다중회귀분석을 이용한 서울시 1인 가구의 연령별 분포요인에 관한 연구

While the number of total population in Seoul has been on the constant decline for the last few years, the number of household has increased due to the rising tendency of the smaller households. In 2010, the small households in the metropolitan areas accounted for 44% of the entire households, and Statistics Korea has reported that one person household, which will take up more than 30% of the whole household, will have been the most common type of household by 2020. This reason of rise will be differently shown according to age like the preferred housing type or surrounding environments, this research is suggest to research hypothesis that distinction of age leads to the spatial distribution of one person household. Therefore, this research is to exercise a multiple regression analysis targeting on the facilities, which become the spatial distribution factor of one person household, with the independent variable gained from the concluded area calculated with the area ratio of the spatial unit followed by the service area analysis based on network. The spatial unit is the census output of Seoul, and based on this the interaction between the number of one person household according to age and the factors of its distribution. Also, the spatial regions - downtown, northeast, southeast, northwest, southwest - are designed as dummy variables and the results of each region are found out. As a result, the spatial regions occupied according to age are found to be varied - people in their 20s prefer housings near the college, 30s lease or the monthly rental housings, 40s the monthly rental housings, and over 60s the housing with the floor area of less than $40m^2$. Likewise, one person household has different types of housing environments preferred according to age, and thus a housing policy concerning this will have to be suggested.
FDM 3D 프린팅 기술로 제작된 3D 프린팅 레이스/보일 복합직물의 역학적 특성 및 세탁성 평가

In this study, fused deposition modellig(FDM) 3D printing technology has been applied directly to polyester voil fabric to produce 3D printed lace/voil composite fabrics. A stereolithograpy(STL) file with a lace type 3D modelling under the various thickness were prepared and transformed into a g-code file using a g-code generator. The extrusion conditions for FDM 3D printing were controlled by 50mm/s of nozzle speed, 235℃ of nozzle temperature, 40℃ of heating bed temperature. 3D printed lace/voil composite fabriscs manufactured by 3D printing based on FDM using a thermoplactic polyurethane(TPU) filaments were obtained. To evaluate the mechanical properties and washability of the fabricated 3D printed lace/voil composite fabric, KES-FB system test, washing fastness test and dry cleaning resistance test were conducted. As 3D printing thickness increased, KOSHI, NUMERI, and FUKURAMI of 3D printed lace/voil composite fabric increased. From the results of the primary hand value test, 3D printed lace/voil composite fabrics were confirmed to be applicable to women's summer garments. As a result of the washability and dry cleaning resistance test of the 3D printed lace/voil composite fabrics, all samples were graded 4-5.
근거기반실무 교육 프로그램을 활용한 시뮬레이션 실습의 효과

본 연구의 목적은 근거기반실무 교육 프로그램을 활용한 시뮬레이션 실습 교육이 간호대학생의 근거기반실무 지식, 근거기반실무 태도, 근거기반실무 역량, 근거기반 실무 적용의도 및 비판적 사고에 미치는 효과를 확인하기 위함이었다. 본 연구는 비동등성 대조군 전후설계의 실험연구이다. 연구 참여에 동의한 연구대상자는 근거기반실무 교육을 받은 경험이 없는 자로, 시뮬레이션 실습 교과목을 수강할 D대학교 간호학과 4학년 학생 48명이었다. 연구기간은 2019년 3월 2일부터 6월 10일까지였다. 근거기반실무 교육 프로그램을 활용한 시뮬레이션 실습 교육은 근거기반실무 5단계를 적용하는 것을 목표로 진행되었고, 1회기 당 4시간씩 총 6회기로 구성되었다. 프로그램의 효과는 t-test로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 근거기반실무 교육 프로그램을 활용한 시뮬레이션 실습 교육은 간호대학생의 근거기반실무에 대한 지식, 근거기반실무 태도, 근거기반실무 역량, 근거기반실무 적용의도, 비판적 사고를 유의하게 향상시켰다. 따라서 간호대학생의 근거기반실무 지식, 근거기반실무 태도, 근거기반실무역량과 근거기반실무 적용의도 및 비판적 사고를 증진시키기 위해 시뮬레이션 실습교육에 근거기반실무 교육 프로그램을 다각도로 활용할 것을 권장한다. The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of Evidence-Based Practice Education using Simulation Practicum program on the knowledge-based practical knowledge, attitude, competence, and intention of future use and critical thinking of nursing students. This study is an experimental study pretest-posttest design of inequality control. The study participants were the students who had no experience in the Evidence-based Practical Education, and 48 students in the fourth grade-nursing students from D University who will take simulation courses. The study was conducted from March 2, 2019 to June 10, 2019. The Evidence-Based Practice Education using Simulation Practicum program was conducted with the goal of applying five levels of evidence-based practice to itself, and it consisted of 6 sessions, 4 hours per session. The effects of the program were analyzed by t-test. Research results showed that the Evidence-Based Practice Education using Simulation Practicum program significantly improved student’s Evidence-Based Practice knowledge(t=4.854, p<.001), Evidence-Based Practice attitudes(t=8.227, p<.001), Evidence-Based Practice competency(t=17.572, p<.001), Evidence-Based Practice intention to future use(t=6.343, p<.001) and critical thinking(t=9.699, p<.001). Therefore, it is necessary to use the Evidence-based Practice in order to improve students Evidence-Based Practice knowledge, Evidence-Based Practice attitudes, Evidence-Based Practice competency, Evidence-Based Practice intention to future use and critical thinking through the Evidence-Based Practice Education using Simulation Practicum program in various ways.
영어파열음 유무성 범주와 관련된 중국인 유학생의 VOT와 F0 음향단서 지각 양상 연구

The present study investigates the effects of VOT and F0 cues on the detection of voicing contrast in English word-initial stops by Chinese listeners living in Korea. The stimuli were constructed by manipulating VOT in six steps and F0 in six steps using Praat. The target stops were bilabial, alveolar, or velar. The nineteen Chinese listeners’ perceptual patterns of voicing classification in an identification experiment were compared with those of twenty Korean listeners. The results showed that both the Chinese and Korean participants utilized VOT as a primary cue in identifying voicing contrasts of English stops. However, the Chinese listeners were less sensitive to F0 cues than the Korean listeners. In Chinese, pitch movement is used to cue lexical tone contrast. Thus, the Chinese listeners tended to rely more on VOT and less on F0 cues in perceiving voicing contrasts of English stops.

With the explosive growth of biotechnology industry and enactment of the Nagoya Protocol, the impetus for standardization in the field of biological industry is stronger than ever. The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) is at the center of these efforts for international standardization. ISO/TC 276 Biotechnology has several on going projects on biobank management, handling bioresources, and related analysis methods. Especially, the standardization of industrially and clinically important resources, like cell lines, has received greater attentions worldwide. Experts of ISO/TC 276/WG 2 are now developing a standard on the process and quality requirements for mammalian cell lines, a project proposed by Korea. This study analyzes the standardization trend in the biobanking field and the current status of standardization in biobanks at the national level. Based on these analyses, we propose a strategic model for the international standardization of biobanks and direction for governmental policies.
