호텔의 IMC 활동이 고객만족과 호텔 신뢰에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 서울지역 특급호텔의 이용고객을 대상으로 호텔기업의 IMC활동에 고객만족, 고객들의 호텔 신뢰에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 하였다. 검증결과, 첫째, 호텔의 IMC 활동 중 홍보와 고객만족의 관계에서, β=.511, t=10.074, p<.001로 나타나 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 광고와 고객만족관계에서 β=-.040, t=-.859로 나타나 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 분석되었다. 이벤트와 고객만족관계에서 β=.190, t=4.225, p<.05로 나타나 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 판매촉진과 고객만족관계에서 β=.336, t=7.319, p<.001로 나타나 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 호텔의 IMC 활동이 고객의 호텔신뢰에 미치는 영향은 가설검증 결과, 호텔의 IMC 활동중 홍보와 호텔신뢰의 관계에서, β=.475, t=8.70, p<.001로 나타나 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 가광고와 호텔신뢰의 관계에서 β=.046, t=.920으로 나타나 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 분석되었다. 이벤트와 호텔신뢰의 관계에서 β=.116, t=2.398, p<.05로 나타나 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 판매촉진과 고객만족관계에서 β=.330, t=6.684, p<.001로 나타나 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 고객만족이 호텔 고객신뢰에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위해 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 가설검증 결과, 고객만족은 호텔 고객 신뢰의 관계에서 β=.859, t=27.003, p<.001로 나타나 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. Third, the customer is satisfied with the regression analysis was performed to analyze the impact on the hotel customer confidence. Hypothesis Testing results showed that customer satisfaction is the hotel on the customer’s trust in the relationship β = .859, t = 27.003, p shows a significant effect as <0.001.
호텔 매니저의 서번트 리더십이 직무만족과 조직몰입에 미치는 영향

This article investigated that influence of the servant leadership of hotel manager on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Because it requires a new leadership applies to the hotel management. To research, survey was conducted by people who employees working in five-star hotel located in Seoul and Gyunggi-do. and 348 respondents answered. 337copies of questionnaire among them are effective for analysis after excluding the insincere answers. The collected data was analyzed by reliability, factor analysis, correlations and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 17.0. As the results of analysis, Servant leadership``s factors(awareness and foresight, commitment to growth, listening, persuasion and conceptualization) influenced job satisfaction. And Servant leadership``s factors(awareness and foresight, community building, commitment to growth, empathy and persuasion) influenced organizational commitment. Based on the study, suggestions are as follows: First, To the servant leadership paradigm shift, the leader``s attention is required. Second, The discussion is necessary about ``stewardship`` and ``healing``. Third, the preparation of a hotel is required for a paradigm shift in Servant Leadership.

This paper investigates the determinants of hotel location using the multiple regression analysis. It employs a two-stage model that estimates the relationship number of hotel and characteristic of retail trade areas in a stage one using the diagram graph and then a model investigating the determinants of a number of hotels. The data include information on real estate price, pedestrian traffic, number of business for 29 retail trade area in Seoul. Our findings are three parts. First, many of the hotels is relatively located in the Jonggak station, Gangnam station, and Yeongdeungpo station retail trade areas in Seoul. Second, the hotel is clustered with the restaurants·hotel, and service business in Seoul. Third, there is a positive relation between pedestrian traffic and number of hotels. the hotel has an even appeal to a large proportion of 20 age passing-by women pedestrian. In summary, the result provided the basis for implementation of a hotel location model analysis.

최근 국내 건축용 내·외장재, 바닥재, 가구 및 조형물 등 다양한 분야에 활발히 적용되고 있는 UHPC의 최종 외장재로서의 물성, 내구성 평가를 진행하고 이에 따른 UHPC를 활용한 건축 외장패널의 적용 가능성을 평가하였다. Recently, UHPC, which is actively applied in various fields such as interior exterior materials, flooring materials, furniture and sculptures for domestic architecture, was evaluated for its properties and durability, and accordingly, the applicability of architectural exterior panels using UHPC was evaluated.

Vibro crushed-stone compacted pile (VCCP) method is one of a ground improvement technique by a vibro compaction in vertical direction with crushed stone to build up stone pile foundation in other to ensure stability of soft ground. In spite of its long applied history in geotechnical engineering division, most of studies have not been based on the reliable In-situ condition but on the laboratory tests including model tests. These model tests can express standard and ideal behavior but exceptional status that can be occur in the ground cannot be considered efficiently. This study performed the the series of trial construction to investigate the effect of VCCP method on the improvement of soft ground expecially in railroad construction site.
분쇄 시멘트 및 화학 혼화제를 활용한 초고성능 모르타르 물성 평가

Ultra High Performance Concrete is a construction material that has superior performance in liquidity and strength than ordinary concrete due to low water-combination materials, high-performance chemical admixture, and mineral materials and steel fibers. In this study, the optimal ultra-high performance mortar was produced by grinding with vibrational wheat to increase the powder level of cement up to 6000㎠/g. Futhermore, due to the characteristics of UHPC physical evaluation experiments were conducted according to derive optimal chemical admixture as well as cement and mineral admixture, as well as chemical admixture. physical properties such as liquidity and strength of ultra-high performance mortar using crushed cement were tested, and the goal was to achieve the target properties without mixing steel fiber and other mineral admixture considering economic feasibility. The experimental results showed that the flow value for all combinations was at a target of 180±10mm with W/B 20% SP 0.8%, maximum compressive strength of 90 MPa and flexural strength of 16.8MPa.
신에너지전원이 연계된 배전계통의 전압조정장치 시뮬레이터에 의한 수용가전압 평가

본 논문에서는 태양광, 풍력 등의 신에너지전원이 배전계통에 연계되어 운용되는 경우, 수용가의 전압이 규정전압 이내로 유지되는가를 평가할 수 있는 배전용변전소의 전압조정장치인 ULTC(Under Load Tap Changer)의 시뮬레이터를 제작하였다. 즉, 부하변동에 따라 전압조정장치의 동작을 모의할 수 있는 시뮬레이터를 이용하여, 신에너지 전원의 운용이 배전계통에 끼치는 영향을 평가하고 최적운용 방안을 제시하였다.
