MTEs와 관광 만족, 향유, 삶의 만족 간의 구조적 관계연구: 패키지 투어 관광객을 대상으로

This paper aims to empirically investigate the structural influence relationship between MTEs, tourism satisfaction, savoring, and life satisfaction for package tour tourists. To this end, a survey was conducted on a panel of online research companies in their 20s or older who went on a package tour that required a long period of time within 1 year after the trip, which is estimated to be able to measure the tourism experience, and analysis was conducted. As a result of the study, a significant influence relationship between memorable tourism experience, tourism satisfaction, savoring, and life satisfaction was confirmed even in package tours with the characteristics of a uniform travel schedule. In particular, the results of this study, which revealed the relationship by incorporating savoring, a research topic mainly dealt with in the culture and arts, into the tourism field, seem to have very interesting and various implications. In other words, this study is meaningful in providing academic implications in that it presented and identified the importance of tourism and a new direction of package tour research by demonstrating the effect of tourism on the process of savoring and life satisfaction through memories after tourism. It will also be a meaningful study that provides implications in terms of policy in the tourism field and practical aspects of the tourism industry that develops package tours. 본 논문은 패키지 투어 관광객 대상으로 MTEs, 관광 만족, 향유, 삶의 만족간의 구조적 영향관계를 실증적으로 규명하고자 한 연구이다. 이를 위해 관광 경험의 측정이 가능할 것으로 추정되는 여행후 1년 이내, 일주일 이상의 장기간이 필요한 패키지 투어로 다녀온 20대 이상의 성인인 온라인 리서치전문 회사의 패널을 대상으로 388명의 데이터를 확보하여 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 획일화된 여행일정의 특성을 가진 패키지 투어에서도 기억에 남는 관광 경험과 관광만족, 향유, 삶의 만족 간의 유의미한영향관계가 확인되었다. 특히 문화예술계에서 주로 다루어지던 연구주제인 향유를 관광분야에 접목시켜그 관계를 밝혀낸 본 연구의 결과는 매우 흥미롭고 다양한 시사점을 내포하고 있다고 보여진다. 즉, 본연구는 관광경험이 관광 이후의 기억을 통하여 향유를 가지고 오는 과정과 삶의 만족에 미치는 영향을특히 한국인들이 많이 이용하는 패키지 투어 관광객을 대상으로 실증함으로써 관광에서의 향유의 중요성과패키지 투어 연구의 새로운 방향을 제시하여 규명하였다는 점에서 학술적 측면의 시사점을 제공하는데 의의가 있을 것으로 사료된다. 또한 관광 분야의 정책적 측면에서, 그리고 패키지 투어를 개발하는 관광업의실무적 측면에서 시사점을 제공하는 의미 있는 연구가 될 것이다.

In case Korean is educated as a foreign language, the purpose, contents and method of the education should be fundamentally different from when Korean is taught as a native language. Korean language is agglutinative. This is best represented by endings for that language. People whose native language is Korean can naturally learn the meanings of those endings, limitations in the use of the endings and situations in which they can be used. But foreign learners who don't use Korean as they native language have no intuition about the endings for Korean words. And those learners have spoken their own respective native languages that are grammatically different from one another. For them, therefore, contexts in which Korean language is used morphologic, syntactic and somatic terms need to be educated in organized manners. Above all, conjunction endings for Korean languages have a lots of types each of which has lots of functions. For this reason, both Korean language learners and teachers can't help feeling that conjunction endings of Korean words are so difficult to understand. Grammars on those endings may be taught and learn by means of a particular medium, that is, text. More effective Korean language education requires a goof combination between learners, teachers and text. Out of them, text may be regarded a medium that connects learners and teachers harmonically. Researching what the text should be provides basic information necessary to analyze and evaluate conventional texts and create better materials. It also provides the basic knowledge of how Korean language education was and is. Therefore, Korean language texts need to be well prepared and organized enough to be easily communicated to learners by teachers and enough to be easily understood by learners. This study identified conjunction endings listed in Korean language texts. Then the study examined how Korean language learners were using conjunction endings that they learned and what morphologic, syntactic, semantic and compositive errors those learners were making in that use, ultimately helping build up the proper system of conjunction ending.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore the factors affecting turnover intention of nurse who work in comprehensive nursing care service wards. Methods: The study design was a cross-sectional study. We recruited participants in 5 general hospitals located in Gyeonggi. Data were collected using structured questionnaires. Data of 150 nurses were included in the final analysis. Multiple regression analysis was used to identify the influencing factors on turnover intention. Results: Work in the thoracic surgery department (β=.158, p=.045), Emotional labor (β=.282, p=.004), occupational stress (β=.222, p=.004), and burnout (β=.249, p=.003) were identified as factors influencing turnover intention. These factors explained 39.1% of the variance of turnover intention. Conclusion: The findings suggest that it is important to reduce emotional labor and occupational stress to reduce turnover intention for nurse in comprehensive nursing care service wards.

In this study, Ianalyze problematic issues of representation of the Holocaustin cinematic form to convey historical truths from a phenomenological perspectiveof perception. Rather than analyzing the content of interviews with survivors in the documentaryform, I explore how they themselves testify to historical facts: The director ClaudeLanzmann attempts to capture the witnesses bodies through the use of long takesand long shot as components of the films translation without deleting the parts ofthe translators translation. In Shoah(1985), the restoration of the train used to transport Jews to the death campsplays an important role in the film and naturallyreveals the face of Henry who drovethe train at that time. Chunhyangjeon is the one of most parodied Korean cultural archetype in media contents. Thereare about 300 movies about Chunhyangjeon in South and North Korea. Originally Chunhyangjeonstarted in oral literature. Chunhyangga is the first transposition of the genre from Oral literatureto Pansory appeared in 1754 in Joseon Dynasty. It consists of an actor who sings and acts withone or several percussion accompaniments. The first Korean film was Chunhyangjeon(1923)during the Japanese colonial rule. Through modernization Chunhyangjeon recreated many mediacontents in new forms including screen and stages. Even the beauty contest the National ChunhyangPageant is held every year since 1931. Chunhyangjeon was a story that was constantly loved byKoreans back in time because it satires class conflicts and pursues equality. Usually Ironmongerythe male protagonist and Chunhyang the female protagonist are acted by a handsome andbeautiful actress of the time. In this paper I analyze characters and stores of the two movie Chunhayondeon and Bangjajeonin the view of parody. Chunhyangdeon directed by Lim Kwon-taek in 2000 is specialized fromthe perspective of representation of the form Chunhyangdeon showed a pansori performance inthe beginning and moved to movie format. Bangjajeon directed by Daewoo Kim in 2010 parodiedChunhyangjeon with a new generation of love stories in the era. In this case the conflict betweenthe new classes in capitalism. In the Bangjajeon, the servant of Mongrong, he becomes the maincharacter. He represents as a man of the public. Mongyong speaks for the mean person of theruling class. In the original story love between Chunhyang and Mongyong changed into lovetriangle among Chunhyang, Bangja and Mongyong in Bangjajeon. I research character and storystructure of two movies with irony and turnover in the perspective of reflecting the time.
한국어 교재에 나타난 조건 연결어미 ‘-(으)면’의 연구

The purpose of this study is to examine an organization of the conditional connective ending ‘-(으)면’, the grammatical system and syntactic and semantic features in the Korean textbooks. The conditional connective endings in the Korean textbooks scarcely have syntactic constraints. However, it is to be natural sentence that posterior clause is the present when anterior clause is the present. Semantically, sentences which is indicated the meaning of a simple ‘condition’ are presented from primary class to high class without exception. Moreover, it is expressed in the primary class when the sentence is the necessity, reason and hope. In the intermediate class, it is used the sentence of the explanation and subject. This study compared the predicate aspect to unite with the conditional connected ending ‘-(으)면’ and a frequency of Korean vocabulary use, and then drawn up the list. It is meant to investigate the difference between the predicate to combine the conditional connected ending ‘-(으)면’ and the predicate to join other conditional connected ending. If we can classify the predicate type to combine each conditional connected ending according to the list systematically, we will be of help about Korean instruction and learning.
Mukbang’s Foodcasting beyond Korea’s Borders: A Study Focusing on OTT Platforms

Mukbang is a type of foodcasting where a host records or streams their eating rituals for audience consumptionin live format. With origins in South Korea via the online broadcast genre found on Afreeca TV in the mid-2000s, the phenomenon has since found global popularity. Its development as a full-fledged genre is based ona communication culture that invites people to a meal rather than to talk to one another; viewers watch in silenceas a host consumes a copious number of dishes from Korean gastronomy to fast food to other ethnic cuisine ondisplay. An invitation to eat means the beginning of a public relationship that quickly turns to a private sharedexperience. This study analyzes several Mukbang video postings and makes use of Linden’s culture approachmodel to provide a view toward a number of cross-cultural connections by Koreans and non-Korean audiences. Prior to the study, 10 Korean eating shows were selected and used as standard models. Korean Mukbang mainlyconsists of eating behavior and ASMR, with very few storytelling or narrative devices utilized by its creators. For this reason, eating shows make a very private connection. In other ways, this paper shows how 28 MukbangrelatedYouTube contents selected by Ranker were evolving and examined through notions of acculturationand reception theory.
