Kobias HBsAg/ Anti-HBs 시약의 임상적 유용성 평가

배경 : B형간염바이러스(HBV)의 혈청학적 표지자 검사는HBV 감염의 예방 및 진단에 필수적인 지표이다. 본 연구에서는최근 국내에서 개발된 HBsAg 및 anti-HBs 검출용 간편시약인Kobias HBsAg/Anti-HBs Window 검사의 임상적 유용성을평가하고자 하였다. 방법 : 효소면역측정법(EIA)으로 선별된 360검체를 대상으로Kobias Window kit 및 기존의 간편검사 시약인 Genedia Rapidkit를 이용하여 HBsAg과 anti-HBs 검사를 각 시행하였고, 이들 결과를 EIA 결과와 비교하였다.결과 : EIA에 대한 민감도와 특이도는 Kobias HBsAg의 경우 각 99.2%, 96.7%이었고, Kobias Anti-HBs는 각 95.8%,96.7%이었다. EIA와 Kobias HBsAg 및 Kobias Anti-HBs의일치율은 각각 98.3%, 96.1%이었고, Kobias HBsAg과 GenediaHBsAg 및 Kobias Anti-HBs와 Genedia Anti-HBs의 일치율은각 97.8%, 93.9%이었다.

리스트 編曲作品의 演奏技法에 관한 研究 : Rigoletto Paraphrase를 중심으로

One of most favored composers by the contemporary musicians, Franz Liszt was a great composer of 19th century Romanticism and in many of his works profundity of art can be detected. In particular his superb technique and bold expression inhaled life force into music and beautiful charm and passion poured into it leaving his indelible mark as a great artist. In many of his works number of pieces by arrangement were quite considerable and significant in terms of special feature of music. Through such arranged works he enhanced the level of technique for arrangement to the maximum and marked an epoch-making turning point in terms of modern piano technique. He used the term piano recital" for the first time and conveyed music to the people of his time when appreciation of opera or orchestra were hard to have by public in general. Many a composers whose names were unfamiliar to the public were introduced by him and this is also counted as one of his numerous contribution to music. Rigoletto Paraphrase is one of his arrangement extensively played by many musicians now and its analysis reveals that Liszt created timbre of many vocalists through colorful color tone of a musical instrument known as piano and used diverse and bold technique such as decorative arpeggio, chord, chromatic scale using 3th. 6th, in parallel, extreme dynamic and continuous octave and colorful effect were created from his imagination. As to playing for expression of such effect fingering, phrasing and articulation, study on timbre and pedal, technique for using wrist and fingers and additionally weight technical skill using body weight while relaxing whole arms and shoulder will be necessary. Basic aim pursued by a pianist is to train on some piece of music and express it through fingers and singing so that listeners can have moving emotion in their heart. Knowledge on musical note to read intention of a composer and culture of the performer, his or her harmonious personality, continuous study on technical skill and combination of all such elements mobilized for overcoming difficult technical skill-this will be a true model for a performer. Like Liszt who continued his study and attempt to achieve progress of music throughout his life performers should train themselves endlessly for technical skill at the same time they should strive to understand profound art of Liszt and properly rendering it while imagining Liszt filled with inspiration and playing piano with colorful flair and style.
