TTP is a thrombotic microangiopathy not unique to pregnancy and with the increasing incidence in reproductive aged women. The estimated incidence is around one case per million people, sixty percent of the cases occur in women, the median age of onset is 35 years. Pregnancy is a predisposing factor of TTP and may be an inciting state for relapse. TTP usually develops during the antepartum, the mean gestational age of onset of the symptoms is 23.5 weeks, and 58% of patients initially present at or before 24 weeks of gestation. This report was a case of 36 years old mother who was performed cesarean-section at 31 weeks gestational age because of severe preeclampsia. Febrile sensation, convulsion, comatous mentation abruptly developed after cesarean section and we diagnosed TTP. The patient recovered after she was treated with plasmapheresis for 7 days. We recently experienced a unique case of TTP, which was diagnosed after cesarean delivery, because it overlapped with symptoms and thus report this case.

본 연구에서는 ETRI에서 개발한 안티 - 퓨즈의 두 전극 충사이의 절연막 또는 유전막을 파괴하여 도롱케 하는 퓨징 기술을 개발하여 소자를 퓨징시킨 다음 안티 - 퓨즈 스위칭소자의 특성을 측정하고 분석하였다. In this paper, We propose the design and implementation of lthe Anti-fuse system that has the reversed concept of fuse. This system is implemented with a fusing technology that can have the characteristics of conductors after demolishing insalators of dielectrics between two pole layers of Anti - that bas been developed by ETRI. Using the developed system, We fused an Anti - fuse elements, and then measured and analyzed the characteristics of Anti-fuse switching elements.
극소형 풍력발전기 블레이드의 형상변화에 의한 성능향상 연구

With the depletion of existing energy resources and the issue of environmental pollution, renewable energy is being watched for using fossil fuels or converting renewable energy. At the same time, energy harvesting is in the spotlight, converting small amounts of waste energy into electrical energy for sensors that require small power consumption. Wind turbine is expected to play an important role in supplying small electric power because there is no environmental pollution and small winds can be used. Although the development of large scale wind turbine (rotor diameter of 10 m, generation of 25 kW or more) is being pursued politically, there are not many studies on super small wind turbine for small wind speeds (within 3 m/s). The researchers have studied the shape of the blades to increase the efficiency of small wind turbines that convert small winds below 3 m/s into electrical energy. In this study, we aimed to improve the performance of miniature wind turbine and miniaturize the blade radius. The shape of the blade for the research was optimized by curving the middle part of the blade and the angle and curved position. The designed blades were printed by a 3D printer and tested at the wind speed of 3 m/s. CFD analysis was performed to investigate aerodynamic characteristics. Finally, the output voltage was 133% higher than that of the straight blade, and it succeeded in miniaturizing it to 35 mm in diameter. It is expected that the result of blade shape revealed in this study will be used as basic data for the development of super small wind turbine.
석기시대 유물의 보존 및 교육을 위한 선사시대 융합 체험형 교육 박물관에 관한 연구 - 김포시 내 선사시대 박물관 사례 중심으로 -

The Neolithic site in Sinan-ri, Gimpo City, recognized as one of the largest in Korea, possesses high academic value and serves as a key element of local identity. Preservation and utilization strategies for this heritage site are urgently required. Establishing cultural and educational facilities centered on the excavation area could stimulate regional tourism and offer a new model for historical education. The purpose of this study is to propose an architectural plan for an integrated experiential museum linked to the Neolithic relics and site, creating a unified space that incorporates preservation, research, exhibition, and education functions. Based on an analysis of the site’s current conditions, the study derives a concrete plan detailing spatial organization, layout, and design characteristics for a convergent experiential educational museum. As a result, the integrated experiential educational museum based on the Sinan-ri site demonstrates potential as a sustainable cultural hub where tourism, education, and research are organically connected while preserving the region’s historical value. Furthermore, such a space is expected to strengthen local identity and enhance Gimpo City’s cultural competitiveness and urban brand value.

논-그리드 방식의 사용은 그리드방식에서 발생하는 PCB상에 전기적, 물리적 요소들이 적다 할지라도 보드의 크기와 그리드의 크기에 제약을 받기 때문에 전기적, 물리적 요소에 관계없이 요구되는 메모리가 많아지게 되어 자동 배선 속도를 감소시키는 단점을 가지고 있으므로, 논-그리드 방식은 shape-based 패턴 라우터를 적용하여 배선영역의 메모리 증가 문제를 해결하였다. 본 시스템은 IBM 486DX266 컴퓨터의 WindowsNT 환경에서 실행될 수 있도록 개발하였다.

Objective: Burch operation has been effective method for the treatment of stress incontinence. Burch operation is a well-accepted procedure for treating stress urinary incontinence secondary to urethral hypermobility without intrinsic sphincter deficiency and is the reference standard with which other procedures are compared. This study is to evaluate the effectiveness of the Choi`s hook in laparoscopic Burch operation. Methods: This study included 47 patients who had undergone laparoscopic Burch operation from October 2000 through March 2005. Of these 47 patients, 27 patients underwent traditional laparoscopic Burch operation (Group 1) and 20 patients underwent laparoscopic Burch operation with Choi`s Hook on anchoring the endopelvic fascia to the Cooper`s ligament (Group 2). Results: The mean age of patients of Group 1 was 55.6±9.37 years of age and that of Group 2 was 56.0±5.93 years of age. There is no difference in the mean age of patients (P>0.05). The mean operating time was 90.5±15.32 minutes for Group 1 and 38.5±10.14 minute for Group 2. The mean operating time was shorter in Group 2 than Group 1 (P<0.05). There was no difference in recurrence rate and complication rate between Group 1 and Group 2 (P>0.05). Conclusion: We performed laparoscopic Burch operation with the Choi`s Hook on anchoring the endopelvic fascia to the Cooper`s ligament. When we compared traditional laparoscopic Burch operation with laparoscopic Burch operation with Choi`s Hook, we could shorten the operation time using the Choi`s Hook.
