전문학교가 교육환경 개선과 고도 성장하는 산업구조의 사회적 요소에 의하이 큰 팽창을 가져온 바 있고, 문교부 대학증원계획에 의해 전문대학으로 학제를 개편함에 따라 첫째로 학교교육의 질적 향상을 위한 외적요소인 교육환경, 즉 학교시설에 대한 균형있고 질서있는 환경개선과 정비를 위하고, 둘째로 전문대학 학교설계에 따르는 외곽시설의 설계기준을 확립하도록하여 공업계 전문대학의 Model을 펴 보고자 한다. 전문대학 설치기준령(대통령령 제9078호)과 현행 교육법 및 관계법령을 중심으로 한 전문대학의 교육제도, 교육과정, 교육시설 등의 기준을 참고로 하여 현 부산공업전문대학을 Model로 선정하여, 이전계획에 따른 Master plan을 세워서 나날이 발전해 나가는 국제적 학문의 조류와 수준에 뒤지지 않으면서, 유능하고 성실하며 실천적인 인재육성으로 전문대학 교육 목표의 구현이 이루어 지도록 한다.
SGT 종양세포주에서 제2형 트랜스글루타민아제와 TNF-a의 mRNA 발현

Transglutaminase 2(TGase 2) expression is modulated by TNF-α in various carcinoma. The role of TGase 2 and TNF-α expression in salivary gland tumors is not clear yet. Established SGT cell line has been used to study the pathogenesis of salivary gland adenocarcinoma on a cellular level in vitro. The pupose of this study were to examine mRNA expression of TGase 2 and TNF-α in SGT cell line compared to other tumor cell lines, and to apply these results to the pathogenesis of salivary gland tumor. After SGT, SCC-15, HN 4, and HeLa tumor cell lines were cultured under preconfluency, and 3 days after postconfluency, the cells were harvested for total RNA extraction and cDNA preparation. RT-PCR for semiquantitative mRNA analysis was done. The obtained results were as follows. 1. TGase 2 and TNF-α mRNA expression was not induced by confluency in all the cell lines 2. TGase 2 and TNF-α mRNA expression was variable but markedly enhanced in SGT cell line 3. TGase 2 mRNA expression appeared to be associated with that of TNF-α in SGT cell line From the aboving results, mRNA expression of TGase 2 and TNF α should play an important role in the pathogenesis of SGT cell line originated from ductal cell.
디지털 카메라 색 특성분석을 통한 sRGB 이미지 생성

As high quality digital cameras become readily available, digital cameras are being used not only for simple picture recording but also as information storing media in various fields. However, due to the fact that the spectral responses of the camera sensors are different from color matching functions of the CIE standard observer, the color can not be measured using these cameras. This study shows a method for converting camera image to sRGB image, in which color information is preserved. The transfer matrix between camera output signals and CIE stimulus values was determined using a multiple regression method with Macbeth ColorChecker as target colors. The CIE stimulus values for camera output signals can be mapped with a transfer matrix, and these values are converted to sRGB signals. As the result of testing a Kodak DC220 digital camera, the average color difference of Macbeth ColorChecker between true and displayed colors was 2.1 $\Delta$ $E_{ab}$ $^{*}$.$^{*}$.
