자율운행 기술을 건설 현장에 적용하는 것은 안전 상의 문제로 매우 어렵다. 하지만 카메라, 레이더 등 각종 측위 장치와 센싱 장치의 건설장비에의 적용은 매우 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 이러한 기술적 추이를 바탕으로 정부에서는 건설장비 및 산업용 차량으로 인한 사고 발생률을 줄이기 위하여 중대재해처벌법과 산업안전관리비 지원 등 다양한 노력을 하고 있다. 또한 관련 산업체에서는 지난 수년간 다양한 안전장비를 개발하여 현장에 적용하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 건설장비 및 산업 차량에 현재 적용되고 있는 안전 장비 관련 기술 현황을 알아보고, 인공지능을 기반으로 한 건설장비에서의 안전 기술 발전 방향을 제안하고자 한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 기술을 기반으로 하는 건설장비의 안전성과 작업 효율성의 제고는 추후 시뮬레이션 등을 통해 검토되어야 할 것이다. Applying autonomous driving technology to construction sites is very difficult due to safety issues. However, the application of various positioning and sensing devices, such as cameras and radars, to construction equipment is very active. Based on these technological trends, the government is making various efforts, including the Serious Accident Punishment Act and support for industrial safety management expenses, to reduce the incidence of accidents caused by construction equipment and industrial vehicles. And, related industries have been developing various safety equipment over the past few years and applying them to the field. In this paper, we investigate the current status of safety equipment-related technologies currently applied to construction equipment and industrial vehicles, and propose a direction for the development of safety technology in construction equipment based on artificial intelligence. Improving the safety and work efficiency of construction equipment based on the technology proposed in this paper should be reviewed through simulation in the future.
클라이언트와 서버의 연산시간을 줄여주는 실시간 인증서 상태 검증에 관한 연구

As a research on PKI is being very popular, the study relating to certificate status validation is being grown with aim to reduce an overhead of the protocol and to provide an efficient operation. The OCSP of the standard protocol related to the study enables applications to determine the revocation state of an identified certificate. However, the OCSP server can not service millions of certificate status validation requests from clients in a second on E-commerce because of the computational time for signature and verification. So, we propose the Real-time Certificate Status Validation Protocol(RCSVP) that has smaller computational time than OCSP. RCSVP server reduce the computational time of certificate status validation using hash function and common secret value. Also RCSVP client does not need the computational time of certificate verification to acquire the public key from an identified certificate. Therefore, the proposed protocol enables server to response millions of certificate status validation requests from clients in a second on E-commerce. OCSP는 서버가 클라이언트에게 request와 response를 이용하여 실시간 인증서 상태 검증을 제공해주는 온라인 프로토콜이다. 서버와 클라이언트 사이에 전송되어지는 request와 response는 사용자 인증과 데이터의 무결성을 위하여 보내는 측에서 전자서명이 되고 수신측에서 서명검증이 된다. E-commerce 상에서 서버는 초당 수백만 개의 클라이언트들의 인증서 상태검증 요구를 처리해야 하는데 OCSP 서버는 전자서명과 서명검증을 위한 연산 시간으로 이 조건을 만족할 수 없다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 클라이언트-서버 환경에서 서버의 연산 시간을 줄여 수백만 개의 인증서 상태 검증 요청을 처리할 수 있는 방법을 제안하고자 한다. 이 방법은 또한 클라이언트에서의 연산 시간도 줄여준다.

With the rapid progress of research to offer a convenience of mobile communication, the mobile users can use not only the services of voice call but also the variety services of data communication using Internet. These include Internet Searching, Internet Shopping and Internet banking and Internet stock exchange and electronic payment and so on, based on PKI. Also, the need of data communication between the mobile users has been increased. As it is possible for mobile users to do user authentication, key distribution, encryption, decryption and so on, it is needed the certificate status validation between the mobile users. However due to the PCS(Personal Communication System) had been only designed and implemented for voice call between the mobile users, it is not easy to apply data communication between the mobile users on PKI. Therefore the study of for the data communication between the mobile users in PCS is a few. It is for the data transfer between the mobile users to communicate using call processing of PCS. So, we propose how to process the certificate status validation during call processing for data communication between the mobile users in the PCS. 이동통신 사용자들은 PKI를 기반으로 무선 인터넷을 통한 뱅킹, 증권거래, 전자 지불 등의 다양한 서비스를 이용하고 있다. 또한 이동통신 사용자간의 데이터 통신에 대한 필요성도 점차 증가하고 있다. 무선 PKI 환경에서 사용자들은 인증서를 이용하여 사용자 인증, 키 분배, 암복호화 등을 수행할 수 있으며 그에 따라 이동통신 사용자간의 인증서상태 검증과정도 필요하게 되었다. 이미 개발되어 상용화되어 있는 이동통신용 교환기는 음성 통화를 위주로 설계되었으므로 이를 이용하여 데이터 통신을 하기 위해서는 음성호의 호처리 절차를 이용하여야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 무선 PKI 환경을 이용한 이동통신 사용자간의 데이터 통신에 필요한 인증서상태 검증작업을 호처리 과정 내에서 효율적으로 처리할 수 있는 모델을 PCS(Personal Communication System)를 중심으로 제안하고자 한다.

This paper proposes the cell scheduling algorithm proper to high-speed ATM switch. The proposed algorithm is the VRR(Variable weight Round Robin) combined the FRR to variant QLT. The FRR performs the cell service of the fixed weight by each buffer. So, FRR don't support the QoS of ATM service classes although it is easy to implement a high speed switch. VRR uses the method expaned to variable weight according to buffer state as well as schedules the cell according the Fixed weight based FRR. The simulation to evaluate the proposed algorithm was done by AweSim arid Visual C++. The result graphs show that the proposed algorithm is excellent, especially in the aspect of cell loss. This area is engaged by English Abstract.

The almost of Web page has been gathered the personal information(Korean resident registration number, name, cell-phone number, home telephone number, E-mail address, home address, etc.) using the membership and log-in. The all most user of Web page are concerned for gathering of the personal information. I-pin is the alternative means of resident registration number and has been used during the last ten-year period in the internet. The accident of I-pin mass illegal issue was happened by hacker at February, 2015. In this paper, we analysis the problems of I-pin system about I-pin mass illegal issue accident and propose a improvement method of it. First, I-pin issue must be processed by the off-line of face certification in spite of user's inconvenience. Second, I-pin use must be made up through second certification of password or OTP. The third, the notification of I-pin use must be sent to the user by the text messaging service of cell-phone or the E-mail. The forth, I-pin must be used an alternative means of Korean resident registration number in Internet. The methods can reduce the problems of I-pin system.
패킷화된 음성과 저속의 데이터가 혼합된 트래픽을 위한 Layered Cell 프로토콜의 성능해석

In this paper, we proposed a simulation model to which apply the AAL 2 (AAL type 2) between BSC and MSC in the cellular mobile communication systems. We suggested the frame structure of processing the packets of short length and the scheme which multiplex to one or more ATM cell. Also, we analyzed the performance of the APR, transmission delay, and channel transmission efficiency used in the packetized voice traffic and the low bit-rate data traffic such as fax. From the simulation results, the maximum number of users are 47 users without using AAL 2 multiplexing, but the maximum number of users are 70 (Non-Overlapping scheme) users, 110 (Overlapping scheme) users, respectively. Thus, we knew that the Overlapping scheme is more efficient than the Non-Overlapping scheme. Finally, we showed that the optimum transmission buffer size is 4 ATM cells in the cellular communication systems with the bandwidth of 2 Mbps.

Security is very important at EC(Electronic Commerce) Environments. The reason is that exchanged data(that is user private information(accounts, card-no, password), transaction items, etc) is various and is very sensitive. In this paper, we propose the Secure-XML Messaging System(S-XMS) which is implemented to support Message Level Security, Encryption and Digital Signature. And we implement Message Confidentiality Service, User Authentication & Message Integrity Service and Non-Repudiation Service among the various Security Services.

This paper propose the queue structure of cell buffering in the output buffer of ATM switch for the traffic with the different QoS. The proposed queue structure can minimize the cell loss ratio of bursty traffic, maximize the queue utilization through the sharing of real-time queue and non-real-time queue. To evaluate the proposed queue structure, we compare the CLP and cell average delay of the proposed queue and fixed queue using the bursty traffic patterns.
