공동활용자원식별을 위한 전자정부 시스템 아키텍처 서술 방안

Although the Korean government is making great effort to prevent the redundancy in IT investment and efficiently allocate the IT budget, actual achievements are quite limited because of the variety of IT resources and different architecture description among organizations and projects. Thus, a standardized description model of the system architecture is strongly needed to identify the common resources and improve the efficiency of IT investment. Therefore, in this paper, we have developed the function-network matrix model which can be used as the basic template for a standard for architecture description of e-Government systems. The function-network matrix model integrates the function tiers and the network areas into a single unified framework, which enables the functionality of each component and the flow of information clearly visible. Moreover, we described the architectures of Korean e-government’s citizen service systems using our model, resulting in clear demonstration of the similarities and differences between different systems, and easy identification of the common resources. Using the architecture description model developed in this research, the consolidation of national IT resources can be promoted, and non-expert IT users can easily recognize the architecture of their systems. In addition, more efficient and systematic IT resource management can be achieved using our model. 정보화에 대한 꾸준한 정책적 지원과 투자를 통하여 우리나라의 전자정부는 세계 6위 수준으로 평가되는 등 괄목할 성과를 이루었으나, 각 부처별로 정보시스템을 구축 운영함으로써 중복투자 및 정보자원 공동 활용 미흡 등의 문제가 발생되고 있다. 따라서 전자정부 시스템 정보자원에 대한 통합적 관리노력을 추진 중이나, 현재 시스템 아키텍처에 대한 서술 방식이 상이하여 이해관계자간의 의사소통을 저해하는 요인으로 작용하고 있다. 이에 따라 공동활용 가능한 정보자원을 명확히 식별할 수 있는 시스템 아키텍처의 표준적인 서술(standardized architecture description) 방안 수립이 절실히 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 전자정부 시스템 아키텍처의 표준적 서술 기반을 제공하는 기능-네트워크 매트릭스 모형(function-network matrix model)을 제안하였다. 기능-네트워크 매트릭스는 기능계층 구분을 열로, 네트워크 영역 구분을 행으로 나타내어, 기능계층과 네트워크 영역을 통합하여 표현할 수 있는 모형이다. 기능-네트워크 매트릭스를 활용하여 전자정부 민원행정시스템 및 행정업무시스템을 대상으로 적용한 사례를 제시하였다. 이를 통하여 서로 다른 시스템간의 아키텍처의 공통점과 차이점을 명확히 파악하고, 시스템간 정보자원의 공동활용 및 시스템 통합을 위한 정보자원 식별의 가능성을 확인하였다.

Modern korean novels written by Korean female writers during the early period represented by such writers as Na, Hye-seok, Kim, Il-yeob, Kim, Myeong-soon are actually quite connected to the writers' Christianity experience during their childhood. Whilst Christianity is recognized by such writers as a diffuser of new ideologies and a tool for enlightenment expressed in a metaphor of “light”, it also works as a type of horror mechanism as expressed in the image of “a father threatening with hell fire.” Although this sense of horror structures the surface of texts with an aspect of the super-ego of martyrdom that internalizes a fatherly will, unconscious aspects not reflected in this super-ego are sometimes perceived from the depths of texts. That is the hysterical aspect accompanied by physical paralysis and hallucination. According to recent feminism theorists, this hysteria may be a psychological message translated in a physical expression. That is, through such hysteria, feminine unconsciousness suppressed by a patriarchy has acquired another means of expression, i.e., a physical sign, that is completely different from the language. Therefore, it can be said that the hysterical aspect expressed in Korean modern female novels is a symptom showing the female writers are overturning the male illuminism from the depths of texts and a possibility of feminine discourse.
불안에 관한 질적 연구: 4명의 한국 영어학습자에 관한 사례연구

This paper is aimed at describing what kinds of anxiety Korean learners of English feel in their L2 learning and performance. The primary purpose of the present study is also to identify and explore factors that may contribute to anxiety that Korean learners of English typically report experiencing inside the classroom. In addition, it discusses the role of anxiety in L2 learning, along with the role of ESL/EFL teachers in response to the identified student anxieties. In this study, I employed the qualitative case-study approach supported by semi-structured interviews as a data collection method. Findings revealed that sources of language anxiety include fear of negative evaluation and fear of losing face, competitive situations, test anxiety, teacher induced EFL anxiety, personality differences, perceived level of English proficiency, and different attitudes toward learning language.

Different biosolid fuel (wood pellet) properties between trunk and root of pine (Pinus densiflora) biomass were investigated. Trunk has more organic solvent extracts and Klason lignin content which has higher heating values than root biomass component. In root biomass, polysaccharides content was higher than trunk biomass. Based on Higher Heating Value (HHD) analysis and ash content, trunk biomass showed better solid fuel characteristics than root biomass. But pine root biomass had lower HHD than trunk biomass, its HHD values were higher than other hardwood or annual plant lignocellulosic biomass.

Autohydrolysis at different temperature levels was applied as industrial hemp pretreatment technique for glucose generation. Main structural components removed by autohydrolysis was xylan, which is more sensitive in acidic hydrolysis condition than cellulose or lignin. Higher temperature reaction conditions promoted more biomass components (xylan) removal than lower temperature, which led to better respond to enzymatic saccharification of residual biomass after autohydrolysis. With 185?C and 60 min, saccharification degree was 53.0% of cellulose in hemp woody core biomass.

The electron beam irradiation was applied as a pretreatment of the enzymatic hydrolysis of yellow poplar with doses of 0sim450 kGy. The higher irradiation dose resulted in the more degradation of hardwood biomass not only from carbohydrates but also from lignin. This changes originated from the irradiation resulted in the better response to enzymatic hydrolysis with commercial cellulases (Celluclast 1.5L and Novozym 342). The more improvement on enzymatic hydrolysis by the irradiation was found in the xylan than in the cellulose of yellow poplar.

In this work, charcoal making characteristics of Quercus pbyllyaeoides (which has been known as one of best raw materials for charcoals) was investigated. Charcoal from Quercus pbyllyaeoides had more than 85% of fixed carbon, which is 5∼25% higher fixed carbon content than other charcoals. Also specific gravity of this charcoal was more than 1.0, which is quite higher than other black charcoals (average of commercial products: 0.52) or white charcoals (average of commercial products: 0.73). Methylene blue adsorption, pH, and adsorption of water vapour was lower than other commercial charcoals. Carolic value of this charcoal was similar to other commercial products. Far infrared ray`s emission from this charcoal was higher than others. Application of charcoal from Quercus pbyllyaeoides should be consider the characteristics of this product.

We made densified wood pellet by hemp woody core as replacing wood resource. Hemp was separated into the bast fiber and the woody core by hot steaming treatment. The hemp woody core had a similar lignin content and carbohydrate composition with hardwood. Also, the hemp had a low ash content, which resulted in a low ash formation in pellet burning. Heating value of the hemp pellet had a very similar to the pellet made by hardwoods. The hemp woody core can replace hardwood for densified wood pelletmaking.
