The Song poets were most politically sensitive because they were senior officials of the court. Through their history, they tried to understand real politics and society. For them, Tang Xuanzong and Yang Guifei were not only historical figures, but also persons in a textbook that had been processed into various shapes for a long time. They were valuable as illustrations for understanding and criticizing the problems of the real society, in which poets were lived, and to providing alternatives to poets. So it was no longer important whether the things related to Tang Xuanzong and Yang Guifei described in the poem were true or fiction. The intricate intentions and meanings were applied according to various demands of the era, and the story of Tang Xuanzong and Yang Guifei which was interpreted in various ways, became the motive of criticizing the political authority through Poems on Paintings. A good king turns into a bad king overnight, a good world can easily become a bad world like a in the turn of a hand. So the king must always beware of himself and be careful. The Song poems were a criticisms to the king, a public official and a poet himself.
고위공직자 인사청문회 제도 개선방안 -사전 인사검증 중심으로-

Personnel Hearing serves as a gateway for appointing high-level officials, and through the these hearings, the National Assembly evaluates the ethics and qualifications of the nominees, whom been nominated by the President. While the power of appointment for officials by the President and the approval of the National Assembly have been stipulated since the enactment of the Constitution, the Personnel Hearing System was first regulated in the National Assembly Act in February 2000, and the Personnel Hearing Act was enacted in June of the same year. However, this Personnel Hearing System has consistently raised doubts about its effectiveness since its introduction and has been distorted into a battleground for political fights between the ruling party and the opposition, focusing more on personal attacks rather than verifying the policy capabilities of the nominees. Among the countries that hold personnel hearings, the United States is the first country to establish the Personnel Hearing System in Constitution and adopted Montesquieu's model of separation of powers, aiming to achieve the "balance by checking" among the legislative, executive, and judicial branches. After declaring independence from Britain on July 4, 1776, the United States, in order to prevent the President from exercising power like a king as in the colonial era, devised various measures to reduce the authority of the executive branch and strengthen the power of the legislative branch. The Personnel Hearing requires the President to nominate candidates and obtain consent from the Senate from the perspective of "check and balance." The distinctive feature of the US Personnel Hearing is that it is open to the public from the nomination stage, with all procedures and criteria being made public and candidates are thoroughly verified. In order to ensure the proper operation of Personnel Hearing in Korea, this study examines the current system, and tries to derive measures to improve especially the current nomination stage through comparative analysis with the United States. As a result to enhance the effectiveness of the Personnel Hearing, firstly, this study proposes to divide the stages of the Personnel Hearing into nomination and confirmation stage. This study proposes to strictly verify the ethics of the nominees in the nomination stage and verify their expertise and job suitability in the confirmation stage. Secondly, the legislation of the procedures and criteria for nomination stage is proposed. Thirdly, the possibility of sharing the results of nomination stage is proposed. Fourthly, this study proposes to establish a system where the nomination stage is overseen by the Presidential Secretariat. Lastly, as the final procedure of the nomination stage, this study proposes to have a hearing from the interested parties and the public regarding the nominees. 미국은 인사청문회를 연방헌법 제정 당시인 1787년부터 현재까지 236년을 운영, 우리나라의 경우 2000년에 인사청문회법이 제정되어 현재 제도를 운영한 지 23년밖에 되지 않았다. 현재 우리나라 인사청문회는 대통령과 국회 간 권력의 견제와 균형을 유지하는 수단이 아닌 여야 정쟁의 장으로 변질되었다. 인사청문회에서 후보자에 대한 직무 적격성보다는 윤리/도덕성에 대한 비난이 주를 이루고 있는데, 이는 사전 인사검증 단계에서 후보자에 대한 검증이 철저히 이루어지지 않기 때문이다. 이를 해결하기 위하여 첫째, 인사청문회 운영 단계를 사전 인사검증과 인사청문 단계로 구분하여 사전 인사검증에서 후보자의 도덕성을 엄격히 검증하고 인사청문회에서 후보자의 전문성과 직무적합성에 대하여 검증하기를 제안한다. 둘째, 사전 인사검증 절차와 기준의 법제화를 제안한다. 셋째, 사전 인사검증 결과의 공유를 제안한다. 넷째, 과거처럼 대통령비서실에서 사전 인사검증을 총괄하는 방안을 제안한다. 마지막으로 사전 인사검증 단계의 마지막 절차로 이해관계자와 국민으로부터 후보자에 대한 의견 청취를 제안한다.
미국 K마트 파산의 원인과 국내 유통업계에 주는 시사점

오래된 전통과 혁신적인 할인 판매기법으로 국내 유통업계의 벤치마킹 대상이었던 외국 유통업체들이 작년과 올초 연이어 파산하여 충격을 던져주었다. 미국의 K마트, 일본의 마이칼, 다이에등은 급변하는 소매환경 및 소비자변화를 앞서 파악하지 못하고 취약한 수익체질에 무분별한 업종 및 업태 다각화를 추진함으로써 파산이라는 결과를 가져왔다. 확대일로에 있는 국내 업체들에 시사하는 바가 크다 하겠다.(중략)
기업파트너 간의 윤리 특성이 신뢰 및 결속에 미치는 영향: 대형마트와 협력회사를 중심으로

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate what ethical and unethical actions may occur in the distribution channels that constitute between supermarket and partners, and how they affect the relationship characteristics with their partn ers. Research design, data, and methodology: In this study, company E’s partner companies were selected as the population, and 220 companies, about 14% of the 1,600 partners who had long-term relationships, excluding company E’s temporary trading companies, were selected for the study. In addition, multiple regression analysis was conducted to analyze the relationship between trust and commitment in transaction and its predecessors, and the relationship between trust and commitment was analyzed through simple regression. Results: Overall, it was found that there was a significant relationship between trust and preceding factors, but the relationship between binding and preceding factors was judged that two paths (transaction justice, communication) were not sign ifican t. In particular, it was foun d that tran saction justice had a sign ifican t effect on trust, but it was not found to have a direct effect on commitment. It was found that the employee’s ethical attitude exerts a negative influence on trust and commitment. Implications: This study provided suggestions on what distribution channel factors should be carefully managed to increase trust and commitment between corporate partners. It is also meaningful in that it empirically verified the relationship between ethical factors and relationship quality between corporate partners included in the distribution channel.
관광자의 Self-Visual Image와 관광지 친밀감 간 관계 연구

With the growing usage of SNS, one particular tourist behavior we should pay attention to involves storing their experiences via images of photos and videos and sharing them through SNS. The importance of this behavior is significant considering tourists recall their memories of tourist destination through these images, which impacts satisfaction. The aim of this study was analyze how these images produced by tourists (self-visual image) influence destination intimacy (i.e., cultural similarity, acculturation intention, local cultural adaptation) to tourist destination. A total of 349 questionnaires were analyzed using SPSS ver25.0. The findings reveal that self-visual images containing natural environment, social environment and accessibility have a significant impact on cultural similarity and acculturation intention. Tourism and convenience facilities causes a negative impact on cultural similarity. Finally, cultural similarity and acculturation have a positive impact on local cultural adaptation. The theoretical and practical contributions and future study direction are discussed. SNS 이용의 증가와 함께 주목할 만한 관광자들의 관광행동은 관광지에서 자신들의경험을 사진이나 영상 등의 이미지로 저장하고 SNS를 통해 공유하는 것이다. 이러한관광행동은 관광자들에게 이미지를 통해 관광지에 대한 기억을 환기시킬 뿐 아니라만족감을 형상하게 된다. 본 연구의 목적은 관광자들에 의해 만들어진 이미지(자기시각이미지)가 목적지와의 친밀도(문화유사성, 문화수용의도, 현지문화동화)에 어떠한영향을 미치는지 영향을 검증하는데 있다. 연구의 목적을 달성하고자 349개의 표본을대상으로 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 연구결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 관광지 친밀감 요인 중 문화유사성과 문화수용의도에 대하여 공통적으로 자연환경과 사회적 환경 및 접근성이 유의한 영향을 미치는 변인으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 관광지 친밀감 요인 중 문화유사성에 대하여 편의시설 및 관광시설이 부정적 영향을 나타내는 것으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 문화유사성 및 문화수용의도 모두가 현지문화동화에대하여 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 검증되었다. 따라서 본 연구는 관광자들의 이미지 형성과 회상이 관광지에 대한 친밀감 형성에 긍정적으로 작용함을 확인하고, 그 하위개념을 구체화하였다는 점에서 학문적 의의가 있다.
