초등학생의 진로준비 집단별 가정⋅학교⋅지역사회 배경 특성 연구

목적 본 연구는 초등학생의 가정배경, 학교배경, 지역사회배경과 진로준비 수준과의 관계를 진로준비 수준에 따른 잠재집단 분석을 통해 파악하고자 하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 방법 연구대상은 「대구교육실태연구(2016)」의 초등 남학생 672명(49.3%)과 여학생 692명(50.7%), 총 1,364명이 응답한 진로 준비 변인에 해당하는 문항에 대한 통계 자료이다. 자료처리는 SPSS와 Jamovi 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석, 상관분석을 실시하고 Mplus 프로그램을 이용하여 진로준비에 따른 잠재집단을 추출해 각 잠재집단의 특성을 분석하였다. 결과 초등학생의 진로준비성 집단별 특성을 살펴본 결과 진로준비성이 높은 집단이 부모-자녀 관계가 가장 긍정적인 것으로 확인되었다. 진로준비성 집단별 학교배경 특성을 살펴본 결과 진로준비성이 높은 집단이 학교에 대한 만족이 높은 것으로 나타났으며 특히 또래집단 및 교사와의 사회적 관계가 초등학생의 진로준비와 긴밀한 관련을 맺고 있음을 확인하였다. 결론 지역별 학생의 진로준비성의 차이를 살펴본 결과 진로준비성 집단의 구성에 있어 지역 간 차이가 나타났으며, 이는 진로교육 정책 수립에 있어 지역화의 필요성을 시사한다. Objectives The purpose of the study is to identify the relationship between the family, school, and community background factors and career preparation level of elementary school students using Latent Profile Analysis. Methods We analyzed 1,364 elementary school students consisting of 672 boys (49.3%) and 692 girls (50.7%) from the Daegu Education Status Study(2016). SPSS, Jamovi, and Mplus were used for frequency analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, and LPA. Results The group with high career preparation for elementary school students has been confirmed to have the most positive parent-child relationship. Looking at the characteristics of the school s background, it was found that groups with high career preparation were highly satisfied with the school, and that social relationships with peer groups and teachers were closely related to the career preparation of elementary school students. Conclusions Differences between regions appeared in the composition of career preparation groups. It suggests the need for localization in establishing career education policies.
TENS와 SSP가 전류지각역치 및 통증역치에 미치는 효과

Purpose: This study was designed to compare the effects of transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) and silver spike point (SSP) therapy on current perception threshold (CPT) and mechanical pain threshold (MPT). Methods: Forty-five healthy adult male and female subjects were studied. Fourteen of them were males and twenty-one were females. Subject were randomly assigned to receive; (1) TENS (80/120 Hz alternating frequency), (2) SSP (3 Hz), or (3) no treatment (control group). Electric stimulation was applied over LI4 and LI11 on acupuncture points of the left forearm for 30 minutes. CPT and MPT were recorded before and after electrical stimulation. The data were analyzed using linear mixed models, with group treated as a between subject factor and time a within-subject factor. Results: At 30 minutes after cessation of electrical stimulation the CPT of C fibers and A${\delta}$fibers was reduced in the TENS group that of C fibers was reduced in the SSP group (p<0.05). After cessation of electrical stimulation, the MPT of C fibers and A${\delta}$fibers increased in the TENS group, and that of A${\delta}$fibers increased in the SSP group (p<0.05). Conclusion: After TENS and SSP stimulation, MPT of C fibers and A${\delta}$fibers were selectively increased. In particular, the TENS group showed increases in both C and A${\delta}$fibers, while the SSP group showed increases only in A${\delta}$fibers.

Statement of problem: Restoring and replacing teeth with fixed prostheses commonly used in dental practice. Because of improper oral hygiene care and inaccurate laboratory procedure, complications of fixed prostheses were found in the mouth of patients. Although many efforts have been continually made to obtain the data of long term prognosis of fixed prostheses, it was difficult to do it. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the clinical status of fixed prostheses. Material and methods: In order to assess the clinical status of fixed prostheses, a total of 161 individuals(aged 17-85, 99 women and 62 men with 1596 unit of fixed prostheses, and 1169 abutments) who first visited the Department of Prosthodontics, Pusan National University Hospital, between April to September, in 2007 were examined. Results and conclusion: The results of this study were as follows: 1. Length of service of fixed prostheses was $8.6{\pm}0.6$ years(mean), 10.0 years(median). 2. Location of fixed prostheses was found to have no statistically significant influence on longevity of fixed prostheses(P>.05). But, the success rate was high in posterior region and in mandible where the failure rate was high in combination(P<.05). 3. Longevity of fixed prostheses made of metal was longest(mean: $13.0{\pm}9.3$, median: 14.0), gold, precious ceramic, non-precious ceramic trailing behind(P<.05). 4. Number of units in fixed prostheses was found to have no statistically significant influence on longevity of fixed prostheses(P>.05). But, the success rate was high in Single-unit and the failure rate was high in over 3-unit(P<.05). 5. Condition of opposing dentition was found to have no statistically significant influence on longevity of fixed prostheses(P>.05). But, the success rate was high in natural dentition(P<.05). 6. Defective margin(28.2%), dental caries(23.0%), periodontal disease(19.3%), periapical disease(16.9%) were frequent complications. In 30.1% of the cases, abutment state after removing fixed prostheses was needed to be extracted.
치관 내 캔틸레버 양에 따른 내측 연결 형태 임플란트의 기계적 강도에 대한 연구

Purpose : The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of amount of cantilever in intra-crown according to implant fixture position on mechanical strength of internal conical joint type implant. Materials and Methods : Internal conical joint type implant fixture, abutment screw, abutment was connected and gold alloy prostheses were fabricated and cemented on abutment. For fatigue fracture test, the specimens were loaded to the 350 N, 2,000,000 cycle on 3, 4, 5, and 6 mm off-center of gold alloy prostheses. The fracture pattern of implant component was observed. Results : No fatigue fracture found on 3 and 4 mm group . But initial crack pattern found on 3 specimens of 4 mm group. Fatigue fracture found on all specimens of 5 mm group. But complete fracture was not observed. One specimen of 6 mm group fracture completely. Implant fixture fracture wax not observed. Conclusion : The mechanical failure of implant prostheses increased with the loading area farther from center of implant fixture. To reduce mechanical problem of internal joint type implant, surgical and prosthetic consideration is needed.
