아동이 지각한 부모의 공감과 학교적응 간의 관계에서 회복탄력성의 매개효과

This study attempts to examine the direct or indirect influence of the parents’ empathic ability perceived by the elementary students and the resilience of the personal internal factor on the school adjustment along with the structural relation between each variable. Concretely it aims to offer the information for the effective intervention in the scenes of the school and the counseling by figuring out the influential variable on the school adjustment. The 4th, 5th, and 6th grade students at 4 elementary schools in Gyeongsangnam-do and the structural relation between the variables was identified in AMOS 18.0. According to the result of the data analysis, the parents’ empathic ability had no direct influence on the child’s school adjustment. It was found that the parents’ empathic ability had direct influence on the resilience and the resilience had direct influence on the child’s school adjustment. Thus, it revealed that the parents’ empathic ability had meaningful influence on the school adjustment with the resilience of the personal internal factor mediating. This result showed the necessity of activating the various parent education, providing opportunities of the parent counseling, and expanding the family counseling. Moreover, we discussed at the personal counseling level the alternative approach that improving the resilience of the personal internal factor enhanced the school adjustment despite lacking the parental empathy.
