유통식육에서의 톡소포자충 검출을 위한 유전자검사법 개발

Although many PCR-based assays have been developed, the majority of rapid detection of Toxoplasma gondii in animal and their meat product has been dependent on immunogenic assays. Thus, there is still a need for more reliable PCR based detection method for T. gondii in retail meats. Recently, a 529-bp repeat element that exists in 200-300 copies per genome of T. gondii genome had been spotlighted for its usefulness as potential detection targers. In this study, the 529-bp repeat element was selected for real-time PCR to detect three types of T. gondii (type I, II and III). A primer pair targeting 82-bp of the 529-bp element detected all three types of T. gondii and showed high level of specificity against 14 different food-borne pathogens as well as 3 protozoan parasites such as Giardia lamblia, Cryptosporidium parvum and Entamoeba histolytica. Application of the new real-time PCR assay in meat samples showed improved detection sensitivity compared to the B1-gene targeted method suggesting potential new target for Toxoplasma gondii screening in retail meats.
분산 또는 집중화된 디지털콘텐츠의 효과적인 통제방안: 구현사례를 중심으로

It is not easy to control the unstructured digital contents efficiently which are usually created while carrying out the wide scope of managerial activities. Moreover, besides the existing EDMS method, new methodologies including new-type servers and clients like SBC,VDI, thin client, zero client, etc are said to be more efficient for managing digital contents. Usually, digital contents has been created and stored in the dispersed individual computers like laptop or desktop. Today, due to the advent of new technologies and devices for computer systems and network capacity, it's possible to store whole digital contents within centralized storage like EDMS. In this paper, it is shown how digital contents can be controled through selection of which approaches are used for individual users and storage servers. For alternatives, we explained implementation, merits and demerits, selection criteria,etc. And a case of the implementation of digital contents control is shown for the reference of related systems.

EDMS systems have been a main alternative for enterprise content management (ECM),which provide valuable functions for the effective control and management oforganization-level digital contents. However, it has not been effective frequently for thepurpose of integrative control of overall contents in an organization. One of reasons for thisproblem is that individuals usually create and store files with their own personal computersand do not move them to the central storage and control device, EDMS. Many occasionsshow that this situation can cause undesirable results for better management of enterprisecontents. This paper introduced an approach of virtual folder which can directly connectindividual computers and EDMS storage device without users’ inconvenience. Adding thecapacity of restricting usage of individual computer, users unavoidably and convenientlystore and retrieve digital contents using EDMS server system. Several modules andimplementing architecture for the virtual folder system are shown and the results of utilizingthe system are explained with a case of application.

For analyzing big data, the social network is increasingly being utilized through relational data, which means the connection characteristics between entities such as people and objects. When the relational data does not exist directly, a social network can be configured by calculating relational data such as attribute similarity from attribute data of entities and using it as links. In this paper, the composition method of the social network using the attribute similarity between entities as a connection relationship, and the clustering method using subgroups for the configured social network are suggested, and the clustering effectiveness of the clustering results is evaluated. The analysis results can vary depending on the type and characteristics of the data to be analyzed, the type of attribute similarity selected, and the criterion value. In addition, the clustering effectiveness may not be consistent depending on the its evaluation method. Therefore, selections and experiments are necessary for better analysis results. Since the analysis results may be different depending on the type and characteristics of the analysis target, options for clustering, etc., there is a limitation. In addition, for performance evaluation of clustering, a study is needed to compare the method of this paper with the conventional method such as k-means.
다수 수요자-공급자간 적응적 협력관계하의 지능형 에이전트 기반 공급망운영 구조

기업간 거래에서 수요자-공급자 제휴(alliance) 또는 파트너쉽(supplier partnership) 등으로도 표현되는 수요자-공급자간 협력관계(relationship)는 전통적인 공급망관리(supply chain management) 뿐만 아니라 최근의 인터넷(Internet) 정보환경에서도 여전히 중요하게 다루어진다. 그리고 수요자-공급자간 협력관계는 공급망관리 상위 의사결정에 따라 변화.조정된다. 공급망 관리 및 운영을 위한 시스템에서 이러한 협력관계를 고려하기 위해, 본고에서는 협력관계를 체계적으로 분류하고 개별 협력관계에서의 공급자선정의 시스템적 처리과정과 활용효과를 정리하였다. 또한, 변화.조정되는 협력관계를 시스템에서 적응적으로 처리하는 과정을 지능형 에이전트(intelligent agent) 체계를 활용하여 제안하고 설명하였다.
분류나무를 활용한 군집분석의 입력특성 선택: 신용카드 고객세분화 사례

Clustering analysis is used in various fields including customer segmentation and clustering methods such as k-means are actively applied in the credit card customer segmentation. In this paper, we summarized the input features selection method of k-means clustering for the case of the credit card customer segmentation problem, and evaluated its feasibility through the analysis results. By using the label values of k-means clustering results as target features of a decision tree classification, we composed a method for prioritizing input features using the information gain of the branch. It is not easy to determine effectiveness with the clustering effectiveness index, but in the case of the CH index, cluster effectiveness is improved evidently in the method presented in this paper compared to the case of randomly determining priorities. The suggested method can be used for effectiveness of actively used clustering analysis including k-means method.
