        임플란트 고정체의 의원성 동요 후 골 유착 반응에 관한 연구

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate whether the re-osseointegration of the implants that had mechanical unscrewing possibly occurred or not. Furthermore, if it happened, the degree of re-osseointegration was evaluated by comparing with previous osseointegration. Materials and methods: The smooth implant (commercial pure titanium 99%) specimens, whose diameter and length was 3.75 mm, 4 mm, respectively were produced. Two implants were inserted into each tibia of 7 New Zealand female white rabbits weighing at least 3.0 kg. The torque removal force for each implant after 6 weeks of implants placement was measured and included in group I. The torque removal forces were assessed after the fixtures were re-screwed to original position and the subjects were allowed to have 4 more weeks for healing and included in group II. One rabbit was sacrificed after first measurement and produced 4 slide specimens in group I, and two rabbits were sacrificed after 2nd measurement, 7 slide specimens, in group II for histomorphologic investigations. All slide specimens were assessed based on the proportion of BIC (bone-implant contact) as well as CBa (Bone area in the cortical passage) value produced by counting the screw threads embedded in the compact bones under the optical microscopic analysis (${\times}20$). Statistical analysis was conducted to evaluate the torque removal force, BIC and CBa between group I and II. Results: As for the torque removal force, the result was $10.8{\pm}3.6$ Ncm for group I and $20.2{\pm}9.7$ Ncm for group II. Furthermore, the torque removal force of group II increased by 98.1% in average compared to group I (P<.05). On the other hand, histomorphologic analysis displayed that there was no statistical significance in BIC and CBa values between group I and the group II (P>.05), and RT/BIC and RT/CBa between group I and group II were statistically significant (P<.05). Conclusion: It is possible to obtain more substantial re-osseointegration within shorter periods than the period needed for the initial osseointegration in case of iatrogenically unscrewed implants.

        Delayed Treatment of Foot Compartment Syndrome: A Case Report and Literature Review

        Acute compartment syndrome occurs when pressure increases within closed compartments due to injuries causing soft tissue damage. Delayed treatment can lead to undesirable consequences. This paper reports a three-year-old patient in whom a fasciotomy was performed successfully despite the potential side effects. Fasciotomy may be considered when the diagnosis and clinical symptoms of delayed compartment syndrome are clear. This study determined that the three-year-old patient would undergo a relatively smooth recovery compared to elderly patients of advanced age. Because the dorsalis pedis artery pulse was palpable, an emergency surgical treatment was performed to restore the damaged tissues and prevent further necrosis. The patient has shown a satisfactory recovery.

        The intensity of x-ray or gamma-ray is attenuated according to density and thickness of the transmitted medium. In this study, by using this principle, on-line real-time radiometric system was developed using a 128 channels linear array of solid state detectors to measure wall thickness of insulated piping system. This system uses a Ir-192 as a gamma ray source and detector is composed of BGO scintillator and photodiode. Ir-192 gamma ray source and linear detector array mounted on a computer controlled robotic crawler. The Ir-192 gamma ray source is located on one side of the piping components and the detector array on the other side. The individual detectors of the detector array measure the intensity of the gamma rays after passing through the walls and the insulation of the piping component under measurement. The output of the detector array is amplified by amplifier and transmitted to the computer. This system collects and analyses the data from the detector array in real-time. The maximum measurable length of pipe is 120cm/mm. in the case of 1mm scanning interval.

        The wall-thickness of insulated pipelines can be easily evaluated by measuring the gamma-ray transmission intensity because this intensity is inversely proportional to the thickness of insulated pipeline. The main purpose of this study is to develop the nondestructive and filmless on-line inspection system of corrosion by measuring the wall thickness of insulated pipeline. The inspection system is constructed with radioisotope, 64 channel photo diode array detector, crawler system and data taking and operating software. The traditional off-line radiographic method carried out by exposing film cassettes can be replaced by this cost-effective on-line digital imaging method and the application will be greatly expected especially in the chemical and petrochemical industries.

        한글 서예의 미학 - 서체미를 중심으로 -

        한글이 창제된 이후, 한글은 서예와 만나면서 풍부하고 다양한 서체와 미감을 형성해왔다. 다만 전통의 한글 서예는 어떠한 형태로 변화해왔는가에 대해서는 인식하기 용이하나, 어떠한 미적 특성을 지니고 있는지에 대한 구체적인 논의는 쉽지 않다. 때문에 한글 서예의 미를 논하기 위해서는 한자 서예의 예술적 특징을 한글 서예에서도 발견하고, 이를 부각시켜야 할 것이다. 이러한 점에 착안하여 한글 서예를 전통의 서법적 관점에서 조명하였다. 먼저 한글 서예의 서체는 대략 고체 ․ 정자체 ․ 흘림체로 분류할 수 있다. 구체적으로 고체는 자형이 좌우대칭과 정사각의 기본적인 틀을 유지하고 있으며, 대체로 단정하고 근엄하여 경건(勁健)의 미를 느낄 수 있다. 획의 굵기 변화는 미세하나, 예서와 해서가 혼합된 남조의 해서풍처럼 기필과 수필의 방필(方筆)이 두드러지며, 대체로 금석의 졸박한 기운이 서려있다. 정자체는 전반적으로 평정한 결구와 안정적인 필세가 특징적이다. 판본의 고체가 필사화 되어가면서 고체에 비해 자형이 세련 되고 필획의 유연함이 두드러지며, 직선적인 필획과 방정한 자형의 정제된 글꼴 속에서도 맑고 담백한 운치를 느끼게 한다. 흘림체는 서간이나 가사 등의 경우, 정자체의 기본 자형을 바탕으로 때로는 거칠고 강렬한 필획을 가미하고 필속을 경쾌하 게 하여 절주(節奏)의 미가 강하다. 반면, 궁서의 경우 곡선적인 섬세한 필획을 부드럽게 연결하여 수려하면서도 정제된 멋이 깃들어 있다. 한글은 한자에 비해 비록 문자의 구조와 글꼴은 단순하지만, 한자 서예가 지닌 다양한 서체의 미학이 한글 서예에도 내재되어 있다. 특히 한글 서예는 특정 서체를 막론하고 한국인의 섬세하고 우아한 격조에서부터 역동적이고 변화무쌍한 생동감은 물론, 즉흥적이고 자유분방한 운치에 이르기까지 한국인의 자연친화적인 정서와 심미의식이 다양한 형태로 반영되어 있다.

      • Numerical Analysis of Turbulent Combustion and Emissions in an HRSG System

        The combined cycle plant is an integration of gas turbine and steam turbine, combining the advantages of both cycles. It recovers the heat energy from gas turbine exhaust to use it to generate steam. The heat recovery steam generator plays a crucial role in combined cycle plants, providing the link between the gas turbine and the steam turbine. Simulation of the performance of the HRSG is required to study its effect on the entire cycle and system. Computational fluid dynamics has potential to become a useful to validate the performance of the HRSG. In this study a solver has been implemented in the open source code, OpenFOAM, for combustion simulation in the heat recovery steam generator. The solver is based on the steady laminar flamelet model to simulate detailed chemical reaction mechanism. Thereafter, the solver is used for simulation of HRSG system. Three cases with varying fuel injections and gas turbine exhaust gas flow rates were simulated and the results were compared with measurements at the system outlet. Predicted temperature and emissions and those from measurements showed the same trend and in quantitative agreement.

        韩国关于《说文解字》研究现状及《说文解字》<叙>的书法美学

        Written by HuShen(許愼) of the Eastern Han Dynasty, Shuowenjiezi(說文解字) is the first Chinese poem to give a comprehensive description of the meaning, shape and sound of 10,000 Chinese characters when they were first. Therefore, the book is regarded as must-read in various fields of study, including Graphonomy(文字學) that studies Chinese characters, Phonetics(聲韻學) that studies sounds, Exegetics(訓詁學) that studies meanings, and Confucian classics(經學) that studies Confucian scriptures. In regard to this Shuowenjiezi(說文解字) in China, continuous research has been carried out since the Han Dynasty. In contrast, in Korea, modern research was conducted in earnest. Of course, Shuowenjiezi(說文解字) was introduced during the Goryeo Dynasty and read to officials as must-reads, and some research on Shuowenjiezi(說文解字) was conducted during the Joseon Dynasty. However, a full-fledged study of Shuowenjiezi(說文解字) has been identified since the 1980s. In light of this, the study looked into the Korean Shuowenjiezi(說文解字) from when it was introduced and how it has been conducted so far. Thus, the present status of Korean Shuowenjiezi(說文解字) was compiled and analyzed from the Goryeo Dynasty to the modern. Meanwhile, in the case of Shuowenjiezizhu(说文解字叙) it is not only a theory about literal science, but also provides the basis for the theory of calligraphy theory of all time. This paper, by analyzing the calligraphy aesthetic point of view contained in the Shuowenjiezizhu(说文解字叙), also researched on what theoretical basis Shuowenjiezizhu(说文解字叙) acted on the Chinese and Korean calligraphy theory. The paper, which analyzed the current status of research on Shuowenjiezi(說文解字) in Korea, is valuable in that it can examine the contents and direction of research on Korean alphabets in the context of history. It is also meaningful in that the Shuowenjiezizhu(说文解字叙) reveals what aesthetic sense is being provided in the history of Korean and Chinese calligraphy theory. 본 논문은 東漢의 許愼이 저술한 『說文解字』에 관하여 국내의 연구현황을 종합하고, 나아가 「설문해자 · 서」에 내재된 서예미학사상을 논한 글이다. 중국과 한국을 막론하고 『설문해자』에 관한 연구는 중문학 · 한문학 · 서예학 등의 학문분야에서 꾸준히 연구되어 왔으며, 분야에 따른 주제와 내용 등이 실로 다양하다. 이러한 점에 착안하여 과연 우리나라에서는 『설문해자』에 관하여 주로 어떠한 측면에서 연구가 진행되어왔는지 궁금증을 토대로, 고려시대부터 현대에 이르기까지 『설문해자』에 관한 연구실태를 조사하고 이를 일목요연하게 정리 · 분석하였다. 따라서 본 논문은 『설문해자』의 내용에 관한 일반적인 연구가 아니라, 역대의 연구현황에 대한 아카이브 구축의 성격에 해당하는 글임을 앞서 밝혀둔다. 『설문해자』는 1만여 漢字가 처음 만들어질 때의 뜻과 모양 그리고 독음에 대해 종합적으로 해설한 중국 최초의 字典이다. 때문에 이 책은 한자의 字形을 연구하는 文字學, 字音을 연구하는 聲韻學, 字義를 연구하는 訓詁學, 그리고 유가의 경전을 연구하는 經學 등의 분야에서 필독서로 손꼽힌다. 그 가운데 「설문해자 · 서」는 서예와 관련된 미학적 관점을 내재하고 있어서 후대 서예이론의 기초가 되기도 하였다. 한국에 『설문해자』가 유입된 시기는 명확하게 알 수 없으나, 『설문해자』가 사용된 뚜렷한 예는 高麗時代(918-1392)에 나타난다. 고려 仁宗(在位 1122-1146) 14년(1136)에는 과거시험의 하나인 雜科에 明書業을 두었다. 명서업이란 文字와 書法을 구명하는 직업이다. 이를 통해서 보면 『설문해자』는 고려의 과거시험에서 필수과목으로 채택되었고, 관리가 되기 위한 필독서로서 인식되었다. 특히 자학과 서법을 겸하도록 하여 자학에 대한 깊은 이해와 서예의 실력을 동시에 요구했던 것으로 짐작된다. 이들을 양성하는 기관으로는 성균관 내에 ‘書學博士’가 있었고, 胥吏로는 각 관서마다 書令史 · 書藝 · 試書藝 · 書手 등이 있어 서사를 담당하였다. 이런 제도의 완비로 고려시대에는 자학과 서예의 보편화를 촉진시켰다. 이처럼 고려시대에는 『설문해자』가 관리들에게 보편화되었고, 이를 통한 전문직업인이 발탁되었으며, 『설문해자』에 근거한 자학과 서법이 중시되었다. 다만 『설문해자』에 관한 전문적인 연구는 남아있지 않다. 朝鮮時代(1392-1910)에는 『설문해자』에 관하여 본격적인 연구는 아니지만 文論과 著作이 일부 남아있다. 대표적으로 李瀷(1681-1763)의 「說文」, 深有鎭(1723-?)의 『第五游』, 洪良浩(1724-1802)의 『六書經緯』, 李忠翊(1744-1816) 「說文新義序」, 朴齊家(1750-1805)와 李德懋(1741-1793)의) 「六書策」, 李圭景(1788-1856)의) 「說文辨證說」, 朴瑄壽(1821-1899)의 『說文解字翼徵』, 朴致馥(1824-1894)의) 「字訓序」 등이 있다. 이 가운데서도 「설문변증설」과 『설문해자익징』이 『설문해자』자체에 대한 전문적인 연구저작이라면, 나머지는 字源의 풀이가 부족했던 당시의 韻書를 보완하여 어려운 글자의 유래를 밝혀 사용자의 편의를 도모하는 정도였다. 그 외에 『설문해자』가 거론된 것은 어려운 글자나 기물 등을 해석할 때 인용되는 수준이다. 조선시대에는 『설문해자』의 위상에 비해 학계에서 크게 주목 받지 못했던 것 같다. 왜냐하면 한국에서는 한자 자원에 대한 이해나 연구보다는 한자의 뜻을 쉽게 찾아볼 수 있는 ‘실용적 字典’이 필요했기 때문에 『설문해자』보다는 『玉篇』류가 중시되었던 것으로 보인다. 다만 18세기 이후 淸朝 고증학에 영향을 받으면서 『설문해자』의 가치에 주목하게 되었는데, 『설문해자』를 본격적으로 연구한 「설문변증설」과 『설문해자익징』은 각별한 의미가 있다. 이규경의 「설문변증설」은 그간 중국에서 이루어졌던 명 · 청대의 주요 『설문해자』 연구 성과에 근거하여 『설문해자』의 한계에 대해 철저히 고증하고 조목조목 변증한 것으로, 당시 조선후기 실학자들의 연구수준을 보여준다. 박선수의 『설문해자익징』은 조선시대 『설문해자』 연구의 대표저작으로, 1912년에 출판되었다. 이 책은 금문을 통하여 『설문해자』의 오류를 교정했을 뿐만 아니라 한자의 구조이론에 대해서도 새로운 견해를 제시했다. 특히 文과 字의 새로운 기준을 제시했는데, 聲符의 유무에 따라 성부가 있으면 ‘文’, 없으면 ‘字’로 구분했고, ‘文’은 다시 繁從 · 聯從 · 疊從 · 專義 · 專省 등으로 나누는 등 중국에서 볼 수 없는 새로운 구조이론을 구축했다. 또 과학적인 연구방법론을 적극적으로 운용했으며, 글자 해석에 조선의 주류사상이었던 성리학적 전통과 조선후기 실학의 利用厚生的 실천정신 및 實事求是的 연구방법을 반영하였다.

        조선후기 문인들의 상예적(尙藝的) 서예미학

        Seongjeong, Cheongi, and the Holy Spirit, which emerged in the late Joseon Dynasty, were literary ideologies that supported freedom and individuality by advancing from ideas such as traditional self-reliance. It was formed under the influence of Wang Yang-myeong's Simhak(心學), which opposed the normative and rationalized willism of self-reliance and emphasized personal independence and individual aesthetic sensitivity. This style of literary art deepened self-complacency(自得) in the first half of literature The reason for the psychological aesthetics was to pursue a more free, individual, subjective and creative art from past traditions and regulations. For these reasons, there was no reason to follow existing notions unless the identity of art was lost. Therefore, calligraphy rejected the existence and reproduction of objective norms, and reinterpreted and reconstructed text to strengthen the tendency of self-discipline and creation. Thus, in the late Joseon Dynasty, calligraphy was recognized as a self-complacency, and the activities of seeking and creating the essence of calligraphy began to stand out. The writers of the late Joseon Period took a purely artistic approach rather than the practical and ethical aspects of calligraphy, leading to various aesthetics and creation. It was intended to advance from the Zhujianic calligraphy to the mid-term to explore the true calligraphy of Joseon. In addition, there was a strong sense that one should change from thinking and practice without sticking to existing rules of beauty and creation. Therefore, he focused his attention on discovering the essence of calligraphy, reflecting on the spirit of the times, and focusing on the practice of change and self-complacency. Park Ji-won's discussion of create a new one based on the old one(法古創新) and Lee Kwang-sa's discussion of a living thing(活物) were all the products of the consciousness to pursue artistic achievement through the living calligraphy of the era. The open reasons of the late Joseon Period greatly influenced the scholarship and artistic spirit of calligraphers, resulting in a variety of calligraphy theories and creation. Thus, the philosophical analysis and academic exploration of calligraphy essence intensified, not the passive approach of calligraphy, which was regarded only as a formative or trivial talent. This was the result of the recognition of calligraphy not as leisure but as academic and artistic dimensions. As a result, calligraphy in Joseon was more mature in character and style, and the artistic aspects of calligraphy were emphasized more.

      • CNN 기반 음악 장르 분류를 통한 K-POP의 J-POP과 POP 음악 융합 추세 분석

        This research aims to analyze the phenomenon of fusion in K-POP music with J-POP and POP genres. It was achieved by using a CNN model that classifies POP and J-POP genres and then verifying whether J-POP-like style has increased in recent K-POP music. First, the model was trained by 500 songs of each genre: J-POP and POP, which had their vocals removed. Then, six audio signal features were extracted: Spectrogram, Mel-Spectrogram, MFCC, Zero Crossing Rate, Spectral Centroid, and Chromagram. As a result, a CNN model could classify J-POP and POP music with an accuracy of approximately 90%. Afterwards, the model classified 100 K-POP songs per year, from 2020 to 2024. The results show that in 2020 POP-like music accounted for 79%, and J-POP-like music for 21%. In 2024, the proportions shifted, with songs similar to POP-like music taking up 63%, while the ones similar to J-POP-like music - 37%. In conclusion, this study suggests that in addition to the fusion of K-POP with POP music, the fusion with J-POP has increased in recent years.
