예비유아교사의 테크놀로지 교과교육학지식(TPACK) 증진을 위한 수업모형의 효과 및 의미탐색

본 연구는 테크놀로지 교과교육학지식(TPACK) 증진을 위한 수업모형이 예비유아교사의 TPACK에 미치는 효과 및 수업의 교육적 의미를 탐색하기 위하여 수행되었다. 이를 위해 타당성 을 검증받은 양유진(2023)의 ECE-TPACK 모형시안을 예비유아교사 40명을 대상으로 총 15주간 적용하였다. 이후 순위 공변량분석과 Wilcoxon 대응-표본 순위검정, 반복측정 분산분석, 내용분석 법을 실시하여 결과를 도출하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, ECE-TPACK 수업모형 모형 적용 후 실험집단 은 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보이며 평균이 증가하였다. 또한 수업모형의 적용 시간이 흐를수록 예비유아교사의 TPACK 능력이 지속적으로 향상되는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 예비유아교사들의 저널과 면담을 통해 본 수업모형은 예비유아교사의 디지털 테크놀로지에 대한 태도적인 측면에도 긍정적 영향력을 미치는 것으로 보고되었다. 본 수업의 모형은 예비유아교사들이 테크놀로지를 교육 과정에서 어떻게 효과적으로 활용할 수 있는지에 대한 이해를 높이고, 이를 토대로 교육 현 장에서 더 나은 교육 경험을 제공할 방안을 모색한다는 데 의의가 있다. This study was conducted to explore the effect of an instruction model to improve the technology pedagogical contents knowledge of preservice early childhood teachers, and to examine educational implications of the instruction. For this purpose, the literature related to pedagogical knowledge and technology pedagogical contents knowledge of preservice early childhood teachers was examined to derive the theoretical basis. The model proposed by Yang (2023), which was validated through a Delphi survey, was applied for analysis. A total of 40 preservice early childhood teachers at University A and University B in Seoul participated for 15 weeks from September 1, 2022, to December 9, 2022. The results showed that the proposed instruction model for technology pedagogical contents knowledge of preservice early childhood teachers had a positive effect on their technology pedagogical contents knowledge. The instruction model is significant in that it enhances preservice early childhood teachers' understanding of how technology can be effectively utilized in the curriculum. Based on this study, useful ways to provide better educational experiences in the classroom can be sought.

Objective: The purpose of this study was determine the effect of Balance Trainer training with Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS) on spasticity and balance in persons with chronic stroke. Design: Randomized controlled trial. Methods: A total of 30 subjects with hemiparetic stroke were recruited and randomly divided into the Balance Trainer training with TENS group (n=15) and Balance Trainer training with placebo TENS group (n=15). The Balance Trainer training with TENS group practiced additional Balance Trainer training with TENS for 30 minutes a day, 5 days per a week during 4 weeks and the Balance Trainer training with placebo TENS group practiced additional Balance Trainer training with placebo TENS for the same period. Spasticity and balance were assessed by ability (static balance, dynamic balance) and were measured before and after the 4-week programs. Results: The result of spasticity and dynamic balance were improved significantly in both groups (p<0.05). The Balance Trainer training with TENS group showed significantly greater improvement in spasticity of the gastrocnemius & dynamic balance, compared to the Balance Trainer training with placebo TENS group (p<0.05). The Balance trainer training with TENS group showed a significant improvement in static balance, especially during the eye-closed condition (p<0.05). Conclusions: The Balance Trainer training with TENS was effective in improving spasticity and balance in subjects with chronic stroke. Based on these results, it is suggested that Balance Trainer training with TENS could clinically be used more actively in conjunction with conventional physical therapy.
청소년참여위원회 조례 분석 : 법률의 규범적 타당성과 실효성을 중심으로

본 연구는 전국 청소년참여위원회 조례가 법률로서의 규범적 타당성과 실효성을 갖추었는지를 분석하였으며, 이를 통해 조례의 문제점을 파악하고 개선 방안을 도출하여 청소년참여위원회 조례의 제·개정에 함의를 제공하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 2024년12월 기준, 전국의 지방자치단체(이하 지자체)에서 제정한 모든 청소년참여위원회 관련 조례를 탐색한 결과, 총 79개의 조례를 추출하였으며 ‘규범적 타당성’과 ‘실효성체계’ 두 가지 차원을 중심으로 내용분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 규범적 타당성의 경우 대상의 범위와 급여의 종류는 형식적 차원에서내용을 어느 정도 갖추고 있었으나 권리성, 대상자 요건, 급여 수준, 재정부담의 원칙에 있어서는 규범적 타당성을 확보하지 못한 것으로 판단되었다. 실효성의 경우, 조직, 인력, 재정조달방법, 권리구제 절차 및 벌칙 조항을 분석하였으나 담당 부서명을제외하고는 관련 내용이 거의 부재하여 실효성이 매우 낮은 것으로 판단되었다. 결론적으로 현재 전국적으로 제정 되어있는 청소년참여위원회 조례는 규범적 타당성과 실효성이 매우 미비한 상태라는 것을 확인하였으며, 청소년참여위원회라는 정책을 뒷받침하는 법적 근거로서 부적절한 것으로 판단된다. 이에 따라 조례의 법적 효력을 높이기 위한 개선 방안을 제안하였다. This study analyzed the local laws related to the Youth Participation Committee to assess whether they possess legal normative validity and effectiveness. The study aimed to identify issues within the laws and derived improvement measures to provide implications for the enactment and revision of the related laws. To this end, as of December 2024, all local laws related to the Youth Participation Committee enacted by local governments were examined. A total of 79 laws were identified, and their detailed contents were analyzed focusing on two dimensions: ‘normative validity’ and ‘effectiveness’. As a result of the analysis, in terms of normative validity, the scope of subjects and types of benefits were found to be relatively well-defined in a formal sense. However, the laws failed to ensure normative validity in aspects such as participation requirements, the level of each benefit, and the principles of financial responsibility. Regarding the effectiveness system, aspects such as organization, personnel, financial responsibility principles, grievance procedures, and penalty provisions were analyzed. However, the analysis revealed that the overall effectiveness was extremely low. In conclusion, the study confirmed that the laws related to Youth Participation Committee have low normative validity and effectiveness. As a result, they are deemed inadequate as legal instruments to support and promote the Youth Participation Committee policy. Accordingly, improvement measures were proposed to enhance the legal effectiveness of these laws.
