Crude enzyme solution prepared from the culture filtrate of Aspergillus nidulans FGSC 159 in CMC minimal liquid medium was fractionated through a three-step procedure including chromatography on Sephadex G-150, DEAE-Sephadex A-50 and Sephadex G-200. Three β-glucosidase components, P-I-Ia, P-II-Ia and P-II-Ib, were prepared. All the fractions had their highest activities at pH 6.0. Optimum temperatures were 55℃ for P-I-Ia, P-II-Ia and 60℃ for P-II-Ib, respectively. P-II-Ia was a little more thermostable than the other two components. The substrates specificities for these β-glucosidase preparations were investigated. These enzymes showed specificities to cellooligosaccharides and sugar derivatives with β-glucosidic linkage such as cellobiose, cellotriose, cellotetraose, cellopentaose, sophorose, PNPG and salicin. All three fractions not only hydrolyzed substrates to remove glucosyl residues one by one from non-reducing end but also transferred the glucosyl residues to other acceptor molecules. But P-I-Ia showed some different mode of action from the other two fractions. It did not accumulate transglucosylated products in detectable amounts, when reacted with cellooligosaccharides.

Aspergillus nidulans FGSC 159의 cellulase system에 관한 연구의 일환으로, CMC 최소배치에서 배양하여 얻은 crude enzyme을 Sephadex G-150, DEAE-Sephadex A-50, Sephadex G-200의 세 단계의 chromatography과정으로 정제하여 P-I-Ia, P-II-Ia 및 P-II-Ib의 세 가지, $\beta$-glucosidase성분으로 분리하였다. 세 효소성분 모두 pH 6.0정도에서 활성도가 가장 놓았으며 최적온도는 P-I-Ia와 P-II-Ia의 경우는 $55^{\circ}C$, P-II-Ib는 $60^{\circ}C$로 나타났다. 한편 열 안정성은 P-II-Ia는 $55^{\circ}C$까지 유지하다가 급격히 활성을 읽는데 반해 P-II-Ib와 P-I-Ia는 $55^{\circ}C$에서 각각 90%, 60% 정도의 활성을 나타내다가 그 이상의 온도에서 활성을 잃었다. 여러 기질에 대한 작용양상을 HPLC로 분석한 결과 cellobiose, sophorose, cellotriose, cellotetraose, cellopentaose, PNPG, salicin들과 같은 $\beta$-glucoside결합을 하고 있는 화합물에 작용하여 glucose단위로 가수분해 시켰으며 또한 가수분해 단계에서 glucosyl기가 전달되어 transglucosylation이 일어났다. 그러나 P-I-Ia는 cellooligosaccharide와 작용시켰을 때 검출될 수 있을 만큼의 충분한 transglucosylation 생성물이 축적되지 않아 P-I-Ia 및 P-II-Ib와 다른 작용양상을 보였다. Today, looking at the trend of product development, interests of injection technology to reduce weldline are growing because of increases of polymer composite materials that containing functional elements and demand of no-painted injection in accordance with environmental regulations. In this paper, surface temperatures of mold increased using high temperature gas for elimination of weldline and characteristics of weldline are analyzed according to mold temperature($60^{\circ}C{\sim}120^{\circ}C$).

Yongdam dam, the main source of water for Cheonbuk province, currently occurs green algae. Improvement of water quality is required water environmental management plan at last. The basic plan to preserve the water quality for large region according to Water Quality Environment Preservative Law was designed for water environmental management. Therefore, we examined and analyzed the data about main pollution source for upstream rivers of Yongdam Dam. It is priority high order for us to predict and look out the sources of pollution. On the base of these data, we discussed the improvement of water quality management plan by the water quality model. As the result of this study, we can analyze the main source of pollution at the drainage area and establish counter plan against degradation of water quality. It is previously analyzed how the developments of drainage areas influence on the water quality. And they are applied to establish general water quality managemental policy for each small drainage region. The prediction results of effluent load in 2011 showed 7,235.384㎏/day of BOD and 368.462㎏/day of TP. At the water environmental improvement preview considering the predicted future loads, the predicted water quality in 2011 for BOD and TP showed the water quality improvement target is satisfied when the water quality improvement measures with environmental basis facilities are performed. And the water quality could be more improved when the measures, the fertilization of stock feces etc. are driven.

Estimation the physical properties of water-bearing layers is an essential part of Groundwater studies and one of the most effective ways of determining these properties is to conduct and analyze aquifer tests. The physical properties of the groundwater aquifer are studied with the pumping test data at 13 wells in Yo-Su area and the transmissivity and storativity of each aquifer were estimated by the use of Jacob`s straight line method, an analysis method of aquifer unsteady flow. Since the tests are single well tests, the observation distance was modified from well radius to effective well radius by the use of skin factor method to improve the storativity estimates. Estimated transmissivities ranged 0.994~18.468m<sup>2</sup>/day were similar to the existing report value 0.911~19.904 m<sup>2</sup>/day and the storativities ranged 0.00021~0.00064 were more improved results than the existing value 0.000007~0.088800. And the confidence of Jacob method which do not use observation distance to estimate transmissivity, was batter than that of Theis method to analysis the data from single well pumping test.

A rainfall nowcasting method using multi-layer neural network is suggested and tested with the meteorological data measured in flood season. The correlations between measured rainfall and various meteorological factors are analyzed to construct the input layer of the prediction model. The input layer was constructed with variation rate of rainfall, air temperature and dew-point temperature, and current atmospheric pressure. And the model is calibrated with 4 rainfall events observed at 8 sites in upstream basin of Han-river during 1990~1994. The rainfall nowcasting method is applied to a new rainfall events at the sites. The model suggested in this study showed improved results within the error and correlation.
건강에 영향을 미치는 요인 중 수맥에 관한 제한적 분석

The water vein distributed on the earth circulates and supplies water to all living things, but the water vein itself is not harmful, but the water vein waves generated from the water vein are harmful to human health. Water veins are harmful waves that are not well known to ordinary people because they cannot be seen, smelled, tasted, heard, or tactile. Earth’s natural frequency is 7.83hz, but in order to sleep deeply, you can sleep the deepest in the state of 2∼3.99Hz with delta waves lower than this frequency, so you can maintain quality sleep. However, especially when there is a water vein wave in a sleeping position, it has the most harmful effect on human health, and when the water vein wave passes to a desk position where you sit and study for a long time or a sofa position where you sit for a long time during a break, it is greatly affected. In other words, the water pulse wave interferes with the brain wave, making it difficult to sleep, having nightmares, waking up, not feeling refreshed, and tired easily. If this phenomenon continues, the resistance of the body decreases and the immunity weakens, which can cause diseases as a result, and various diseases can be obtained, which can harm health. It is only when you get a good night’s sleep that you can release the fatigue accumulated during the day and recharge enough energy to be active the next day. Therefore, it was confirmed through examples that the safest and most effective way to cope with water vein waves is to avoid places with water veins and to live a healthy and happy life simply by changing the sleeping position to a place without water veins.
