        Variation in the functional compounds of molten salt Kimchi during fermentation

        To produce a high-quality Kimchi product, molten salt was used for the Kimchi. Changes in the physiochemical properties and functional compounds were analyzed during fermentation. The salinity of bay salt Kimchi was higher than that of the molten salt Kimchi. The fermentation speed of the lactic acid bacteria in the molten salt Kimchi was significantly faster. To evaluate the effects of the salts on the changes in the functional compounds during fermentation, the antioxidant activity, total phenolic compounds (TPC), flavonols, phenolic acids, and glucosinolates in Chinese cabbage were analyzed. In the first 9 days, antioxidants were decreased during this fermentation period and then, increased after that. TPC was slightly increased for all the conditions after 40 days fermentation. Kaempferol was a major flavonol but had a relatively larger decrease in the molten salt Kimchi than in the bay salt samples. Phenolic acid did not show any significant difference among the samples. The glucosinolate contents were significantly decreased in all the conditions of Kimchi during the fermentation period. Consequently, the molten salt greatly affected the fermentation speed of Kimchi and the total characteristics of the Kimchi lactic acid bacteria. Although the functional compounds of Chinese cabbage were decreased during the fermentation of Kimchi, this decrease did not profoundly deteriorate the food quality. Therefore, high-quality Kimchi with enhanced bioactivity will be available if appropriate Chinese cabbages that have enhanced functional compounds are used.

        First-order 최적화 기법을 활용한 다수 무인기의 협력적 충돌 회피 궤적 설계 기법

        . This paper introduces a novel design method for generating collision-free trajectories for multiple aerial vehicles. Addressing the collision avoidance problem as an optimization challenge with nonconvex constraints presents significant difficulties. Traditionally, such problems have been tackled by linearizing or relaxing constraints. However, in this study, we employed the alternating direction method of multipliers (ADMM) algorithm to directly address the nonconvex optimization problem. The proposed method involves an iterative application of expansive projection steps onto nonconvex feasible sets within each ADMM iteration, ultimately converging the solution to local minima. This iterative process ensures that the resulting trajectories are not only feasible but also optimal in terms of collision avoidance and cooperative movement. We conducted extensive numerical simulations across various scenarios to validate the proposed trajectory design method, and the obtained results consistently demonstrated that the proposed method can effectively generate cooperative, collision-free trajectories for multiple aerial vehicles. Moreover, the converged solutions from the performed simulations confirm the robustness, efficiency, and practical applicability of the proposed approach in real-world situations, highlighting its potential for enhancing UAV coordination in complex environments.

        초등학교 복식학급 체육수업 양상 및 발전 과제 탐색

        본 연구의 목적은 복식학급 체육수업의 양상과 그에 따른 이점과 한계점을 탐색하고 향후 복식학급 체육수업 활성화를 위한 발전과제를 제시하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 G도에서 근무하는 초등학교 복식학급 담임교사 8명을 연구 참여자로 선정하고 심층 면담하여 귀납적 범주 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 복식학급 체육수업의 양상은 ‘표준형 수업’, ‘상생형 수업’, ‘혼합형 수업’, ‘연합형 수업’으로 나타났다. 이 과정에서 복식학급 체육수업의 이점으로는 ‘가능성 확인한 교사의 인식 변화’, ‘맞춤형 체육수업의 실현’, ‘학생 간 교학상장 경험을 통한 성장’이 드러났으며, 한계점으로는 ‘혼돈의 교육과정 재구성’, ‘혼잡한 신체활동 수준’, ‘열악한 체육수업 환경’이 확인되었다. 이에 따라 향후 복식학급 체육수업 활성화를 위한 개선 방안으로는 실천지원 차원에서 ‘복식학급 체육수업용 교육자료 개발’, ‘적극적 협력체계 구축’과 행정지원 차원에서 ‘제한적인 행정적 제약의 완화’, ‘풍부한 체육수업 환경 구축’이 있다. This study is to explore the dynamics of physical education classes in multi-grade classrooms, identify the associated advantages and limitations, and propose development strategies for the future promotion of multi-grade physical education classes. Eight homeroom teachers from multi-grade classrooms in elementary schools located in G Province were selected as participants, and in-depth interviews were conducted followed by an inductive category analysis. The research findings are as follows: the dynamics of physical education classes in multi-grade classrooms were categorized into four types: “standard classes,” “cooperative classes,” “mixed classes,” and “combined classes.” The advantages of physical education classes in multi-grade classrooms were revealed as “teachers’ recognition of new possibilities,” “the realization of customized physical education,” and “students’ growth through mutual learning experiences.” On the other hand, the limitations identified were “the chaotic restructuring of the curriculum,” “the crowded levels of physical activity,” and “the poor environment for physical education.” Accordingly, the proposed improvement measures for promoting multi-grade physical education classes in the future include, at the educational level, the “development of educational materials for multi-grade physical education” and the “establishment of active cooperation systems,” and at the administrative level, the “relaxation of restrictive administrative constraints” and the “creation of enriched environments for physical education.”

        중학교 축구선수들이 지각하는 지도자의 감성리더십과 자아존중감 및 운동지속의 인과적 관계

        본 연구의 목적은 축구 지도자의 감성리더십이 축구선수들의 자아존중감 및 운동지속에 어떠한 영향으로 작용되는지에 대해 알아보고 축구선수가 경기 및 훈련 상황 그리고 선수생활 시 최상의 수행력을 발휘할 수 있도록 지도자의 리더십의 효율적인 적용을 위한기초자료로 활용하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2019년 대한축구협회에 선수 등록되어 있는 남자 중학교 축구선수를 유층집라무선표집 방법을 이용하여 269명을 추출하였다. 연구목적과 가설에 맞춰 SPSS/PC+ Version 25.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석과 신뢰도 분석(Cronbach's α), t검증, F검증, 다중회귀분석을 실시하여 연구의 결과를 도출하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 감성리더십, 자아존중감, 운동지속은 상관관계가 있다. 둘째, 지도자의 감성리더십이 자아존중감에 미치는 영향에서는 하위요인 관계관리능력, 자기관리능력, 자기인식능력, 사회적 인식능력은 일반적 자아, 사회적 자아, 가정적 자아, 일반적 자아에 부분적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 지도자의 감성리더십이 운동지속에 미치는 영향에서는 하위요인 자기관리능력, 관계관리능력, 자기인식능력, 사회적인식능력이 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

        Non-convex 제한 조건을 직접 고려한 수치적 최적화 기반 충돌각 유도 기법

        Many optimal guidance problems can be formulated as non-convex optimization problems, which can be solved indirectly by relaxation, convexification, or linearization. Although these methods are guaranteed to converge to the global optimum of the modified problems, the obtained solution may not guarantee global optimality or even the feasibility of the original non-convex problems. In this paper, we propose an ADMM-based optimal guidance law that directly handles the non-convex constraints encountered in formulating the guidance problems. The proposed ADMM-based guidance law alternatingly solves the least square problems and projects the solution onto non-convex feasible sets, which rapidly converges to feasible suboptimal solutions or sometimes to the globally optimal solutions. The proposed algorithm is verified via a series of numerical simulations on impact angle guidance problems, and it is demonstrated that the proposed algorithm provides better guidance performance than conventional techniques.

        중장년층과 노년층에 따른 구강관리용품 사용 여부가 현존 자연치아 수에 미치는 영향

        Objectives: This study used raw data from the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey to determine the effect of oral care product use on the number of existing natural teeth among middle-aged and elderly people. Methods: A total of 4,208 people, comprising2,513 middle-aged and 1,695 elderly people, were surveyed using IBM SPSS for data analysis. Results: The more middle-aged and elderly people used dental floss and the less they used other oral aids, the greater the number of existing natural teeth they possessed. Among the elderly, the number of existing natural teeth increased with interdental brushes and electric toothbrushes. Conclusions: To increase the number of existing natural teeth, regular dental checkups and professional oral health education are necessary so that middle-aged and elder can select and use oral care products suited to their oral health status.

        컴퓨팅 사고력 향상을 위한 로봇 활용 수학 교수학습 자료 개발

        This study aimed to develop teaching and learning materials that can improve computational thinking in the areas of high school functions and analysis by using robots. Through a literature review, we analyzed research on computational thinking and examined how computer programming and coding education are being conducted in domestic and international mathe- matics curricula. We then restructured the Carnegie Mellon University DBL Unit to propose a DBL Unit model that utilizes robots, and we developed mathematics teaching materials using LEGO Mindstorms EV3 for units in the areas of functions and analysis. Subsequently, based on the Delphi survey results, we revised the developed materials and provided recommendations for en- hancing computational thinking in mathematics classes.
