Sn-Ag-Cu-In-(Mn, Pd) 무연솔더의 솔더링성과 BGA 접합부 신뢰성

Sn-3.0Ag-0.5Cu 무연솔더에서 Ag 함량의 감소는 기계적 충격 신뢰성 향상에 도움이 되는 반면 솔더링성을 저하시키는 것으로 알려져 있다. 본 연구에서는 저 Ag함유 무연솔더의 솔더링성 향상을 위해 In을 첨가한 Sn-1.2Ag-0.7Cu-0.4In 4원계 조성과 여기에 미량의 Mn 및 Pd을 첨가한 무연솔더 조성에 대하여 솔더 젖음성을 평가하고, 보드 레벨 BGA 패키지의 열싸이클링 및 기계적 충격 신뢰성을 평가하였다. Sn-1.2Ag-0.7Cu 조성에 0.4 wt% In을 첨가한 합금의 젖음성은 Sn-3.0Ag-0.5Cu에 근접한 수준으로 향상되었으나, 패키지의 열싸이클링 신뢰성은 Sn-3.0Ag-0.5Cu에 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. Sn-1.2Ag-0.7Cu-0.4In 조성에 0.03 wt% Pd의 첨가는 솔더 젖음성 및 패키지 신뢰성을 저하시킨 반면에 0.1 wt% Mn을 첨가한 합금은 특히 기계적 충격 신뢰성이 Sn-3.0Ag-0.5Cu는 물론 Sn-1.0Ag-0.5Cu보다도 우수한 수준으로 향상되었는데, 이는 Mn 첨가가 합금의 모듈러스를 감소시킨 데에 기인하는 것으로 생각된다.

SOI 웨이퍼를 이용한 Top emission 방식 AMOLEDs의 스위칭 소자용 단결정 실리콘 트랜지스터

We fabricated a single crystal silicon thin film transistor for active matrix organic light emitting displays(AMOLEDs) using silicon on insulator wafer (SOI wafer). Poly crystal silicon thin film transistor(poly-Si TFT) Is actively researched and developed nowsdays for a pixel switching devices of AMOLEDs. However, poly-Si TFT has some disadvantages such as high off-state leakage currents and low field-effect mobility due to a trap of grain boundary in active channel. While single crystal silicon TFT has many advantages such as high field effect mobility, low off-state leakage currents, low power consumption because of the low threshold voltage and simultaneous integration of driving ICs on a substrate. In our experiment, we compared the property of poly-Si TFT with that of SOI TFT. Poly-Si TFT exhibited a field effect mobility of 34 $\textrm{cm}^2$/Vs, an off-state leakage current of about l${\times}$10$\^$-9/ A at the gate voltage of 10 V, a subthreshold slope of 0.5 V/dec and on/off ratio of 10$\^$-4/, a threshold voltage of 7.8 V. Otherwise, single crystal silicon TFT on SOI wafer exhibited a field effect mobility of 750 $\textrm{cm}^2$/Vs, an off-state leakage current of about 1${\times}$10$\^$-10/ A at the gate voltage of 10 V, a subthreshold slope of 0.59 V/dec and on/off ratio of 10$\^$7/, a threshold voltage of 6.75 V. So, we observed that the properties of single crystal silicon TFT using SOI wafer are better than those of Poly Si TFT. For the pixel driver in AMOLEDs, the best suitable pixel driver is single crystal silicon TFT using SOI wafer.

세르반테스의 「개들이 본 세상」에 드러난 대화적 양상 연구

본 연구는 세르반테스의 단편소설 「개들이 본 세상」이 내포하고 있는 대화적 특성과 그 의의를 밝히는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이 작품은 주인공인 개들이 자신들이 그동안 겪은 삶의 여정에 대해 이야기 나누는 대화형식을 취하고 있다. 여기서 대화가 갖는 진정한 의미는 형식에 있는 것이 아니라 서로 다른 생각과 경험을 지닌 주인공들끼리의 담론에서 발견되는 관점의 다양성과 상대성, 이질성과 불협화음 등이 야기하는 긴장이나 갈등, 소통과 상호작용, 혼종(hybridation) 등에 있다. 본 연구는 바흐친의 대화주의 관점에서 이 작품의 대화적 양상을 분석하였다. 이전 문학 작품들에서 등장인물들은 일원론적이며 독백적인데 반해 「개들이 본 세상」의 등장인물들은 각자 자율성과 주체성을 지니고 있어서 관점의 다양성, 상대성, 역동성을 보여준다. 따라서 이러한 대화적 양상을 제일 먼저 소설의 두 주인공 베르간사와 시피온의 대화를 통해 분석하고, 이 작품과 연계된 또 다른 작품인 「사기결혼」 사이에서 발견되는 한 문학작품과 다른 문학작품의 대화를 분석하였으며, 끝으로 현실과 허구 사이의 대화로 그 범위를 확대하여 간략히 고찰해보았다. 세르반테스는 대화주의적 기법을 통해 다면적이고 다차원적인 인물을 창조하였으며 독자 스스로 작품의 의미와 재미를 찾을 수 있게 하였다. 독자들에게 최대한 많은 상상력과 자율적 해석의 기회를 부여하고 있다는 점에서 이 작품은 열린 작품이며 또한 두 작품사이의 대화가 작품의 시작과 끝이라는 점에서 상호텍스트적이다. 세르반테스는 궁극적으로는 현실의 허구성과 허구의 현실성 사이의 끝없는 대화를 통해 소설의 발전에 큰 기여를 한다. 이와 같이 그의 소설에 대한 철학은 상호주의와 개방성에 입각한 대화를 통해 현실과 존재에 대한 다양한 관점을 제공함으로써 일원론 적이고 도그마화된 지배담론/이데올로기를 극복하는 것이었다. 이러한 문학적 생각들이 오늘 날에도 이어지기 때문에 세르반테스는 문학적 근대성의 선구자로 인식되고 있으며 현실을 역동적으로 파악하는 모범을 제시한 것으로 평가 받는다. This study aims to reveal the dialogical significance implied in Cervantes’ short story “El coloquio de los perros o The Colloquy of the Dogs.” It is a long conversation between two dogs, in which the characters talk about the journey of their lives. In this work the true meaning of the dialogue is not in its form, but in the diversity and relativity of views found in the discourse of main characters with different thoughts and experiences, as well as the tensions or conflicts, communication and interaction, and hybridization caused by heterogeneity and discord. This study analyzed the dialogical and interactive aspects based on the literary theory of Bakhtin. In ancient epics and romances, the characters show monolithic and monologetic discourse, while in Cervantine novel “El coloquio de los perros o The Colloquy of the Dogs”, each character has autonomy and self-reliance, showing the diversity, relativity and dynamism of view. Thus, this dialogical aspect was analyzed first through the dialogue of two main characters, Berganza and Scipio, then the dialogue among other literary work, “The Deceitful Marriage”, which acts as an framed novel. And briefly it expanded the scope into dialogues between reality and fiction. Cervantes created multifaceted, multidimensional figure through his interactive techniques, allowing the reader to find the meaning and fun of his work. It is an open work in that it gives readers the most imagination and interpretation. Cervantes contributes greatly to the development of novels by the endless dialogue between fiction and reality. As his philosophy of fiction was to overcome the monolithic, dogmatic and dominant discourse by providing various perspectives on reality and existence through endless dialogue based on reciprocity and openness, Cervantes has been recognized as a pioneer of literary modernity and a model who comprehended multidimensional aspects of reality.

The purpose of this study is to examine the characteristics of the poetry of Jaime Gil de Biedma, a poet representing the poetry of Spain in the post-war era, and to analyze his representative poems. In the 1950s, when Spanish literature was culturally isolated and stagnant due to the state’s powerful censorship policy after the Spanish Civil War, Jaime Gil de Biedma introduced the concept of ‘the Poetry of Experience’, which was a literary alternative to overcome the excessive sentimentalism or subjectivism of Spanish poetry of Franco periods by intensively studying the 'dramatic monologue' of T. S. Eliot, an emblematic figure of modernist movement. The dramatic monologue seeks to reveal and overcome the state of a divided ego in the modern world through the tension and conflict between ‘I’, the poet, and the other self or alter ego of his consciousness. In addition, to avoid traditional and conventional poetic expressions, Jaime Gil de Biedma uses colloquial language used in everyday conversation, and embodies concrete common experiences in everyday life. Through this, Jaime Gil de Biedma imbued freshness and vitality into Spanish poetry during the Franco dictatorship, and ‘the Poetry of Experience’ introduced by him became an important poet of modern Spanish poetry.

소규모 전력계통의 주파수 안정도 개선을 위한 스마트 인버터 기능의 새로운 가이드라인 필요성

전력계통 주파수의 안정적인 유지를 위해 IEEE 1547에서 Droop 기능에 대한 구체적인 가이드라인을 제시하고 있다. 하지만, IEEE 1547는 일반적인 대형 전력계통에 맞게 설계되어, 소규모 전력계통에는 적합하지 않을 수 있다. 이에, 본 논문에서는 소규모 독립형 마이크로그리드에 분산전원이 연계될 때, IEEE 1547의 주파수 Droop 가이드라인을 만족하더라도 계통의 붕괴를 야기할 수 있음을 보여주고 소규모 전력계통의 주파수 안정도 확보를 위해서는 새로운 가이드라인이 필요하다는 것을 강조하고자 한다.
