        보건교사의 COVID-19상황 대응 경험

        Purpose: This study was conducted to describe the experience of school health teachers in regard to the COVID-19 pandemic in South Korea. Methods: We conducted a qualitative study using content analysis. Ten school health teachers were recruited from 6 elementary schools, 2 middle schools and 2 high schools in Seoul, using purposive sampling. They participated in semi-structured in-depth interviews in person or using an online communication system from January to February, 2021. Interviews were transcribed verbatim and analysed using qualitative content analysis. Results: Three main categories and nine generic categories emerged from the analysis. Firstly, it was discovered that school health teachers had psychological and physical stress to cope with COVID-19 due to the 1) fear of the unexpected infectious disease, 2) burden of having to deal with it alone, 3) breakdown of personal life and physical exhaustion and 4) heavy duty as a health teacher caused by the lack of an organic cooperation system with institutions related to school infectious diseases. Secondly, school health teachers had an increased sense of empowerment in regard to infectious disease management as a result of 1) feeling rewarded and appreciated and 2) gaining confidence and trust in infectious disease management. Finally, school health teachers experienced the urgent need for an effective response strategy for infection control because of the 1) confusion over infectious disease response due to lack of practical manuals applicable to the field as well as training, 2) disappointing response system without an expert response team dedicated to managing infectious diseases in schools, and 3) growing awareness of the need for change. Conclusion: It is expected that school health teachers' experience of COVID-19 will be used as important data for building effective and advanced school infectious disease response systems.

        노인의 경로당 화투놀이의 시간 체험에 관한 현상학적 연구

        This study was aimed at revealing the aspects of time experience of the elder while playing Hwatu in the senior citizen center as a phenomenological study and the meaning of the learning by playing. The study used participatory observation and in-depth interview for the purpose. The time experience during Hwatu can be summarized into "Autonomy" and the process of Hwatu was "Time killing", "slow and joyful moment", "conflict", "flow experience", and "creative thinking" in the time sequence. The elder's time experience from the point of view of learning by playing First, helps them escape from isolation and loneliness through making relationships. Second, the relationships were connected to 'saving time', instead of 'killing time' through the immersive process for them to stay autonomy and independent. Third, intrinsic self-expression, according to individual personality and a ten-won difference in value etc. This significance of time experience during Hwatu in the senior citizen center proves that the elder can utilize time by playing and making a relationship. The elder’s play in senior citizen center changed the participants and led them to their vibrant life. The play creates time that Old age is not the end of life but the begining of a new experience of life. 이 연구의 목적은 현상학적 연구방법으로 노인들의 경로당 화투놀이의 시간 체험 양상을 드러내고 그 체험에 대한 놀이학습의 의미를 밝히는 것이다. 연구목적을 위해 참여관찰과 심층면담이 수행되었다. 화투놀이의 시간 체험은 “자율성”로 요약 될 수 있고, 화투놀이 과정은 시간적 순서에 따라“시간 죽이기”, “느리고 즐거운 시간, “갈등”, “몰입”, “창의적 발상”으로 나타났다. 노인들의 시간 체험에 대한 놀이학습의 의미는 첫째 ‘관계 맺음’으로 고립과 외로움을 벗어나게 하고, 둘째 몰입의 과정을 통해 시간 죽이기가 아닌 ‘시간 살리기’로 시간에 대한 자율성과 독립성을 유지할 수 있으며, 셋째 개인의 성격과 10원짜리 가치의 차이 등에 따른 ‘고유한 자기표현’으로 나타났다. 경로당 화투놀이의 시간체험이 보여주는 의미는 노인들이 놀이를 통해 관계를 형성하고 시간을 활용하는 방법을 얻을 수 있다는 것을 보여준다. 경로당의 놀이는 참여자들을 변화시켜 활기찬 삶으로 인도하고 또한 노년기를 인생의 마무리가 아닌 새로운 경험이 시작되는 시간을 창조한다.

        A Trend Survey on Smart Grid Technology Development

        Smart grid is a brand new industrial evolution of the 21st century. It has many new facilities and functionalities for making the existing electrical grid intelligent. Smart grid will make our daily life changed totally with smart vehicles, electricity usage monitoring, smart appliances, and smart phones. It has self-monitored power generation system, intelligent transmission and distribution infrastructures, and advanced metering infrastructures for efficient and effective power grid. The existing one way functionality will be changed to directional communication. Many changes will be shown to the public from the state of art. This paper presents a recent trend of smart grid technology development and introduces its key concepts in detail.

        삼취정계의 형성과 자서수계

        This research study focuses on the organization background of self ordination which appears in the formation process of three comprehensive precepts. There is a clear depiction of Mahayana Buddhist’s preparation for the bodhisattva precepts in the formation process of three comprehensive precepts. Especially, we could observe various conflicts on the establishment of the basicperception of the three comprehensive precepts. The self ordination would probably be a good solution for the conflicts. The self ordination is one form of Mahayana Buddhism’s ordination ceremonies which would be allowed under the circumstances when there is no master near-by. The proposition about the absence of master near-by represents the Buddhism realm at that time when there were not many masters who conversed into the Mahayana Buddhism. Therefore, self ordination by his own will was allowed without having an other person to give an ordination at that time. Susang ordination requires this type of self ordination, and hence it has an important meaning in the inheritance of the Korean Buddhism precept lineage. We should give more regards with respectto the self ordination since it tried to carry on the Buddhism precept lineage which faced the crisis of ceasing to exist by setting up an autonomous vow at his own will without a presence of master. 본 소고는 삼취정계의 형성과정에서 나타나는 자서수계의 성립배경에 대해 고찰한 것이다. 삼취정계의 형성과정에는 대승불교도가 보살계를 정비하는 과정이 잘 나타나 있다. 특히, 삼취정계의 섭율의계 설정을 통해 여러 가지 갈등상황을 엿볼 수 있는데, 더욱이 그 해결방안으로써 제시되었을 가능성이 높은 것이 이른바 ‘자서수계’이다. 자서수계란 천리 안에 스승이 없다고 하는 전제 아래 인정되는 대승계 수계의식의 한 형태이다. 스승이 없다고 하는 전제는 대승불교로 전향한 스승이 그리 많지 않았던 당시의 불교계 상황을 대변해 준다고 할 수 있다. 그러므로 계를 주는 수계사가 없이 혼자서 계를 지킬 것을 맹세하고 수지하는 것이 용인되었던 것이다. 이러한 자서수계 곧 호상을 요구하는 서상수계는, 한국불교의 율맥 전승에 있어서도 중요한 의의를 지닌다. 단절 위기에 놓인 율종의 맥을 스승의 증명 없이 스스로 서원을 세워 그 맥을 잇고자 했다는 점에서 그 가치를 더욱 높게 평가해야 마땅할 것이다.
