As sports administration has been enlarged and sophisticated, central and local government in charge of it needs to distribute their responsibilities vertically to carry it out, and at the same time, needs to integrate it centrally and synthetically. Therefore, it seems to be important that centralization and localization of administration harmonize with each other, and their distribution of duties is equitable. Even recently, most of the sports task have assigned by central government. Thus, it is urgent, for solid localization to task relating to a local area rather than the whole nation can be transferred to local government. Nevertheless, administration affairs and duty transfer to local government incomplete because acts prescribing duty present no concrete criteria for it; duty definition for central and local government seems to be reformed. Subsequently, so as to redistribute administration affairs and duty between central and local government as a prerequisite for localization and for the responsibility guarantee of local government needs the development concrete criteria as popular rule, efficiency, equity, economy. 골프지도자의 지도행동유형에 따른 대학생의 지도만족

본 연구는 골프 지도자의 지도행동유형에 따른 대학생의 지도만족에 대해 연구해봄으로써 골프 지도자가 가져야 할 지도행동 유형을 제시하는 데 목적을 두고 실시하였다. 이러한 목적 달성을 위해 선수로 활동하고 있는 대학 생들을 연구대상으로 선정하였고, 편의표본추출을 이용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 설문조사는 자기평가기입법으로 실시하여 총 283부의 자료를 최종분석에 사용하였다. 통계처리는 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도 검사, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 지도행동 유형의 하위변인인 훈련지시행동, 민주적행 동, 긍정보상행동은 외적만족에 정적 영향을 미쳤으며, 권위적행동은 부적 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 지도행동 유형의 하위변인인 긍정보상행동과 권위적행동은 내적만족에 정적 영향을 미쳤다. The purpose of this study was, by examining the relationship between golf leaders’ type of leadership and Collegians’ teaching satisfaction, to suggest the type of leadership that golf leaders should have. In order to achieve this purpose, university golf players were selected as study subjects, and data was collected by using convenience sampling method. Self-administration method was used for a survey, and totally 283 questionnaires were used for the final analysis. For statistical processing, frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability test, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were conducted, and the study results are as below. First, external satisfaction had a positive effect on training direction behavior, democratic behavior, and positive compensation behavior, and a negative effect on authoritative behavior. Second, internal satisfaction had a positive effect on positive compensation behavior and authoritative behavior.

무용전공 대학생의 학과만족이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향

이 연구에서는 무용전공 대학생의 학과만족이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위하여 무용전공 대학생 을 모집단으로 선정하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 총 282부의 설문자료를 최종분석에 사용하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻 었다. 첫째, 무용 전공 대학생의 학과만족과 진로준비행동의 상관관계는 하위변인 모두에서 정적 상관관계가 나타났다. 둘째, 학과만족이 진로관계에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 수업만족과 교과만족이 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 학과만족이 진로상담에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 수업만족, 관계만족, 교과만족이 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 학과만족이 진로준비노력에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 수업만족과 관계만족이 정적 영향을 미치는 것 으로 나타났다. 이 연구결과에서 볼 수 있듯이 무용전공 대학생의 학과만족은 진로준비행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있다. The present study conducted a survey research by selecting university dance majors as a population in order to analyze how their satisfaction over their department affects their career preparation behavior. A total of 282 surveys were used in the final analysis and the conclusions obtained are as follows. First, the correlation between the satisfaction of university dance majors over their department and their career preparation behavior indicated a positive correlation for all subvariables. Second, analysis of how satisfaction over one’s department affects career relations showed that class satisfaction and subject satisfaction have a positive effect. Third, analysis of how satisfaction over one’s department affects career counseling showed that class satisfaction, relationship satisfaction, and subject satisfaction all have a positive effect. Fourth, analysis of how satisfaction over one’s department affects career preparation effort showed class satisfaction and relationship satisfaction have a positive effect. As demonstrated by these research results, the department satisfaction of university dance majors has a positive effect on career preparation behavior.

우리나라 체육과학연구기관의 활성화 방안

The purpose of this research is to present promotion plan on Korea Sport Science Institute. Research result are as follow. Korea Sport Science Institute opened in 1980 and have history of 30 years. Korea Sport Science Institute have role of research on sport policy, elite science and sport industry, training and education for sport leader, policy and science support on sport field. Korea Sport Science Institute got financial stability after integration into National Sport Promotion Foundation but, Korea Sport Science Institute decrease institution status and lost a little research neutrality. Korea Sport Science Institute have recently trouble because lack of research personnel, deterioration of sport science equipment and oppressive demand on institution building removal. Korea Sport Science Institute need to strengthen institution status through independent management, comprehensive research institution through business extension, connection reinforcement of related sport organization through installation of regional training center and leap grobal sport science institute through research conditions improvement.

중앙일간지에 게재된 장애인스포츠 보도관련 언론보도기사 경향 분석(2008년부터 2010년을 중심으로)

This research aims at analyzing the articles related to the sports for the disabled which were published in the major national daily C, J, D newspapers for three years from Jan 1, 2008, to Dec 31, 2010, and examining the recent report trends in relation to the sports for the disabled. The trends of the reports about the sports for the disabled in the newspapers were divided into that of an outward form and that of contents. The contents were analyzed following the study purposes, and the following conclusion has been drawn. First, the trends in the reports regarding the outward form were various. On the whole, the number of articles was biggest in 2008 when Beijing Paralympics was held. The number of articles a month was also biggest in September during the Olympics, and with regard to the number of news articles of each publication section, there were most articles in the sports section, and then in the general/region one, and figures in order. The most frequent type of articles about the sports for the disabled was news, and then commentary/special articles, interviews, editorials, and columns/public criticism followed in order. Second, the report trends in terms of the contents were diverse, too. At first, when the articles about the sports for the disabled were analyzed according to the subjects, those related to sports were most common, and moving stories/overcoming, game results, training/facilities, policies/administration frequently appeared in the order named. The analysis outcome into the tones of the articles about the sports for the disabled showed that neutral articles were published most often, and then positive and negative ones in order. When the report contents about the sports games for the disabled were analyzed, extra championships/events were dealt with most, and international and then national competitions followed. When the events related to the sports for the disabled were analyzed, the number of extra events, summer ones and winter ones were big in order.

장애인체육 진흥을 위한 투자 우선순위 설정에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study was to examine the financial investment factors in promoting adapted physical education in korea and to determine their relative importance and investment priorities. The study has been carried out in three stage. The Delphi technique was used to make the draft on major investment factors in promoting adapted physical education and the priorities based on relative importance were determined by the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). For the AHP, a questionnaire to determine investment priorities in promoting adapted physical education was given to the 24 experts to indicate the priorities. The results are follows. First, among the three investment factors the top priority was given to inclusive physical education (.4135), followed by elite sports (.3791), international sports exchange (.2074). The consistency ratio (CR) .00061 was significant since it is lower than 0.1, showing that there is a reliable degree of logical consistency. Second, among the five investment factors of inclusive physical education, higher priority was given to sports facilities (.2743), followed by coaches (.2652), program service (.1933), non-government sports organization (.1747), information (.0925). The consistency ratio (CR) was .00994. Third, among the six investment factors of elite sports, higher priority was given to sports facilities (.2470), followed by coachs (.2312), non-government sports organization (.1686), athletes (.1537), training and competition events (.1128), information (.0925). The consistency ratio (CR) was .01884. Fourth, of the two investment factors of international sports exchange, higher priority was given to sports exchange (.5504) than international competition events (.4496). The consistency ratio (CR) was .00001.
