be 23 % of the poly(A)-mRNA. The poly(A)-mRNA was fractionated by sucrose density gradient centrifugation and the mRNA had 9, 18 and 28S value populations with 58, 21 and 36 % of the leghemoglobin messages.
Salicylic Acid-Independent Plant Defense Signalling Mediated by Specific Calmodulin Isoforms

The resistance of plants to invading pathogens is accompanied by the deployment of complex array of defense responses. These include rapid cell death of challenged cells leading to the formation of local lesions (termed the hypersensitive response : HR) and non-specific immunity to subsequent infection by a variety of pathogens known as systemic acquired resistance (SAR). Salicylic acid has been known as an important signalling molecule involved in both HR and SAR. Recent advances in our knowledge of plant defense signalling have revealed that plants employ a network of signal transduction pathways, some of which are independent of salicylic acid. Cross-talk between the salicylic acid-dependent and the salicylic acid-independent pathways provides great regulatory potential for activating multiple resistance mechanisms in varying combinations. Recently we have demonstrated that specific plant calmodulin isoforms, specific Ca^(2+)-signal transducer, mediate plant defense signalling with salicylic acid-independent manner. Furthermore several enzyme related to production of defense signaling molecules including nitric oxide and reactive oxygen species, such as nitric oxide synthase, NAD^+-kinase and calcineurin, are regulated reciprocally by calmodulin isoforms.

염농도는 미생물 생육에 중요한 환경요인의 하나로서 대부분의 미생물들은 염농도 1% 이내를 생육 최적조건으로 하지만 자연계에는 염농도 1% 이상에서 포화염농도까지 생육이 가능한 것들도 많다. 미생물 중에는 생육 최적염농도보다 높은 환경에 처하면 여러가지 적응기작에 의해 고염분 농도에 적응하면서 생육할 수 있는 내염성 미생물과 고염농도 환경을 생육 최적조건으로 하는 호염성 미생물로 대별할 수 있다.

Complementary DNAs were synthesized by the leghemoglobin message rich 9S, 18S and 28S-mRNA fractions prepared from the poly(A)^+-mRNA of alfalfa root nodules. The synthetic Sal I linkered double stranded cDNA was inserted into the SalI site of the pBR322, and transformed in E. coli HB101. The leghemoglobin cDNA clones were screened by colony hybridization and Southern blot hybridization with the soybean leghemoglobin cDNA as a probe, and further screened by hybrid-released and hybridarrested translation. One alfalfa leghemoglobin cDNA clone was selected, and restriction map and fingerprints of the cDNA from the selected clone were analyzed.

This Paper studies on the device of increasing the rupturing Capacity of Circuit breaker. The Procedures are as follows ; 1. We installed the Secondary winding like insulation transformer on the reactor Connecter series on the Primary or the Secondary axis of receiving transformer. 2. Usually the Secondary winding was put in short by TRIAC and reduced the Voltage drop and iron loss. 3. In an unusual Case of short the secondary winding was opend to work as reactor. As a result it was Considered to be economicfor original Circuit breaker Could be used under the Circumstances of increasing the Capacity of transformer as the load increased.

Load model is very important to accuracy of stability analysis and load flow study in power system. Generally, the various load types have been modeled as constant impedance, constant current, constant power or combination of types, as the function of voltage at the load bus, In general, load modeling method is separated into the aggregation method of component load and the modeling of a group load.A group load consists of variety component loads at bus in power system.The aggregation method of component load analysis characteristic of component load using a experimentation and make single load characteristic by aggregation using load composition rate of component load. This paper deals with the design and performance evaluation of exciter curent for generator system. Linearization of the model and application to control purposes through small signal analysis is considered. The performance of designed controller is examined by extensive non-linear time computer simulation. The DC exciter current is constant and the power factor of input current is 1. The results is helped generator system to understand.
