본 연구는 영화 흥행에 미치는 온라인 구전 변수들의 영향을 다루었다. 2012년 부터 2015년까지 4년 동안 국내에서 개봉한 총 관객 수 50만 이상인 276편의 영화에 대한 통계분석 결과 개봉 후 포털의 평가자 수, 개봉 후 블로그 수, 개봉 후 뉴스 수와 같은 온라인 구전의 크기를 나타내는 변수들이 온라인 구전의 방향을 나타내는 개봉 후 포털의 평점이나 혹은 영화의 내재적 속성을 나타내는 변수들로서 감독, 배우, 배급사, 등급, 국적, 개봉 월, 개봉 계절 등 보다 영화 흥행과 더욱 연관성이 있었다.

This study deals with the prediction of the total number of movie audiences as a measure for the box office. Prediction is performed by classification techniques of data mining such as decision tree, multilayer perceptron(MLP) neural network model, multinomial logit model, and support vector machine over time such as before movie release, release day, after release one week, and after release two weeks. Predictors used are: online word-of-mouth(OWOM) variables such as the portal movie rating, the number of the portal movie rater, and blog; in addition, other variables include showing the inherent properties of the film (such as nationality, grade, release month, release season, directors, actors, distributors, the number of audiences, and screens). When using 10-fold cross validation technique, the accuracy of the neural network model showed more than 90 % higher predictability before movie release. In addition, it can be seen that the accuracy of the prediction increases by adding estimates of the final OWOM variables as predictors.
심층 신경망모형을 사용한 미세먼지 PM<sub>10</sub>의 예측

In this study, we applied a deep neural network model to predict four grades of fine dust $PM_{10}$, 'Good, Moderate, Bad, Very Bad' and two grades, 'Good or Moderate and Bad or Very Bad'. The deep neural network model and existing classification techniques (such as neural network model, multinomial logistic regression model, support vector machine, and random forest) were applied to fine dust daily data observed from 2010 to 2015 in six major metropolitan areas of Korea. Data analysis shows that the deep neural network model outperforms others in the sense of accuracy.

After enforcement absorption, Chosun Chamber of Commerce(CCC), centering around Japanese capitalists including korean capitalists, constantly claim a railroad network for development of local economy and, they organize local Chambers of Commerce and the Association for expansion of vested rights. Furthermore, they present 'the 10 years' Plan for the Korea railroad network completion to the colonial Japanese government. Since then, they jump into movement as well as dispatching their's representative to Japan for achievement of this plan. Be wider develop in Korea and Japan, such movement had an effect on policital and economic circle in Japan as well as the colonial Japanese government. the colonial Japanese government started railroad survey and Imperial railroad council of Japan began to railroad survey for completion of Korea railroad network. Meanwhile CCC continually promote atmosphere of colony within and without for completion of railroad, there made an effort to be contain economic railroad that they desired through participate in these railroad survay. Continually active movement of CCC was gained the large scale sympathy of completion of railroad. Consequence, there was did compilation of the budget and present ‘the 18 years' Plan for railroad expansion of the colonial Japanese government. CCC made and lead every kind of an action committee, endeavor for new railroad plan establishment with priority given to the colonial Japanese government. There is ‘the 12 years' Plan of Korea Railroad. Seeing be like this established ‘the 12 years' Plan in perspective, Domunsun(圖們線), Manfosun(滿浦線), Hesansun(惠山線) should railroad for debouchment Manchuria of Japan imperial though exploitation of Northern-Korea, and to take out underground resources, forest products and agricultural products through East Sea crossing course to solve food and wood problem and stabilization of Korea rule for Japan. But Dongheasun(東海線), KyeonJeonsun(慶全線) and Pyeonwonsun(平元線) not only was could harmonious mutual physical distribution currency of central southern-Korea to reference point central southern-Korea port city of Pyeongyang(平壤), Jinnampo(鎭南浦), Wonsan(元山), Busan(釜山), Mokpo(木浦), Kunsan(群山) etc, but also was could railroad to expend economic foundation of every port city for Korea. finally, we know ‘the 12 years' Plan was not satisfy only interesting of Japan, namely economic interesting and stabilization of colony through colonial administration, and military interesting of continent invasion, but also project to satisfy capitalist interesting of colonial Korea. Of course, at this time no doubt centering around Japanese capitalist despite capitalist of colonial Korea contained Korean people.

Gellan gum is an FDA-approved heteropolysaccharide, composed of sodium gluconate, rhamnose, and glucose in molar ratios of 1:1:2. It has been widely utilized in tissue engineering because of its biocompatibility and outstanding physicochemical properties such as stability at high temperature transparency, and dynamic elastic modulus. In this study, we prepared 0.7% gellan gum hydrogel scaffolds with different amount (0, 1, 2, 4 mg) of hesperidin to incorporate collagen regeneration and anti-inflammatory effect for cartilage regeneration. The physiochemical and biological characteristics of the scaffolds were evaluated by compressive strength, FTIR, MTT, Bio-SEM, and RT-PCR. Interestingly, the gellan gum scaffold containing 1 mg hesperidin was found to be the most excellent scaffold for cartilage tissue regeneration in terms of compressive strength, cell differentiation, cell viability, and gene expression.
