This paper tired to examine common meanings of cultural politics the eradication movement of illiteracy carried out by Chosun-Ilbo and Donga-Ilbo in each, the Korean Language Society's Hangul movement supporting this campaign and Sim Hun's novel Sangnoksu (Evergreen) in which youth to have participated to this campaign enter as main characters. This campaign's agency invented new population of illiteracy(‘文盲’) using the total population and the total school students and graduates' number in statistical data of Chosun Government-general. Male students of secondary school in Seoul were main participants in this campaign, who went back their hometown or other countries and taught Han-gul to illiteral people who were most children and women that couldn't attend school. Sim-hun criticized this campaign as reformist or conformist in his novel Sanoksu. However, I think that it's significant fact that Park Dong-huk changed into class subject or it's leader, on the other hand heroine Chea Young-sin taught in succession Han-guel to chilidren and wives and got to die. Moreover, her follower youth become comrad and follower of Park since her death. This is seen as only transformative reflection of gender hierachy of literacy appeared in this campaign. In short, this novel suggests that the subject project of modernity, for woman, is concomitant to the endless delay of time. 이 논문은 1930년대 전반 조선일보, 동아일보의 문자보급운동, 그리고 거기에 결합했던 조선어학회의 한글운동, 그리고 이 운동의 체험을 모티브로 한 상록수로 대변되는 농촌계몽소설이 공히 지니고 있는 문화정치적 성격 밝혀보고자 했다. 이 운동의 주최측은 조선 총인구수, 학교재학생 및 졸업생 수를 알려주는 총독부의 통계 자료를 활용하여 문맹이라는 새로운 인구를 발견하였다. 여기서 문맹자수를 산출하는 데 기본 근거는 학교교육의 수혜자 수였다. 이들 중 중등학교 재학 이상의 학생들은 문맹의 민중들에게 글을 깨우쳐줘야 하는 사명을 부여받은 문자보급운동의 주체로 호명되었다. 이 운동은 문맹이라는 인구를 발견함으로써, 그리고 학생들을 이 운동에 동원함으로써 학교교육에 기초한 리터러시의 위계질서를 새삼 환기시켰던 것이다. 그 결과 가장 뚜렷한 문맹의 표상은 학교교육의 혜택을 받을 수 없었던 대다수의 아동과 여성이 되었다. 심훈은 상록수에서 이 운동을 개량주의적이고 순응주의적인 것으로 비판한 듯하다. 두 주인공은 그 비판을 공감하는 데서 동지가 된다. 그러나 상록수에서 여자 주인공 채영신은 아동과 여성을 가르치다 죽음에 이르고, 박동혁은 계급적 주체의 리더가 되는 것으로 설정되어 있다. 이는 문자보급운동에서 구조화된 리터러시의 위계질서의 변형적 반영이라고 할 수 있다. 즉, 이 소설은 모더니티의 주체 기획이란 여성에게는 끊임없는 시간적 지체를 동반할 수밖에 없음을 메타포화하고 있다.

EphrinA5-EphA7 Complex Induces Apoptotic Cell Death Via TNFR1

A previous study showed that the EphA7 receptor regu-lates apoptotic cell death during early brain development. In this study, we provide evidence that the EphA7 receptor interacts with death receptors such as tumor necrosis factor receptor 1 (TNFR1) to decrease cell viability. We showed that ephrinA5 stimulates EphA7 to activate the TNFR1-mediated apoptotic signaling pathway. In addition, a pull-down assay using biotinylated ephrinA5-Fc revealed that ephrinA5-EphA7 complexes recruit TNFR1 to form a multi-protein complex. Immunocytochemical staining ana-lysis showed that EphA7 was co-localized with TNFR1 on the cell surface when cells were incubated with ephrinA5 at low temperatures. Finally, both the internalization motif and death domain of TNFR1 was important for inter-acting with an intracytoplasmic region of EphA7; this interaction was essential for inducing the apoptotic signaling cascade. This result suggests that a distinct multi-protein complex comprising ephrinA5, EphA7, and TNFR1 may constitute a platform for inducing caspase-dependent apoptotic cell death.

EphA Receptors Form a Complex with Caspase-8 to Induce Apoptotic Cell Death

EphA7 has been implicated in the regulation of apoptotic cell death in neural epithelial cells. In this report, we provide evidence that EphA7 interacts with caspase-8 to induce apoptotic cell signaling. First, a pull-down assay using biotinylated ephrinA5-Fc showed that EphA7 coprecipitated with wild type caspase-8 or catalytically inactive caspase-8 mutant. Second, co-transfection of EphA7 with caspase-8 significantly increased the number of cleaved caspase-3 positive apoptotic cells under an experimental condition where transfection of EphA7 or caspase- 8 alone did not affect cell viability or apoptosis. EphA4 also had a causative role in inducing apoptotic cell death with caspase-8, whereas EphA8 did not. Third, caspase-8 catalytic activity was essential for the apoptotic signaling cascade, whereas tyrosine kinase activity of the EphA4 receptor was not. Interestingly, we found that kinaseinactive EphA4 was well co-localized at the plasma membrane with catalytically inactive caspase-8, suggesting that an interaction between these mutant proteins was more stable. Finally, we observed that the extracellular region of the EphA7 receptor was critical for interacting with caspase-8, whereas the cytoplasmic region of EphA7 was not. Therefore, we propose that Eph receptors physically associate with a transmembrane protein to form an apoptotic signaling complex and that this unidentified receptorlike protein acts as a biochemical linker between the Eph receptor and caspase-8.

중년 남성 직장인의 사회부과 완벽주의와 심리적 안녕감의 관계에서 불확실성에 대한 인내력 부족과 은퇴불안의 순차매개효과

본 연구는 중년 남성 직장인의 사회부과 완벽주의와 심리적 안녕감의 관계에서 불확실성에 대한 인내력 부족과 은퇴불안의 매개효과를 검증하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 연구를 위해 재직 중인 전국의 중년 남성 400명을 대상으로 사회부과 완벽주의 척도, 불확실성에 대한 인내력 부족 척도, 은퇴불안 척도, 심리적 안녕감 척도를 사용하여 설문을 실시하였다. 수집한 자료는 SPSS Statistics 26.0과 SPSS PROCESS macro 4.1을 사용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회부과 완벽주의, 불확실성에 대한 인내력 부족, 은퇴불안, 심리적 안녕감은 모두 유의한 상관관계를 나타냈다. 둘째, 사회부과 완벽주의와 심리적 안녕감의 관계에서 불확실성에 대한 인내력 부족의 매개효과를 확인하였다. 셋째, 사회부과 완벽주의와 심리적 안녕감의 관계에서 은퇴불안의 매개효과를 확인하였다. 넷째, 사회부과 완벽주의와 심리적 안녕감의 관계에서 불확실성에 대한 인내력 부족과 은퇴불안의 순차매개효과를 확인하였다. 이러한 연구 결과를 토대로 논의에서는 연구의 의의와 시사점, 연구의 한계와 후속 연구를 위한 제언을 하였다. 본 연구는 중년 남성 직장인의 심리적 안녕감 증진을 위한 상담 개입 전략 수립에 시사점을 제공하였다는 데 의의가 있다. This study examined the sequential mediating effects of intolerance of uncertainty and retirement anxiety on the relationship between socially prescribed perfectionism and psychological well-being among middle-aged male employees. A nationwide survey of 400 employed middle-aged men was conducted using the Socially Prescribed Perfectionism, Intolerance of Uncertainty, Retirement Anxiety, and Psychological Well-Being Scales. Data were analyzed using SPSS Statistics 26.0 and PROCESS macro 4.1. The findings revealed significant correlations among socially prescribed perfectionism, intolerance of uncertainty, retirement anxiety, and psychological well-being. Intolerance of uncertainty and retirement anxiety each mediated the relationship between socially prescribed perfectionism and psychological well-being. Furthermore, the sequential mediating effects of intolerance of uncertainty and retirement anxiety were confirmed. These results emphasize the importance of these mediators in understanding the influence of socially prescribed perfectionism on psychological well-being. This study provides insights for developing counseling strategies aimed at improving the psychological well-being of middle-aged male employees.

교사의 갈등과 심리적 소진의 관계: 학교장 리더십의 조절효과

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of relationship conflict and task conflict experienced by teachers in school organizations on psychological burnout and to verify the moderating effect of principal leadership in that relationship. The sample for this study was 2,418 teachers who responded to the survey of the Seoul Education Longitudinal Study 2020, and we employed hierarchical regression analysis. The main research results are as follows. First, teachers' relationship conflict and task conflict had a significant positive(+) effect on emotional exhaustion, low personal accomplishment, and dehumanization, which are sub-variables of psychological burnout. Relationship conflicts felt in the relationship with school parents, students, and school managers were found to have a greater effect on psychological burnout than task conflicts with fellow teachers. Second, the principal leadership showed statistically significant moderating effects in the relationship between teacher relationship conflict and dehumanization, task conflict and emotional exhaustion, low personal accomplishment, and dehumanization, respectively. In both low and high conflict levels, the higher the principal's leadership, the lower the degree of psychological burnout, but as the level of conflict increased, the difference in the degree of psychological burnout according to the principal's leadership level tended to decrease. Based on the research results, practical solutions for conflict management and resolution within school organizations were explored, suggesting implications for alleviating teacher psychological burnout.

기능적 결손가정 초등학생의 진로성숙도 향상을 위한 집단상담 프로그램 개발

The Purpose of this study was to develop a group counseling program to enhance career maturity of elementary school students in a functionally deficient family. Main objectives are as follows: First, how should the group counseling program be constructed? Second, what is the effect of the group counseling program to enhance career maturity of elementary school students in a functionally deficient family? For this research, the implementation of the program was conducted two times per week in 6 weeks, 12 sessions in total. Holland Career Development Inventory'of An, Chang-gyu(2003) and'Family Assessment Device: FAD'of Epstein(1983) adapted by Lee, Sun-Kyoung(1997) were put to use for the test tool. The results from this research were as follows. First, there were significant differences in improvements of the career maturity between the students who participated in the program and those who did not. Second, in the analysis of the each subfactor of the program factors of the experimental group were significantly different from the control group. For the follow-up studies based on this research results, these are several recommendations. First, it is necessary to provide an individual counseling for improving career maturity. Second, the group counseling program designed to improve the career maturity of elementary school students in a functionally deficient family will have synergy effect if the family get involved. Third. since this research only inspected th short-term effect of the group counseling program, it will be helpful to devise a long-term study and verify its impact. 이 연구의 목적은 기능적 결손가정 초등학생의 진로성숙도 향상을 위한 집단상담 프로그램을 구안하고 구안한 프로그램을 실시하여 기능적 결손가정 초등학생의 진로성숙도 향상에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 검증하는데 있다. 이러한 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여 설정한 연구문제는 첫째, 기능적 결손가정 초등학생의 진로성숙도 향상을 위한 집단상담 프로그램은 어떻게 구안되어야 하는가? 둘째, 기능적 결손가정 초등학생의 진로성숙도 향상을 위한 집단상담 프로그램은 기능적 결손가정 초등학생의 진로성숙도 향상에 효과가 있는가를 밝히는 것이다. 이를 위해 선행 연구 고찰을 토대로 프로그램의 구성요소를 도출하였고, 박인우(1995)의 체계적 상담 프로그램 개발 모형에 기초하여 프로그램을 구안하였다. 구안한 프로그램은 총 12회기로 진로지향성, 진로선택의 합리성, 직업의 이해, 직업적 성 편견, 자기이해, 자율성, 자긍심의 구성요소들로 구안하였다. 구안한 프로그램을 대전지역 기능적 결손가정 초등학생에게 실시한 결과 실험집단의 진로성숙도가 유의하게 향상되었다. 이 연구는 가정에서 기능적 결손으로 인해 부정적인 영향을 받을 가능성이 높은 기능적 결손가정 초등학생을 대상으로 이들의 진로발달의 특성과 요구를 반영한 집단상담 프로그램을 개발하고 효과를 검증했다는 점에서 그 의의가 있다.

신여성과 일본군 위안부라는 문지방들 - 목가적 자본주의의 폐허에서 식민지 섹슈얼리티 연구를 돌아보며

이 논문은 1990년대와 현재의 시간성을 교직하며 1990년대 이후 이루어진 식민지 섹슈얼리티에 대한 연구를 되돌아보는 데 있다. 1990년대에 대한 노스탤지어는 <응답하라! 1997>, <응답하라! 1994>와 같은 TV드라마를 통해 유포되고 있는데, 그 드라마는 자본주의적 사회 환경을 개인의 성장과 조화로운 것으로 제시하였다. 이 글은 이러한 시간의식을 목가적 자본주의라고 명명했다. 개인의 성장은 대학입학을 위한 서울로의 상경, 낭만적 연애, 직업을 얻는 것, 첫사랑과의 연애를 통해 그려진다. 연애와 결혼, 출산을 포기하거나 유예한 삼포세대에 관한 담론, 일베 저장소와 같은 웹사이트에서의 여성혐오 담론을 고려한다면, 이와 같은 문화적 텍스트는 목가적 자본주의의 불가능성, 즉 그 폐허의 산물이다. 신여성 연구와 위안부 문제에 관한 연구는 1990년대 본격적으로 시작되었는데, 이 시기는 여성주의가 대학의 교과과정으로, 또 문화적 텍스트로 발전되었던 때이기도 하다. 특히 신여성 연구는 사회주의권의 해체와 함께 80년대 급부상한 마르크스주의적 변혁패러다임이 폐기되면서 ‘근대성’ 연구의 붐에 있어 선편적인 역할을 했으며, 무엇보다 당대 민족주의의 억압성을 비판하는 담론에 조응하는 효과를 낳았다. 일본군 위안부 운동은 ‘매춘’과 ‘성폭력’을 이슈로 제기된 여성운동의 흐름 속에서 제기되긴 했지만, 식민주의 극복이라는 과제를 내세웠다는 점에서 신여성과는 다른 위상을 지니게 된다. 민족주의는 정대협에 의해 주도된 위안부 운동의 성격을 비판하는 용어가 되었는데, 이 글에서는 이러한 민족주의 비판이 위안부 피해자의 고백이나 증언이 애초부터 ‘상상의 공동체’를 향해 이루어졌음을 환기할 때 과도한 점이 있음을 지적했다. 특히 신여성이 당대에서부터 다설(多說)의 대상이 된 반면, 위안부는 오랫동안 침묵의 대상이 되어왔다는 것을 고려한다면, 이 지연에 개입된 문제는 민족주의만이 아니라 식민주의라고 할 수 있다. 식민지 지배는 종족적으로 이원화된 식민지 사회의 친밀성을 인종화된 언설과 정치를 통해 재구축하는 과정을 수반하였다. 이제 식민지 섹슈얼리티 연구는 이를 광범위하게 논증해야 할 단계에 이르렀다. This paper's purpose is to retrospect studies on colonial sexuality after the 1990s, being concerned with temporality of the 1990s and the present. Nostalgia for the 1990s has been spread by TV drama <Answer! 1997>, <Answer! 1994> in which described that times when capitalist social environment was reconciliated with individual growth which was expressed through heroine and hero in the drama coming up to Seoul to enter university , romantic love, getting a job and marriage with first beloved. In this paper, I called the time consciousness of the 1990s as the pastoral capitalism, which proved impossible, considering the discourse on Sampo generation[삼포세대] who gives up romantic relationship, marriage and childbirth owing to economical condition. The misogynic discourse of Ilbe Storage[일베저장소], website of having anti-leftist, anti-feminist and right-wing tendency, reveals homo social and nationalistic feature. Studies on new women and comfort women in colonial period of Korea have begun in the 1990s. The rise of feminism was developed into curriculums of universities and popular cultures, which was prompted by democratization and liberalism of Korea around the late 1980s and the early 1990. In that same times, deconstruction of communist nations in the Western World forced the social landscape of post capitalism to be articulate in the cultural and intellectual texts with erasing pursuits for historical cause based marxism. The boom of studies on modernity of Korea in the early 20th century reached its peak in studies on new woman, in which new woman was described in heroine of modernity characterized by individualism and enjoyment of commercial culture of colonial capital Keijo [京城]. Many of scholars criticized on the negative discourse of new woman in the colonial period in reason of their behaviors not to meet nationalist cause. Of course, most of scholars were female intellectuals educated and teaching at universities. New woman became a representative representation of modernity and trans-nationality from the 1920s to the early 21th. On the other hands, comfort women became a nationalist representation, although a lot of feminists criticized that comfort woman movement leaded by Korean Council for Women Drafted for Military Sexual Slavery by Japan [한국정신대문제대책협의회] have made the representation as pure girls in sexual. However, it needs to accent the fact that repetitive testimonies of comfort women tended to "imagined community" and that various contents of which didn't satisfy with nationalist representations and narratives could also be told by listening to request to tell the painful experiences as comfort women. The fact it needed a long temporal gap for them to able to tell the experiences suggests to need to examine the relationship of colonialism and sexuality. Study on colonial sexuality need to reconstruct intimacy in the colonial society into the racial discourses and practices.

컨조인트 분석에 의한 터널 내 조명시설 설치조합별 경관 선호도 분석

PURPOSES : This study is to suggest suitable lighting facility installation plans by finding out driver’s preference for combination of lighting facility installation among landscape factors that affect driver visibility in tunnels. METHODS : SD method is used to extract emotional factors that affect drivers’ preference, Components of tunnel lighting facility installation are evaluated through conjoint analysis and it suggested relative importance of attributes and utility values. RESULTS : In the aspects of satisfaction levels of components of tunnel lighting facility installation, Tunnel side, two lows, and solid line arrangement type has the highest level of satisfaction. Extract emotional factors that affect drivers’ preference are “safety”, “openness” and” amenity.” In addition, the result of analyzing relative importance of attributes of tunnel lighting facility shows that numbers of lighting array has the highest importance and lighting facility arrangement has the lowest importance. Result of analyzing partial utility shows that the 2 low type among number of lows, the solid line arrangement type between arrangement types, placing in the middle part among lighting facility arrangement were highly preferred. CONCLUSIONS : In the case of lighting numbers, utility values of the first line and the second line showed us a big difference. Increasing the number arrays in the future reformation of lighting facility installation combination will be effective in enhancing the utility of the driver

폐허, 바다의 기억 - 일본군 ‘위안부’는 셀 수 있는가

The purpose of this article is to critically reflect on the categorization of Japanese military ‘comfort women’ survivors into a countable population by government registration in Korea. This is also to ask again the question of whether we can count the number of victims of ‘comfort women’ for the Japanese military. To this end, first of all, the symbols and emotions inherent in the testimony struggle of Kim Hak-sun, who revealed herself as a survivor of the Japanese military ‘comfort women’ for the first time in Korea, were examined. The ruins as an image of war memory revealed by Kim Hak-sun’s testimony are not identifiable places with geographical names, and it was suggested that they were places where corpses that could not return were floating by overlapping reading <Memories of the Sea> by Taeko Tomiyama. This image of ruins is imprinted on the mobilization and existence of Japanese military ‘comfort women’, who are considered to have no need to count the living and the dead, and the aspect of the movement that created a transnational polis. In light of this, the legalization of government registration of Japanese military ‘comfort women’ victims, which was made in response to the domestic movement against the rise of the civic fund issue in Japan, is limited to those with Korean nationality. This implicitly helped to strengthen the nationalist frame in the Japanese military ‘comfort women’ movement, memory, and narrative. We must be wary of the fact that today’s practice of counting the number of survivors of ‘comfort women’ and boasting of the K-defense industry and calling for redemption may be under the same flag of nationalism. This paper argues that the ultimate goal of the Japanese military ‘comfort women’ movement is to stop and oppose the war caused by the expansion of capitalism that mass-produces countless beings. 이 글의 목적은 일본군 ‘위안부’는 셀 수 있는가라는 근본적인 물음을 던짐으로써, 한국에서 일본군 ‘위안부’ 생존자를 정부에 등록시켜 셀 수 있는 인구로 범주화한 것을 비판적으로 성찰하는 데 있다. 이를 위해, 한국 내에서 살아남은 일본군 ‘위안부’의 수를 셈하기 이전에 자신을 드러낸 김학순의 증언 투쟁에 내재한 상징과 정동을 살펴보았다. 김학순이 증언을 통해 드러낸 전쟁 기억 이미지로서의 폐허는 지명을 지닌 특정할 수 있는 곳이 아니라 무수한 죽음을 목격한 곳이었다. 그런 의미에서 일본군 ‘위안부’와 그 참상을 돌아갈 수 없는 주검들이 부유하는 바다로 그려낸 도미야마 다에코의 <바다의 기억>이 제시하는 전쟁의 폐허 이미지를 주목하였다. 땅이 아닌 바다의 폐허 이미지는 굳이 셈할 필요조차 없다고 간주된 여성들에 대한 일본군 ‘위안부’의 동원과 존재 방식, 초국가적인 폴리스를 창출한 운동의 양상에 각인되어 있다. 이에 비추어본다면, 일본에서 기금 문제가 대두된 것에 대한 국내 운동의 대응 속에서 이루어진 일본군 ‘위안부’ 피해자의 정부 등록의 법제화는 커밍아웃의 청자를 정부로 삼았으며, 그 자격이 대한민국 국적을 지닌 자에 국한되어 있었다는 것을 성찰할 필요가 있다. 법제화 과정과 그 결과는 일본군 ‘위안부’ 운동, 기억, 서사에 있어 민족주의 프레임을 강화하는 효과를 발휘했다. 오늘날 ‘위안부’ 생존자 수를 세는 관행과 세계 곳곳에 지속되고 있는 전쟁에 힘입어 확장되는 K-방위산업을 자랑하고 신냉전의 군사적 긴장 속에 확전을 외치는 것이 같은 민족주의의 깃발 아래서일 수 있음을 경계해야 한다. 이 글은 일본군 ‘위안부’ 운동의 궁극적인 지향점은 헤아릴 필요조차 없는 존재들을 대량 생산하는 자본주의 팽창으로 일어나는 전쟁의 중지와 반대에 있음을 주장한다.
