        축제 서비스스케이프가 축제이미지, 감정반응, 행동의도에 미치는 영향 : 진안 홍삼축제를 사례로

        The Effect of the study is investigate of festivalservicescape on festival image, emotional response, and behavioral intention for tourists participating in Jinan Ginseng Festival in 2018 Jinangun, Jeollabukdo. The Jinan red ginseng festival starts in 2013 and runs for 6 times until 2018. It is a festival held under the theme of ginseng, a special product of Jinan. The image of the festival theme is stronger than any festival. And the entrance of the festival is concentrated in one place, and the arrangement of the festival is a festival that plays a big role for the tourists participating in the festival. Therefore, the festival service landscape tries to investigate the influence of the relationship between the festival image, the emotional response and the behavioral intention. This study was to investigate the influence structure of the variables on the festival servicescape based on the theories of literature research and previous studies in order to identify the cognitive image, emotional image, emotional response, and factor structure of the behavioral intention. First, the influence of the festival servicescape on the festival cognitive image was influenced by the factors of 'fidelity', 'information', 'design' Respectively. Second, the influence of the festival servicescape on the festival emotional image has a significant influence on the factors of 'fidelity' and 'suitability' except the 'information' and 'design' Respectively. Third, all four factors of festival servicescape have a significant influence on the influence on the emotional response to festival servicecape. Fourth, all four factors of festival servicescape were found to have a significant influence on the influence of festival service landscape on behavioral intention festival cognition Image, and emotional image were all significant influences. Fifth, festival cognitive image and emotional image had significant influence on emotional response and behavioral influence on festival image.         축제 서비스스케이프와 축제 인적서비스품질이 내적반응과 행동의도에 미치는 영향

        This study empirically analyzes the effect of festival servicescape and festival human service quality perceived by local festival tourists on the internal reactions and behavioral intention of tourists. It is to improve the intention of action by improving the level of action. This study used 200 questionnaires except 10 questionnaires which collected 210 questionnaires of tourists who participated in the festival at the Buan Masil Festival in 2019. The frequency analysis, validity, reliability analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed using the social science statistical analysis program 20.0 (StatisticsPackage for Social Science 20.0). First, the informationality, spatiality, and recreationality among the factors of the festival servicescape were analyzed to have a significant influence on the cognitive and emotionality of internal reactions. Second, the kindness, reliability, and professionalism of the festival's human service quality had a significant effect on both the cognitive and emotional aspects of internal reactions. Third, information, space, entertainment and convenience among the factors of the festival servicescape were found to have a significant effect on behavioral intention. Fourth, kindness, credibility, and professionalism among the factors of festival human service quality had a significant effect on behavioral intention.  Fifth, internal response was found to have a significant effect on behavioral intention. Competition for local festivals is fierce, and efforts are being made to increase the intentions of festival tourists to revitalize the economy. The rssults of the study show that At local festivals, the kindness of the officials involved in the festival is paramount. Festival planning, operation management, and kind education are required to satisfy tourists who participated in the festival, and information space and convenience facilities for enjoying the festival should be continuously expanded to reflect from the festival planning.

        관광업무 담당 공무원의 전문성이 직무만족에 미치는 영향: 임파워먼트의 매개효과를 중심으로

        This study was conducted for 10 days from May 16 to 25, 2020 for public officials in charge of tourism in the wide-area and local governments, and the purpose of this study was explained by e-mail through a total questionnaire 250 public official system. It was collected by e-mail and mail as a self-filled questionnaire method in which officials fill out the questionnaire directly. The results of this study are as follows. First, in order to grasp the degree of impact of professionalism on job performance on the job performance, regression analysis was performed by analyzing each item of expertise. Showed.         관광 위험지각과 관광자 태도 및 구매의도에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 국외여행에 다양한 위험요인이 등장함에 따라 인구통계적 위험지각 차이분석과, 위험지각, 태도, 구매의도에 대한 영향관계를 규명함으로써 최근 불황을 맞고 있는 여행업계에 마케팅적 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 실증 분석을 통해 본 연구에서 제시한 연구문제를 검증한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 관광자의 위험지각이 관광지의 인지적, 감정적, 행동적 태도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 관광자들의 신체적 위험 요인을 줄이기 위해 관광지가 안전하다는 점을 부각시키며 관광지의 날씨와 음식에 대한 철저한 정보제공 등을 통해 관광자들의 긍정적인 감정을 이끌어 내야 할 것으로 사료된다. 들째, 관광자들의 구매의도에 4가지 위험지각요인이 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 구매율을 높이기 위해서는 신체적위험과 기능적 위험을 줄일 수 있도록 신체적 안전에 대한 여행상품의 서비스품질을 높임으로써 여행 후에 기능적인 위험을 적게 지각하여 향후에도 재 구매를 유도해 나가야 할 것으로 사료된다. 셋째, 관광자들의 구매의도에 인지적태도와 행동적 태도가 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 관광자들이 신뢰할 수 있는 정보를 독자적으로 쉽게 획득할 수 있도록 다양한 기술 확보와 고객지원을 통해 구매의도를 높일 수 있도록 도움을 주어야 할 것으로 사료된다. The purpose of this study is to analyze diverse differences of demographically perceived risks, to explore influential relationship between the tourists' perceived risks and their behavioral attitudes and purchase intentions, and finally to provide some marketing-based suggestions for travel industry managers. An elemental analysis of customer loyalty was conducted he analysis shows that tourist's perceived risks exerted their cognitive, emotional and behavioral attitudes. To enhance purchasing rate of customers, several alternatives are to be needed to lessen tourists' highly-perceived physical risks and other functional ones, help them to prepare more complete measures for their physical safety, and to enhance service quality of travel goods. More important, these alternatives should be leads to the enlargement of repurchasing intentions after travel. The analysis also shows that tourists' cognitive and behavioral attitudes have much effect on their purchasing intentions.

        대학생의 교육서비스품질이 전공만족, 전공몰입, 진로결정자기효능감에 미치는 영향

        Today's university education service environment is changing rapidly. The quantitative growth of universities and the decline in the number of students present new challenges for some universities. At present, the university is undergoing a lot of changes both internally and externally, such as the decrease in the number of high school graduates due to the decrease in the number of high school graduates, the decrease in the number of admissions due to the liberalization of the university establishment, and the withdrawal of the university due to poor management. In order to cope with the crisis of education, some universities receive ISO certification and service quality certification to improve the operation of various educational services and to improve the level of educational service provision. In order to maximize the education of college students, the university provides educational facilities and environment to maximize college students 'self-esteem. They have confidence in college students' majors, have career decision self efficacy, It is important to note that they have an important role to play in helping them prepare for the right career path and employment. In this study, it was necessary to study the effect of major satisfaction and commitment on career decision according to the quality of education service of college students. And career decision-making self-efficacy. The purpose of this study is to confirm whether the quality of education service quality has a positive value. The results are as follows. First, the quality of education service and satisfaction of major were analyzed. All the factors showed significant results in major satisfaction. Second, the quality of education service and commitment to majors were analyzed. Third, in the relationship between educational service quality and career decision self - efficacy, all factors were significant in self - evaluation. However, in the career decision self - efficacy planning, there was a significant effect on the administrative service and the physical environment, but the educational service and the possibility of development were not significant. Fourth, all factors have a significant effect on relationship between major satisfaction and career decision self - efficacy. Fifth, all factors were found to have a significant effect on the relationship between major majors and career decision self - efficacy. Therefore, it is analyzed that the service quality of education service is an important factor to increase the major satisfaction, major mobility and career decision self-efficacy of college students. 현재 대학은 고교졸업생의 감소에 따른 대학입학정원의 축소, 대학 설립의 자유화에 따른 입학정원의 축소, 경영부실에 따른 대학의 퇴출 등 대·내외 적으로 많은 변화를 겪고 있다. 이에 대학에서는 교육의 위기에 대응하기 위해 각종 교육서비스의 운영과 교육서비스 제공 수준의 향상을 도모하고자 일부 대학에서는 ISO인증과 서비스 품질 인증을 받고 있다. 대학교에서는 대학생에게 맞는 전공교육을 극대화하기 위해서 그에 맞는 교육시설과 환경을 제공함으로써, 대학생들 전공에 대한 자신감을 갖게 하여 진로결정자기효능감을 갖고, 자기 주도적으로 진로를 결정하고 이에 맞는 진로 및 취업준비를 해 나갈 수 있도록 도움을 줄 수 있는 중요한 역할을 가지고 있음을 알아야한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 대학생의 교육서비스품질에 따른 전공만족과 몰입이 진로결정에 있어서 어떠한 영향을 미치는가에 대한 연구가 필요하다고 보았고, 교육서비스품질에 따라 전공만족, 몰입과 진로결정자기효능감에 미치는 영향을 검증함으로써 교육서비스품질의 제공이 긍정적 가치를 지니고 있는 것인지 확인하는 것에 목적이 있다. 그 결과 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교육서비스품질과 전공만족 관계를 검증 분석결과 모든 요인들이 전공만족에 유의한 결과로 나타났다. 둘째, 교육서비스품질과 전공몰입 관계를 검증 분석결과 모든 요인들이 전공만족에 유의한 결과로 나타났다. 셋째, 교육서비스품질과 진로결정자기효능감 관계에서는 요인 중 자기평가에서는 모든 요인이 유의한 결과로 나타났다. 하지만 진로결정자기효능감 계획수립에서는 행정서비스와 물리적환경에는 유의한 영향을 미쳤으나, 교육서비스, 발전가능성에는 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 전공만족과 진로결정자기효능감 관계에서는 모든 요인이 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 전공몰입과 진로결정자기효능감 관계에서는 모든 요인이 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 대학생의 전공만족, 전공몰입과 진로결정자기효능감을 높이기 위해서는 교육서비스품질의 서비스가 중요한 요인이라는 것이 실증분석 되었다.

First, wish to establish sightseeing chartered bus concept.         관광지스토리텔링에 따른 러브마크형성이 관광객 만족도 및 충성도에 미치는 영향 : 경기도 수원화성 지역을 중심으로

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the cause-effect relationship between creating a love-mark through storytelling on tourist sites, focusing on 'Suwon Hwaseong Fortress' designated as UNESCO World Cultural Heritage and it is aiming at verifying the relationship on how the love-mark influences on level of satisfaction and loyalty of tourists. In order to accomplish the purpose of the study, the questionnaires were distributed to the tourists visiting Suwon Hwaseong to obtain 259 final copies for facilitating in the study and SPSS.18.0 Program was used for the analysis. Following is the summary of result of this study. First, from the factors of storytelling on tourist sites, it was analyzed that the education factor, description, uniqueness, and sensitivity had a significant positive effect on creating the love-mark for tourists. Second, the love-mark is shown to provide positive (+) influence on the level of satisfaction and loyalty of tourists for the lower factors of the love-mark with respect to the cause-effect relationship on the tourist satisfaction and loyalty. And third, the analysis showed that the satisfaction level of the tourists influences positively on the loyalty as a result of verifying the cause-effect relationship of satisfaction on loyalty of the tourists.

        In this study, the "reactlvity" was defined by the reaction rate constant of the reduction of carbon dioxide to carbon monoxide with anthracites. Experiments were carried out at temperatures ranging from 750 to 1100℃ with pulverized Korean anthracites whose sized range from 1 to 10mm in diameter. Results showed that the reaction rate constant was not applicably affected by the particle sizes, and the reactivities of the anthracites were found to be a function of reaction temperature alone. It was also found that a straight line was produced when logarithm of the reaction rate constant is plotted against the reciprocal of the absolute temperature. At about 1050℃ the reaction rates of anthracites are all the same, k_1=6.5×10^-6, and above the temperature 90% of carbone dioxide was reduced to carbon monoxide by the anthracites.

        관광레저형 연수시설 개발방향 연구

        본 연구는 전문가 집단 및 연수시설의 잠재수요자들을 대상으로 관광레저형 복합연수시설 개발에 대한 조사를 통해 최적의 개발방향을 설정하는데 그 목적이 있다. 조사결과 연수시설 개발에 있어 주요 고려요인으로는 교통요인 등 접근성이 용이한 지역을 선호하는 것으로 나타났으며, 연수시설을 이용하는 주요 방문객의 분포는 대부분 2시간권 이내로 나타났다. 시설입지는 도심 인근지역, 관광지 주변지역 등 주변경관 및 접근성이 편리한 도심 인근지역을 선호하고, 또한 주변 볼거리 등 즐길거리가 양호한 관광지 인근지역을 선호하는 것으로 분석된다. 관광레저형 시설도입에 대한 선호도 조사결과 숙박시설과 스파시설, 스포츠 시설 등에 대한 선호도가 높게 나타났으며, 연수시설 개발에 따른 지원 요구사항에 있어서는 토지비용에 대한 부담이 가장 크게 작용하는 것으로 나타나 개발주체의 저가의 토지비용 및 대상 부지 장기임대지원과 같은 용지관련 지원에 대한 검토가 필요할 것으로 판단된다. 향후 연구에서는 본 연구에서 보다 구체화시키지 못한 설문내용 및 결과를 중심으로 보다 다양한 표본을 중심으로 사업타당성, 이용객 만족도 등 실제 개발에 바로 적용이 가능한 다양한 연구가 필요할 것으로 판단된다. The purposes of this study were to examine the demands for tourism and leisure-type combinational in-service training facilities among their potential users as well as expert groups and to set the optimal developmental directions. As a result, one of the major factors to consider in developing an in-service training facility was easy access through transportation. Most of visitors to in-service training facilities were within a two-hour distance. They preferred neighboring areas of downtown whose surrounding landscape was outstanding and whose accessibility was great and those of tourist destinations where there were lots of things to see and enjoy. There was the greatest preference for accommodation, spa, and sport facilities among the many kinds of tourism and leisure-type facilities. The burden with land compensations was the heaviest among the support demands for the development of an in-service training facility, which suggests the developers should review diverse support measures for land such as low land costs and long-term lease of concerned lots. In future study, they need to conduct researches whose findings can be readily applicable to actual developments with more diverse samples and more specific survey items and results.
