        퇴계(退溪)의 시(詩)에 나타난 학문관(學問觀) 연구

        T'oegye (Lee Whang, 1501~1570) was one of the most famous Korean Neo-Confucian scholars, who was serious about realizing Tao (道) through the Learning (學問). His ultimate goal through the cognition and practice of Tao was to be a real human being, that is, a sage. For T'oegye, the study was the vehicle by which students could become a sage, namely the personification of the Ultimate reality (眞理). Reading that T'oegye thought of as the primary source toward a sage is the way that learners practice Tao by acquiring saints' words and actions for Wigijihak (爲己之學) to get the promotion of learning, personality and virtue, not for Wiinijihak (爲人之學) to take advantage of the study as the means to win the fame and higher official post. As T'oegye's Learning was to learn and conduct the truth with an active attitude of Sugichiin (修己治人), the effort to put learning in practice was the key point of his thoughts. One of the representative ways to build up one's character was Reverence(敬), which sought for coincidence between learning and life. Reverence was a sense of community required to make haman society more sound and moral. T'oegye was an honest, humble, and diligent learner as a teacher, which means 'teaching is learning (斅學半)'. He was willing to ask his pupils questions and to learn from any person and correct his view, when even a word of advice was given to him. In teaching his students, he always greeted them in an attitude of Reverence without calling any young discipline 'Neo (you)', and he always maintained a dignified, respectful behavior with no sign of getting angry at the worst things. T'oegye's Way of Learning was strengthened by keeping and following the tradition of Confucianism. He argued that one's charateristics should be developed through individual education. He encouraged his pupils to carefully read Collected Commentaries on the Four Books(四書集註) to be aware of their meanings exactly and keep them in memory. The voluntary study called Self-cultivation served to maximize the effect of teaching and learning. As mentioned above, T'oegye tried to indicate the way of learning to his pupils and have them recognize how to do the study. T'oegye consistently highlighted human education and sought for the firm morality based on Benevolence(仁). His studying method guides us to the right understanding of the traditional education. He feels endless reverence for People and Things. Especially T'oegye shows it in about his 2000 poems, which keep us following the Holy Way [예던길, The Way of Learning] that former Confucian scholar [T'oegye] went through. Let us read the following poem. 高蹈非吾事To enter higher public post is my no serious undertaking, 居然在鄕里Therefore I would live a rural life amid nature's scenery. 所願善人多My long cherished desire is to see the Good overflowing, 是乃天地紀And I will set right the discipline throughout the country.

        16×16 태양광 패널 MIMO 가시광통신 시스템에서 음영효과에 의한 오류를 복구하는 방법에 관한 연구

        Solar panels are installed on roads and sidewalks as well as on roofs and outer walls of buildings to produce electrical energy from the suns light. Adding a module to an existing solar panel can enable visible light communication(VLC) and provide more expanded services using LED on street lamp or car headlights. However, the shadows by people, street trees, cars, etc. in the external environment causes communication errors in VLC. The shadows are spatially shaped like a block and it brings serious performance degradation in MIMO VLC which is used for high-speed communication. This paper proposes the method of recovering 4bit of Spatial Burst Error caused by the shadows across four adjacent solar panels in 16×16 MIMO VLC. To recover errors from the shadows, we select 4 solar panels that are not adjacent to each other and make it into a block. A block consists of three data channels and one recovery channel. The recovery channel transmits the parity value of the data channels in the same block. In addition, This paper presents a Half Power Angle(Theta) of LEDs to prevent inter-channel interference of Spatial Multiplex MIMO.

        스마트폰 충전용 솔라패드를 이용한 사이니지용 2×2 LED Tag ID 신호 수신 에러를 정정하는 방법에 관한 연구

        Digital signage has been widely spread for advertising and requires more interactions with customers. The adopted communication methods are limited by low-speed, low-capacity and also RF based communication system is vulnerable to security. Visible light communication can provide high-speed and large-capacity communication and improved security. By using a solar pad as a receiver, it solves the inconvenience that the photodiode must be positioned in line with visible light. This paper proposes a visual light communication system between a 2×2 LED Tag on a digital signage and a portable solar pad on a smart phone Depending on smart phone holding pattern, a shadow occurs by a finger and it causes communication errors. To solve this problem, I propose to use three channels as to transmit data and use one channel to transmits parity bits. This approach is verified to recover errors from fingers or palm on the solar pad. This allows signage to provide a more improved user experience to users through visible light communication.

        우리나라 가뭄 위험도 평가 : 자료기반 가뭄 위험도 지도 작성을 중심으로

        가뭄은 태풍이나 집중호우 등 다른 자연재해와는 달리 발생시점이 명확하지 않으며, 가뭄발생 시 피해지역이 광범위하기 때문에 사회·경제적으로 겪는 피해가 매우 크다. 따라서 미래에 발생할 수 있는 가뭄에 대한 평가 및 이에 대한 대응방안의 마련이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 기후학적 인자와 사회경제적인 인지에 대한 여러 가지 통계자료를 이용하여 우리나라 가뭄 위험도를 평가하였다. 가뭄의 발생확률을 바탕으로 가뭄 노출성 지수(DHI)와 가뭄의 사회경제적인 영향을 반영하는 가뭄 취약성 지수(DVI)를 개발하고, 두 인자간의 상호관계를 분석하여, 최종적으로 가뭄 위험도 지수(DRI)를 개발하였다. 행정 구역별로 산정된 DRI를 바탕으로 우리나라의 지역적 가뭄 위험도를 평가할 수 있었으며, 가뭄 위험도가 가장 높은 지역은 농업 밀집지역인 전라도로 나타났다. 본 연구에서 제시한 가뭄 위험도 지도는 지역적 특성을 반영하여 가뭄대책을 수립할 수 있는 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. Once drought occurs, it results in the extensive affected area and considerable socio-economic damages. Thus, it is necessary to assess drought risk and to prepare its counterplans. In this study, using various observation data on meteorological and socio-economical factors, drought risk was evaluated in South Korea. To quantify drought risk, Drought Hazard Index (DHI) was calculated based on the occurrence probability of drought, and Drought Vulnerability Index (DVI) was computed to reflect socio-economic consequences of drought. Drought Risk Index (DRI) was finally suggested by combining DHI and DVI. These indices were used to assess drought risk for different administrative districts of South Korea. The overall results show that the highest drought risk area was Jeolla Province where agricultural practice is concentrated. The drought risk map proposed in this study reflects regional characteristics, thus it could be utilized as a basic data for the establishment of drought preventive measures.

Thus, the human embryonic stem cell research in Korea for the ethical and religious issues, rather than having to argue keep pace with international trends in the study of human embryonic stem cells to more actively support institutional improvement is needed. As already described in the study of embryonic stem cells in the remaining embryos destined to be discarded through the research is to And this has been modified in our constitutional form early embryos are implanted in the mother or the life but still won over the eyes that do not appear early embryonic deny the fundamental right to identity.           De facto marriage means that a couple live together with potential willing to marry. however, it is not considered legitimate marriage because they did not follow legal procedure. Namely, de facto marriage is a relationship that cannot be legally accepted due to no official registration of marriage in spite of a socially accepted marriage life by mutual agreement on the marriage.<BR>  De facto marriage only did not registered but socially recognized as proper married spouses. de facto marriage is the same range of protection as legal marriage except a legal position by the submitting of a marriage registration form.<BR>  It can be the claim for the property division in case of divorce, the inheritance right in case death. the aim of this paper is to search the protection of the surviving cohabitant de facto marriage in case of one cohabitants death.

        적응제어기법을 이용한 수면근처에서 운항하는 몰수체의 심도제어기 설계

        A submerged body moving near the free surface needs to maintain its attitude and position to accomplish missions. It is necessary to validate the performance of a designed controller before a sea trial. The hydrodynamic coefficients of maneuvering are generally obtained by experiments or computational fluid dynamics, but these coefficients have uncertainty. Environmental loads such as the wave exciting force and suction force act on the submerged body when it moves near the free surface. Thus, a controller for the submerged body should be robust to parameter uncertainty and environmental loads. In this paper, the six-degree-of-freedom equations of motions for the submerged body are constructed. The suction force is calculated using the double Rankine body method. An adaptive control method based on an artificial neural network and proportional-integral-derivative control are used for the depth controller. Simulations are performed under various depth and speed conditions, and the results show the effectiveness of the designed controller.

        잠수함의 종동요각 한계예측 알고리즘 설계

        An envelope protection system is a control system that allows a submarine to operate freely using its own operational envelope without exceeding the structural limit, dynamic limit, and control input limit. In this paper, an envelope protection system for the pitch angle of a submarine is designed using a dynamic trim algorithm. A linear quadratic regulator and artificial neural network are used for the true dynamics approximation. A submarine maneuvering simulation program developed using experimental data is used to validate the designed envelope protection system. Simulation results show the effectiveness of the designed envelope protection system.

        몰수체의 원추형시험에 관한 연구

        A submerged body is sensitive to changes in the roll moment because of the small restoring moment and moment of inertia. Thus, a method for predicting the roll-related hydrodynamic coefficients is important. This paper describes a deduction method for the hydrodynamic coefficients based on the results of a coning motion test. A resistance test, static drift test, and coning motion test were performed to obtain the coefficients in the towing tank of Seoul National University. The sum of the hydrodynamic force, inertial force, gravity, and buoyancy was measured in the coning motion test. The hydrodynamic force was deduced by subtracting the inertial force, gravity, and buoyancy from the measured force. The hydrodynamic coefficients were deduced using the regression method.
