예비유아교사를 위한 건강증진 프로그램이 인바디 구성, 건강증진행동 및 교수효능감에 미치는 영향*

Objective: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of pre-service early child- hood teachers' body composition (InBody), health promotion behavior, and teaching efficacy by applying the health promotion program. Methods: The subjects were 22 pre-service early childhood teachers who participated in a 5-week health promotion program. The effectiveness of the program was confirmed through pre/post measurements on body composition (InBody) and pre/post tests on health awareness and teaching efficacy. Results: First, the health pro- motion program showed a statistically significant difference with body composition (InBody). Second, there was a significant difference between eating habits and exercise areas among health promoting behaviors. Third, the health promotion program showed statistically sig- nificant differences with teaching efficacy and its subvariables, and general teaching efficacy and individual teaching efficacy. Conc lus i ons: Through a daily life application and experi- ments of health education for pre-service early childhood teachers, it is possible to lead health promotion behaviors such as physical health and eating habits.
청소년의 신체적 건강 증진을 위한 건강증진교육 프로그램 효과성 연구- 여자 대학생을 중심으로

The purpose of this study was to establish education program for the health promotion of college students and to provide basic data on whether they can increase health promotion activities of college students. The subjects of this study were 56 female students of K university in Gyeonggi-do Province. The experimental group (28 subjects) and the control group (28 subjects) were selected. The health promotion program consisted of nutrition, dietary habits, and exercise. In order to verify the effectiveness of this program, a total of 15 questionnaires on exercise, nutrition and diet were arranged and the Inbody machine was used for the measurement of body composition scores. The results of the study were as follows. First, female students who participated in the youth health promotion program showed a statistically significant differences in the changes of body composition and health promotion behaviors as a result of comparing before and after. Second, there were statistically significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in terms of eating habits, nutrition and exercise. 본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 건강증진을 위하여 건강교육 프로그램을 구성하고 실제로 대학생의 건강증진행위를 증가시킬 수 있는지를 확인하여 건강교육 프로그램의 개선에 필요한 기초자료를 제공하는데 있다. 연구대상은 경기도에 있는 K대학교 여학생 56명을 대상으로 하였다. 실험집단(28명)과 통제집단(28명)을 선정하였고, 건강증진프로그램은 영양, 식습관, 운동으로 구성하여 1주에 1회씩 5주 동안 총 5회, 15시간을 정기형으로 실시하였다. 건강증진프로그램의 효과성 검증을 위해 신체구성의 변화에 대한 인바디(신체발달점수) 측정과 운동, 영양, 식습관에 대한 총 15문항의 설문지를 제작하여 사용하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청소년 건강증진 프로그램에 참여한 여학생들은 사전과 사후를 비교한 결과 신체구성의 변화, 건강증진행위는 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 나타냈다. 둘째, 청소년 건강증진 프로그램에 참여한 청소년과 참여하지 않은 청소년들 간의 건강증진행위, 식습관, 영양, 운동은 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 나타냈다.
전문대학생의 대학생활 만족에 영향을 미치는 대학환경 요인 분석

The purpose of this study is to analyze the level of students' satisfaction with college environment factors affecting college life satisfaction and to verify the relationship. For this, 3,385 students from metropolitan area college students were used for analysis. Questionnaire was used to measure satisfaction level of college environment factors such as student welfare facilities, counseling with the professor, department support and major. In order to measure the satisfaction of college life, College Student Inventory (Michael L. Stratil, 2009) was used. The results of this study are as follows. First, satisfaction of counseling with professors was the highest among college environmental factors. Second, satisfaction with educational system was high among college life satisfaction factors. Third, the most influential factors of college satisfaction were student welfare facilities, followed by major, student support, and counseling with professors. Finally, based on the results of this study, implications and limitations were discussed and the follow-up studies were suggested. 본 연구에서는 대학생활 만족에 영향을 미치는 대학환경 요인에 대한 학생들의 만족도 수준을 분석하고 대학생활 만족과의 관계성을 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해서 수도권 전문대학 재학생 3,385명의 데이터가 분석에 사용되었다. 측정 도구로는 대학환경 요인 즉, 학생복지시설, 교수와의 상담, 학과지원, 그리고 전공학과에 대한 만족도 측정 설문지를 제작하여 사용하였고, 대학생활 만족도 측정을 위해 College Student Inventory(Michael L. Stratil 2009)를 수정하여 사용하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학환경 요인 중 교수와의 상담 만족이 가장 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 대학생활 만족 요인 중 교육체계에 대한 만족이 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 대학생활 만족에 영향을 미치는 대학환경 요인 중 가장 영향력이 큰 요인은 학생복지시설에 대한 만족이고, 전공학과, 학과지원, 교수와의 상담의 순으로 높게 나타났다. 끝으로 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 시사점과 제한점을 논의하고 후속 연구에 관하여 제언하였다.

This study aimed to compile basic data for movement education in day care centers by investigating the actual conditions and teacher"s opinions. For this study, the following research questions were asked: 1. What are the teacher"s opinions of movement education in day care centers? 2. What are the actual conditions of movement education in day care centers? The subjects of this research survey were 127 day care center teachers. Data was collected from the subjects, using a questionnaire which consisted of 33 items. Data was analyzed by frequencies, percentiles, and chi-square tests. The following are the results of this study: 1. When asked of the necessity of movement education in day care centers, 91.4% of the teachers answered "necessary or very necessary". As for the interest in movement education in day care centers, 96.3% of teachers answered "highly interesting" but, "didn"t know about the actual movement education program in the day care center". 2. When asked of the frequency of movement education in day care centers, 68.6% of the teachers answered "regularly". As for the method of children"s movement education, 34.6% of the day care center teachers "first read stories and poems, then children acted out the movements" ranked the highest. 81.1% of the teachers needed to attend a teacher"s training course.
경사로 활동을 통한 과학적 내용지식 및 과정적 의미에 대한 연구

The purpose of this study is to investigate and reveal the scientific knowledge of contents, scientific concept and the meaning of learning process about the characteristics, and relationships of objects through children's activities on an inclined plane. Two 2 years-old children and four 5 years-old children attended this experiment. To perform the experiment, we set up the inclined plane in playing area for building blocks and we observed how the children were playing in the area during the sessions for free selective activities. We analyzed the contents which were recorded on the audio tape and written on the paper while they were playing. As a result, 4 points were observed from the aspect of the scientific knowledge of contents and scientific concept. The first one is that the shapes of objects decide whether it can be rolled or not. The second one is that some objects need to be pushed to slide down on the inclined plane. The third one is that balls go straight wherever they start from. The fourth one is that the speed of a ball depends on the angle of the inclined plane. 3 points were observed from the aspect of the meaning of learning process. The first one is that the children keep on trying in new ways and researching. The second one is that they find out the various ways of problem solving. The third one is that they have mathematical experiences at the same time. In this study, we observed the children's activities on the inclined plane to investigate and reveal how the children learn the scientific knowledge of contents, scientific concepts and the meaning of learning process about the characteristics and relationships of objects, and this study proposes that more opportunities of experiments for children can improve their scientific ability. 본 연구의 목적은 유아들이 경사로 활동과정에서 나타내는 물체의 특성 및 관계에 대한 과학적 내용지식과 개념, 그리고 과정적 의미를 규명하는데 있다. 자유선택활동 시간 동안 쌓기놀이 영역에 경사로를 설치하고 만 2세 유아 2명과 만 5세 유아 4명이 참여하는 가운데 활동이 이루어졌으며, 녹음 및 기록된 내용을 분석자료로 사용하였다. 결과적으로 과학적 내용지식과 개념으로 네가지가 관찰되었는데, 첫째는 모양과 굴러가는 것과의 관계이다. 둘째, 어떤 물체는 경사로에서 힘을 주어 밀어야 내려간다. 셋째, 어느 곳에서 출발하던 공은 직선의 움직임을 나타낸다. 넷째, 경사각에 따라 구르는 속도가 다르다. 과정적 의미로 세가지가 관찰되었는데, 첫째는 스스로 새로운 시도와 탐색을 해 나간다. 둘째는 다양한 문제해결이 일어난다. 셋째는 수학적 경험도 함께 일어난다. 본 연구는 유아들이 물체의 특성 및 관계에 대한 과학적 내용지식과 개념, 그리고 과정적 의미를 어떻게 알아가는지를 규명하기 위하여 경사로 활동을 관찰하였으며, 유아들이 좀 더 많은 실험의 기회들을 통하여 과학적 능력을 향상시킬 수 있음을 제안하였다.
공감에 기반한 애국심 모색 - 애덤 스미스의 『도덕감정론』을 중심으로 -

This study examines the theoretical foundation of sympathy-based patriotism through Adam Smith's The Theory of Moral Sentiments. Rooted in moral sentiments, it analyzes sympathy's mechanism via inter-subjectivity and establishes the impartial spectator as the basis for moral judgment. It also highlights the harmony of justice and beneficence as key to building a fair and happy society, providing the ethical groundwork for sympathy-based patriotism. The study identifies three elements of sympathy-based patriotism. expansive sympathy, which fosters solidarity by extending inclusivity among citizens; critical patriotism, which recognizes state flaws and emphasizes moral reflection and responsibility; and a balance of justice and beneficence, which prevents moral decline and promotes a just, harmonious society. This study aims to restore moral sentiments, enhance social solidarity, and redefine the essence of patriotism to foster a fair and cohesive society.
