        초등체육에서 운동역학의 현실과 연구 활성화 방안

        체육학에서 운동역학 및 초등체육 관련 운동역학 연구의 현실과 문제점을 알아보고 활성화 시킬 수 있는 방안에대해서 알아보고자 하였다. 한국체육학회지, 한국운동역학회지, 그리고 한국초등체육학회지에 게재된 논문을 대상으로 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 최근 3년(2012~2014)간 운동역학 관련 연구를 분석한 결과, 연구 내용에 따라서 운동기술분석 44.5%, 측정 및 자료처리 38.4%, 상해관련 12.3%, 기타 10%로 나타났다. 연구 방법에 따라서는영상분석 60.7%, 근전도 10.9%, 압력판 9%로 나타났으며, 영상분석과 압력판을 이용한 연구(6.2%)와 영상분석과근전도를 이용한 분석(2%), 그리고 기타의 방법(15.2%) 등을 이용한 것으로 나타났다. 최근 5년(2009~2014)간 초등체육과 관련한 운동역학 연구는 한국체육학회지 0.1%, 한국운동역학회지 1.3%, 한국초등체육학회지 4.5%로 나타났다. 연구내용은 운동기술분석(66.7%), 측정 및 자료처리와 상해관련(각각 16.7%)의 연구였으며, 연구방법으로는 영상분석 관련 연구가 대부분(83.3%)을 차지하였다. 이처럼 운동역학 관련, 특히 초등체육에서의 연구가 미진한 이유는 연구여건의 미비, 전문 연구인력의 부족, 기초자료 부족, 그리고 연구대상자 확보와 통제의 어려움이주요 원인으로 판단된다. 따라서 전문연구 인력 및 실험실과 연구기자재의 확보, 흥미를 유발할 수 있는 편안한강의, 현장성 있는 연구와 함께 체계적인 분석 및 지도방법의 모색 등을 통해서 활성화 할 수 있도록 노력해야할 것이다. The purpose of this study was to identify current trend and issues and to activating sport biomechanics research related to general sport science and elementary physical education. In order to achieve purpose of the study, research published in The Korean Journal of Physical Education(KJPE), Korean Journal of Sport Biomechanics(KJSB), and The Korean Journal of Elementary Physical Education(KJEPE) were analysed. Based on analysis of biomechanics research in past 3 years, motor skill analysis(44.5%) was the most frequently appeared in the studies followed by measurement and data processing(38.4%), injury(12.3%), and others(10%) respectively in terms of content of the research. Research methods used in the studies were image analysis(60.7%), electromyogram(10.9%), and pressure plate(9%). There were also studies used both image analysis and pressure plate(6.2%), image analysis and electromyogram(2%) and others(15.2%). Based on analysis of biomechanics research in past 5 years related to elementary physical education, it was shown in KJPE(0.1%), KJSB(6.2%), and KJEPE(4.5%). Research contents were motor skill analysis(66.7%), measurement and data processing, and injury(16.7%) respectively and most of research(83.3%) were used image analysis as research method. Reasons of the lack of research related to biomechanics, especially elementary physical education would be insufficiency of the research conditions, lack of professional researchers, lack of basic data, and difficulty of having and controling samples. Therefore, it should be make efforts to secure professional researchers, lab, and equipments, to make effective teaching created more interests about biomechanics, and to conduct research having more practically oriented along with systematic analysis and teaching method.

      • 남자 배구 경기에서 팀 성적과 서브리시브 성공률 및 스파이크 성공률간의 관계

        The volleyball is characterized as the game where the players pursue the victory by succeeding the attack typically composed of the three-steps, i.e., service receive, set, and spike. Therefore, the winning possibility would be increased when the aforementioned three techniques are performed successfully. This study was designed to the influence of service receive success rate and spike success rate on team standing and to the relationship between the receive success rate and the spike success rate. To achieve the purposes, the official records of all games(102 games) of Korean Volleyball Super League, provided by the Korean Volleyball Association, were analyzed. Data were analyzed utilizing the SPSS Window 7.5 version. The descriptive statistics and correlation analysis with Pearson's r value were performed. There were positive relationship between the service receive success rate and the team standing as well as between the spike success rate and the team standing(p〈.01). In addition, there was a positive relationship between service receive success rate and the spike success rate(p〈.01). Approximately 57% and 77% of the team standing was found to be explained by service receive success rate and spike success rate, respectively. It was evident that the service receive success rate and the spike success rate should be high to improve the team standing. Additionally, a great deal of the time should be assigned to the practice of the service receive. However, the team standing couldn't be fully explained by the receive and spike. The future studies on the other techniques, e.g., setting, would be warranted.

        고등학교 남자 테니스 단식경기의 경기력 결정요인 평가

        [INTRODUCTION] The purpose of this study was to analyze major factors in serve and stroke of high school tennis players for successful performance. [METHOD] To achieve the purpose of the study, 3 dimension video analysis was conducted for one set of men's single game. The results and conclusions are as follows. [RESULT] First, there is no difference between the players in terms of speed of serve and stroke. Second, winner's stroke angle was 2° greater than loser's. Winner also used forehand stroke more but loser used backhand stroke more in terms of frequency of stroke. Third, the winner showed more constant pattern in ball speed and angle than loser's. Forth, loser's movement after stroke was 12cm longer than winner's. However, there was no significant difference between the winner's and the loser's. [CONCLUSION] Although winner's stroke speed was little faster than loser's, speed of fore and backhand strokes were similar between two players because they both used drive for forehand and flat for backhand. Frequency of forehand stroke and angel would the major factors that influence the game result. Based from winner's faster preparation for the stroke. Also, is considered an opponent to move a lot more to the game that can be efficiently. [서론] 이 연구에서는 고등학교 테니스 선수들의 경기를 대상으로 서브 및 스트로크 상황에서의 주요요인을 분석하고 성공적인 경기 수행을 위한 과학적 분석을 목적으로 하였다. [방법] 이를 위하여 남자단식 1세트 경기를 대상으로 3차원 영상분석을 실시하였으며, 독립표본 t-test를 이용하여 차이를 알아보았다. [결과] 첫째, 두 선수의 서브 속도와 스트로크 속도에서는 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 하지만, 승리한 K선수의 스트로크 속도가 M선수에 비해 다소 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 스트로크 각도는 승리한 M선수가 K선수에 비해 포·백핸드 각각 약 2° 씩 크게 나타났다. 스트로크 사용빈도에서 M선수는 포핸드를 주로 사용하였으며, 반면 패배한 K선수는 백핸드를 포핸드에 비해 많이 사용하였다. 셋째, 스트로크 속도와 각도는 승리한 M선수가 K선수에 비해 일정한 패턴을 나타냈다. 넷째, 타구 후 움직임은 패배한 K선수가 M선수에 비해 약 12cm 정도 더 많은 거리를 이동한 것으로 나타났으나 통계적으로 유의한 차이는 없었다. [결론] 서브속도와 스트로크 속도는 경기결과에 영향을 미치지 않았으며, 스트로크 각도를 보다 크게 하는 것이 경기를 유리할 것으로 판단된다. 또한 백핸드보다는 포핸드 스트로크를 이용한 공격이 유리하며, 상대선수를 보다 많이 움직이게 하는 것이 경기에 승리할 수 있는 요인으로 판단된다.

        초등학교 배드민턴 남자 단식 경기의 득점 요인 및 과정 평가

        This study is to analyze the factor relevant getting score and the process of getting score that have been main factor of getting score in elementary school boy`s single badminton game. For this research, I tried to do 3-D video analyzing in a set of 6th grades boy`s single game in elementary school formal badminton competition and analyze plyer`s movement of cental point by coordinated of both the tip of the toes. The final score was 17 to 10, I analyzed 26 out of 27 scores from the beginning and compared the differences by t-test using SPSS program. The results follow according to research conclusion. 1) The player who won the game uesd more offensive technique than player who lose the game. 2) The distance before and behind moved by player effected to score. 3) When comparing path of moving both players, the more separate from home position relatively, the lower score showed. 4) The point of view in moving distribution of player, the player who sent shuttlecock close to the other player`s endline way of back hand direction was getting more score. 5) To get a score effectively, it is useful that there should be constantly separated distance among powerful smash, a point where shuttlecock is down, and defensive player.

        발레 기초동작 연습이 초등학생의 보행패턴과 지면반력에 미치는 영향

        [INTRODUCTION] The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of basic ballet practice on walking pattern and type of ground reaction force for elementary students. [METHOD] 16weeks ballet program was conducted with practice group and non practice group, consisting with 3 low elementary students for each group. Differences between pre and post test for step length and step width, change of body center position, upper body angle, impulse and maximum impact force were examined by using 3 dimension cinematography and ground reaction force. Mean and standard deviation were calculated and two-way ANOVA with repeated measure were conducted using PASW. [RESULT] First, basic ballet practice influenced to increase stability for children's step and muscle training showed a significant effect. Second, basic ballet practice resulted unstable step with left and right movement by influencing left and right of the center of gravity, and left and right of upper body angle from the practice. Also, there was a inter-relation among step width, left and right of the center of gravity, and left and right of upper body angle. Third, basic ballet practice helped stable step because of its effect on ground reaction force peak. [CONCLUSION] Basic ballet practice for children increased stability of step and control ground reaction force peak for step. In turn, basic ballet practice has much change of left and right which results on shakily walking and may has negative effect on step. [서론] 이 연구의 목적은 발레 기초동작 연습이 초등학생의 보행패턴과 지면반력의 유형에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 있다. [방법] 초등학교 저학년의 연습집단과 비연습집단 각각 3명씩을 대상으로 16주간의 발레 프로그램을 실시하였고, 3차원 영상분석과 지면반력분석을 이용하여 각각 5회씩을 분석하여 연습 전후의 차이를 알아보았다. 보폭 및 보간, 신체중심의 위치변화, 상체각도, 충격량과 최대충격력을 분석하였고, 연습의 영향을 알아보기 위해서 PASW(Predictive analytics software) Statistics 18.0 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 평균과 표준편차를 구하였다. 분석요인의 사전, 사후의 측정시기와 그룹간의 처치를 독립변인으로 한 이원반복변량분석(two-way ANOVA with repeated measure)을 실시하였다. [결과] 첫째, 발레 기초동작 연습이 아동들의 보행에 안정성을 높이며 근력훈련이 중요한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 발레 기초동작 연습은 무게중심의 좌․우, 상체 몸통각의 좌․우 영향을 주어 좌․우 움직임이 많은 것으로 불안정적인 보행을 하게 한다. 또한, 보간과 인체 무게중심의 좌․우, 상체 몸통각의 좌․우 간에는 상호 연관성이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 발레 기초동작 연습은 지면반력의 피크에 영향을 미치기 때문에 아동들의 터벅터벅 걸음을 하지 않고 안정적인 보행에 도움을 준다. [결론] 성장기 아동들의 경우 발레 기초동작 연습은 보행의 안정성을 높이고 지면반력의 피크를 조절하여 보행의 도움을 얻는다. 반면 좌․우 변화가 많아 팔(八)자 유형의 보행 패턴이 나타날 수 있다.

      • 검도경기에서 손목치기 공격의 성공요인 분석

        The purpose of this study is to compare the kinematical variables for the successful and failure attack of hand in Kumdo bouts. The 12 success trials and 33 failure trials were analysis by DLT technique of 3-dimensional cinematography. The pace, speed, angle between bamboo sword and ground, angular velocity of bamboo sword's first part, attack distance, and stroke time that give impact on the outcome of the match when attacking head were analyzed. To evaluate factors to influencing success performance, independent t-test was conducted. Among the kinematical variables that showed the significance in statistics were the pace, angle speed of bamboo sword, and the attack distance. The attack distance was 98.1±32.7cm in successful and 121.0±28.9cm in failure. The angle speed of bamboo sword, from the tournament of round of 8 groups, the following was measured. In case of successful the speed was 508.3 ± 351° /sec and 180.3±98.1° /sec in failure.

        배구 경기에서 팀 공격 성공을 위한 선수들의 수행 특성 평가

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate performance characteristics in the success of team attack during volleyball game. Three dimensional analysis was performed with games of business teams. Analyzed variables were followed by the movement distance of a setter when A-quick was occurred, the position during the spike, the possibility area during the attack, the right and left distance of the assistance attacker, the distance between attacker and blocker, and the distance between blockers each others. 1. It is recommended that the movement distance of the setter be decreased in order to make stable set condition. 2. In order to make one person blocking, the formation was to be consisted of the right and left formation which was associated with the progressive attack performance of the assistance attacker. 3. It is useful to widen attack area. Also it is necessary to improve the enhancement of passing the ball against the blocking of an opponent player. Finally, it is necessary to develop kinematic variables to evaluate performance characteristics of players. Further study may consider the best defense position against the attack of the opponent player.
