산후우울증의 한의학적 치료에 대한 임상연구 동향 분석 - 국내 증례 보고를 중심으로 -

Objectives : This study was conducted to analyze the clinical research status of Korean medicine for postpartum depression, focusing on domestic case reports. Methods : The studies were searched from KISS, RISS, OASIS, SCIENCEON. The year of publication, type of study, demographic information of participants, intervention type and details, outcome measurements and treatment results of the finally selected studies were analyzed. Results : 7 studies have been collected. In herbal medicine ‘Series of Ansin-tang’, acupuncture at ‘PC6’, ‘HT7’, ‘GV20’ moxibustion at ‘CV4’, psychotherapy such as ‘LiGyeungByunQi-therapy’, and ‘Giungoroen-therapy’ were most frequently used in treatment on postpartum depression. ‘Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS)’ was most frequently used in outcome measurements. In all studies, Korean medicine treatment improved postpartum depression symptoms. Conclusions : This study revealed that various Korean medicine treatments were effective for postpartum depression. Based on this, it can be used for the clinical setting of postpartum depression and the direction of future research. However, it is thought that it is necessary to secure a higher level of evidence for Korean medicine treatment of postpartum depression through a more systematic study that reinforces the limitations of this study. 디지털 시네마 기술은 차세대 미디어 환경의 핵심기반 기술로서 세계 영화산업의 흐름은 급속하게 디지털 시네마로 전환되고 있다. 국내에서도 2007년까지 광대역 통신망 보급,2010년까지 방송의 전면 디지털화,세계 최고 수준의 인터넷 및 이동통신 보급률,그리고 DMB서비스등에 이르기까지 디지털 시네마를 가능케 할 제반 환경이 구축될 예정이다. 그럼에도 불구하고 국내 영화 산업의 디지털화는 아직 미흡한 수준이다.하루가 다르게 발전하는 디지털 시네마 산업에서의 낙오는 곧바로 차세대 미디어 기술과 콘텐츠 사업에서의 도태를 의미한다. 이같은 배경에서 디지털 시네마 기술의 신속한 초기 대응을통해 시장 선점 및 기술 우위를 확보하여 반도체 ㆍCDMAㆍ디지털TV등의 뒤를 이을수 있는 국내 대표 기술로 자리 잡게할 필요가 있다.
