디자인 기초조형의 실제적 연구 -지재조형실험을 중심으로-

The design shown is an excellent representation which makes people estimable and lose control of their mind. It is impossible to pass over the point of form in deciding this. Most design work is accomplished through form. In this case, the organization of effective form in concerning worth of the design is an important evaluation basis, and it will remain the problem of design forever. 탁월하게 표현된 디자인은 대중들이 경탄하고 마음을 자제하지 못한다. 이것을 결정하는 요인으로 조형문제가 있음을 간과하기 어렵다. 대부분 실제 디자인업무는 조형을 통하여 수행한다. 이러한 점에서 디자인의 가치는 효과적인 조형구성이 중요한 평가기준이며 이것은 디자인문제의 영원한 과제이다. 디자인의 발전을 위해서 조형연구가 다각도로 활발하게 이뤄져야 한다. 특히 응용조형의 원천으로서 기초조형의 원리이해와 방법론, 조형실험과 새로운 조형발견 등은 디자인 발전에 중요한 도움이 될 것이다.광의의 디자인은 다양한 협의의 여러 장르의 디자인을 형성한다. 각 장르별 디자인의 표현된 형태와 구조를 분석하면 평면, 입체와 공간, 시간과 공간성을 동반한 4차원, 그 외에도 다양한 차원으로 발전하며 형성된 디자인으로 존재한다. 그리고 각 분야는 공통적으로 독특한 조형의 가치를 요구하고 있다. 각 차원에 따라 달라지는 조형의 형상과 구조의 배열 배치문제 그리고 각 차원의 실제에 적용을 위한 기초요소이며 조형활동의 기반으로서 기초조형의 원리연구가 절실하다. 오늘날 복잡한 사회문제로 등장한 디자인을 간결하게 풀어낼 묘수는 없으나 기초조형의 연구는 이 문제를 풀어나가는 출발점이 될 수 있을 것이다.

판재적층기법의 입체디자인조형 연구

The design form of the Laminating Method is one of the most useful methods in the design field. The materials to be used possibly are composed of several sorts of things, from thin paper to thick steel plate. The method of design form and choosing the material may be different from the usage of the design form and how it is used. The "Laminating Method" is very useful for the practice of studying the form because there are good materials which can be handled easily like paper, foam-board and plastic-foam. These are the efficient methods of design form to gain knowledge and an ability like the power of imagination, understanding a mathematical principle and structural sense. Especially, it shows the efficient expression about the ingredient of material in 3D design form so that color, the quality of the material and the depth of brightness from a light appear as a formative character. The formative performance is showed by using the above factors effectively, moreover it is a very important fact in deciding the worth of a design form. Therefore, the "Laminating Method" can also be the performance of the light and shadows. Although we can apply this method on the different parts of design at the moment, it is necessary to have a better understanding of the temperance of beauty to make it successful. This study investigates the basic principles of the Laminating Method through a few experiments. 판재적층기법의 조형은 디자인 실제에서 많이 활용되는 방법이다. 이 기법의 조형에서 활용될 수 있는 재료는 얇은 종이에서부터 상당한 두께의 철판에 이르기까지 다양한 종류의 재료를 적용할 수 있다. 제작할 조형체가 무슨 목적으로 어떻게 사용할 것인가 하는 내용에 따라서 재료선택이나 조형방법이 달라질 수 있을 것이다. 그러나 판재적층기법은 조형연습과정에서 종이나 폼 보드 또는 플라스틱판재 같이 다루기 쉬운 재료를 활용할 수 있어서 연습방법으로 선택이 용이하다. 이 기법은 조형연습과정을 통하여 상상력 개발, 수리적 법칙 이해, 질서 있는 구성감각 등 디자인의 기초적 지식과 능력을 배양 할 수 있는 효과를 거둘 수 있는 방법이기도 하다. 특히 입체디자인조형에서는 재료가 가진 물성을 효과적으로 표현하며 이것이 빛에 의해서 색, 재질감, 명암의 농도 등의 내재된 연출로 조형의 성격을 드러낸다. 조형연출은 이러한 요소를 효과적으로 활용하는 것이며 이것이 조형의 가치를 결정하는 중요한 사항이 된다. 모든 조형작업과 마찬가지로 판재적층도 곧 빛과 그림자의 연출이라고 할 수 있다. 이 기법을 여러 장르의 디자인 실제에서 응용하여 적용해 볼 수 있으나 효과를 거두기 위해서 먼저 절제의 미학에 대한 폭넓은 인식이 요구된다고 할 것이다. 판재적층기법의 기본원리를 원론적이고 단편적인 실험을 통하여 부분적으로나마 그 내용을 규명하였다.

Businesses recognize that they can expand their power when they express the identity of products by their own designs and make new brand images of company and products. They think that expanded design values shall be important and essential to get an advantage over market competition. The formation and brands are important to be effectively used as business strategies and policies. A product design produces not only the characteristics of formation but also formative values, while a brand pursues specific images: In such a way, businesses can differentiate their products with others at markets to look for a highlight. The study investigated cases of the characteristics of designs as well as brand images, and it examined good design policies to find a way of realization. Those matters need to be researched continuously as important policies of businesses that may have different methodologies depending upon the times. Businesses may adopt various kinds of strategies and policies to develop them. The formation design and brand images need to be characterized to reflect the trends of the times and culture so that they are thought to be important. 기업들은 생산품에 대한 독자적인 디자인으로 정체성을 표현할 뿐 만 아니라 기업 및 상품의 브랜드이미지를 새롭게 형성시킴으로서 기업의 파워를 확장할 수 있다고 인식하고 있다. 나아가 디자인 가치를 확장함이 곧 시장경쟁에서 우위를 확보할 수 있는 핵심적이고 필수적인 내용으로 받아드리고 있다. 조형이나 브랜드 문제가 디자인의 실제이며 기업의 전략, 정책으로 유용하게 활용된다. 상품디자인에서 조형의 독특성과 형상적 가치를 연출하고 브랜드에서 특정이미지를 추구함으로서 시장에서 타 상품과의 차별성을 한층 고취시키고 부각을 모색한다. 이 과정에서 디자인의 독특성과 브랜드 이미지에 대한 관련 사례를 선정, 분석하고 바람직한 디자인 관련정책을 알아보고 실제화 하는 방법론을 탐구하였다. 이러한 문제는 앞으로도 시대의 변화에 따라 방법론을 달리 하면서 기업의 중요한 정책과제로서 계속적인 연구가 요청된다고 할 것이다. 기업을 발전시키는 다양한 전략, 정책이 있겠으나 조형을 매개한 디자인의 독특성과 브랜드 이미지를 특성화하는 것이야말로 시대와 문화조류를 반영하는 것이며 중요한 가치로 평가받고 있는 것이다.

디자인 개념의 상품발명에 관한 연구

According to Leonardo Da Vinci, the ability to invent, for man, depended upon the exercise of imagenation(fantasia). The inventors fantasia should be work in accordance with principles of nature. The way in which human inventor as being obliged to work with espect to the natural world can best be examined through the degree of direct imitation and only understood in the context of natural law.About form with original idea and valuating as a basis form's which has value and effect that revaluation and inventing authorized of form to face with decision of element, method and detail which mentions about to get a chance for practical use with studying objectivity plans. Design with practical and aesthetical substance of value that represents justify right confirmed plan of an intellectual property right.Specially, the basic field of form would be studied systematically for hiding in form and art field to find new value that uses to expend. 조형에 내재하는 수리적이고 과학적인 체계는 발명에 포함할 수 있는 근거가 될 수 있다. 특히, 디자인은 조형 문제를 중요하게 다루고 있어 이러한 점의 대상으로 부각된다. 레오나르도 다 빈치에 따르면 사람의 발명능력은 상상력의 발휘에 달려 있고, 발명가의 상상력은 자연의 원칙에 따라야만 한다고 하였다.인간의 발명은 자연에 대한 경외심에 의해서 할 수 밖에 없으며 이것은 자연을 직접 모방한 것과 오직 자연의 법칙에 대하여 이해하는데서 알 수 있다. 조형에 대한 창의적인 아이디어와 가치 평가를 근거로 조형이 지니는 가치와 효과에 대해서 재평가하고 조형의 발명 판정에 영향을 미치는 요소와 방법, 내용 등을 객관화 할 수 있는 방안을 연구함으로서 조형 실용화의 실체로 대표되는 디자인에서 지적재산권 문제의 정당한 권리확보 방안을 마련할 수 있는 기회로 활용하고자 하는 것이다.

Although it is a common expression nowadays, the designer's ability is finally showing in his artistic originality and aesthetic expression through the design. On this point, the design shown is an excellent representation which makes people estimable and lose control of their mind. Most design work is accomplished through form. In this case, the organization of effective form in concerning worth of the design is an important evaluation basis, and it will remain the problem of design forever.
