관광산업 여성종사원이 지각하는 자기효능감이 직업적응 및 경력성공에 미치는 영향에 있어 칭찬의 조절효과에 관한 연구

This study empirically analyzed the impact of self-efficacy perceived by women in the tourism industry on work adjustment and the effect of Moderating praise in these relationships, and empirically analyzed how work adjustment affects career success as a result of work adjustment. In particular, this research did not use the tools used in the previous research, but measured work adjustment by using work adjustment(confidence in job, personal relationship adaptation, leader's perception) perceived by female employees in the tourism industry in the research of Park Joo-hee(2020). The following results were derived as a result of the analysis. First, reliability and appropriateness of the employment adjustment measurement results Unlike the research conducted by Park Joo-hee(2020), three factors were derived: confidence in business, stability as an office worker, and recognition as an expert. The results of such research are believed to have succeeded in adapting to employment when they have confidence in their future adaptations, especially women's adaptations, and have fun and leisure in their work lives, and when they are recognized as experts. Secondly, according to an examination of the effect of self-efficacy on work adjustment, the higher the level of perception of self-efficacy, the higher the confidence in the job, the recognition of professionalism, and the sense of stability of company employees. Thirdly, the relationship between self-efficacy and work adjustment has been examined, and it has been shown that higher perception of self-efficacy and higher awareness of verbal, gesture and expression, and materialistic admiration results in higher work adjustment. Fourthly, it has been found that work adjustment has a positive effect on career success, but only on career satisfaction and employmentability, among career success, all lower-ranking officials of work adjustment have a positive effect on job satisfaction. Therefore, companies should support their employees so that they can feel self-efficacy in order to ensure that their employees are able to adapt themselves to their stable employment, and should take a strategy to stimulate admiration in the culture of the company. Physical praise, however, should be in simple expressions of familiar same-sex within an organization. Finally, the company must support a variety of career development activities so that employees can have a high level of awareness of career success. However, since today's office workers demand a balance between work and personal life, they will have to try to find a balance between their work and life. 본 연구는 관광산업체에 종사하는 여성종사원들을 대상으로 그들이 지각하는 자기효능감이 직업적응에 미치는 영향관계와 이들 관계에서 칭찬의 조절효과를 실증분석하였으며, 더불어 직업적응의 결과로 직업적응이 경력성공에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 실증분석하였다. 특히 본 연구에서는 선행연구에서 사용된 직업적응 측정도구를 사용하지 않고 박주희(2020)의 연구에서 실제 관광산업체에 종사하는 여성종사원들이 지각한 직업적응(업무에 대한 자신감, 대인관계 적응, 리더로 인식)을 이용하여 직업적응을 측정하였다. 분석결과 다음과 같은 결과가 도출되었다. 첫째, 직업적응 측정에 대한 신뢰성 및 타당성 결과 박주희(2020)의 연구와 달리 업무에 대한 자신감, 직장인으로서 안정감, 전문가로 인식 등 3개의 요인이 도출되었다. 이러한 연구결과는 향후 직업적응, 특히 여성들의 직업적응을 하였다고 인식하는 것이 자신이 수행하는 업무들에 대해 자신감을 가지고, 직장생활을 하는데 즐거움과 여유로움을 가지고 근무할 때, 그리고 전문가로서 인정받을 때 성공적인 직업적응을 하였다고 볼 수 있다. 둘째, 자기효능감이 직업적응에 미치는 영향을 검증한 결과 자기효능감에 대한 지각수준이 높을수록 직업적응인 업무에 대한 자신감, 전문가로 인식, 직장인으로서 안정감이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 자기효능감과 직업적응의 관계에서 칭찬의 조절효과를 검증한 결과 자기효능감에 대해 높게 지각하고 동시에 언어적 칭찬, 몸짓과 표정칭찬, 물질적 칭찬에 대해 높게 지각하면 직업적응이 더 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 직업적응이 경력성공에 미치는 영향관계를 검증한 결과 직업적응은 경력성공 중 경력만족과 고용가능성에만 직업적응의 모든 하위변인들이 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나 삶의 만족에는 직업적응 중 직장인으로서 안정감만이 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 기업에서는 종사원들의 안정적인 직업적응을 위해 종사원들이 자기효능감을 가질 수 있도록 지원해야 할 것이며, 기업문화에 칭찬을 활성화하는 전략을 강구하여야 할 것이다. 하지만 신체적 칭찬은 조직 내에서 친근한 동성 간에 간단한 표현방식으로 이루어져야 할 것이다. 마지막으로 기업에서는 종사원들이 경력성공에 대해 높게 지각할 수 있도록 다양한 경력개발 활동을 지원하여야 할 것이다. 다만 현대의 직장인들은 직장과 개인의 삶의 균형을 요구하고 있기에 일과 삶에 있어 균형감을 가질 수 있도록 하여야 할 것이다.
인플루엔자 등 급성 호흡기계 질환과 의약품 사용의 계절적 상관성 분석

Background: Monitoring appropriate medication categories can provide early warning of certain disease outbreaks. This study aimed to present a methodology for selecting and monitoring medications relevant to the surveillance of acute respiratory tract infections, such as influenza. Methods: To estimate correlations between acute febrile respiratory tract infection and some medication categories, the cross-correlation coefficient (CCC) was used and established. Two databases were used: real-time prescription trend of antivirals, anti-inflammatory drugs, antibiotics using Drug Utilization Review Program between 2012 and 2015 and physicians’ number of encounters with acute febrile respiratory tract infections such as influenza outbreaks using the national level health insurance claims data. The seasonality was also evaluated using the CCC. Results: After selecting six candidate diseases that require extensive monitoring, influenza with highly specific medical treatment according to the health insurance claims data and its medications were chosen as final candidates based on a data-driven approach. Antiviral medications and influenza were significantly correlated. Conclusion: An annual correlation was observed between influenza and antiviral medications, anti-inflammatory drugs. Suitable models should be established for syndromic surveillance of influenza.

The dental implants in modern dentistry brought out a new era in everyday dental practice. Increasing of dental implants usage, various failures and complications has occurred. Failures and complications of dental implant treatments that can happen in implant surgery, in mechanical or prosthetic problem and in biological aspect. The aim of this study was to assess implant failures for 6 years as well as find out how to overcome implant failure. In Jeju National University hospital, 26 dental implants in 17 patients were removed by implant failure through 2013.1.1.―2018.12.31. Each implant failure case was analyzed in report form with various informations about failure retrospectively. The present study showed 26 failed dental implants of 17 patients were removed. 13 implants(50%) of 8 patients(47.06%) were failed before functional loading and 13 implants(50%) of 9 patients(52.94%) were failed after functional loading. 11 implants(42.31%) of 7 patients(41.18%) with medical disease were extracted. 6 implants(23.08%) of 5 patients(29.41%) with additive bone graft were failed. We discuss with 26 failed dental implants of 17 patients about their causes, solutions and prevention retrospectively for 6 past years. Precise diagnosis and treatment planning are needed. Medically compromised patients and patients with implants and additive bone grafts should be cautiously treated with high failing possibilities.
