문학의 장소, 장소의 문학-‘시키기념박물관’과 ‘언덕 위의 구름 뮤지엄’을 중심으로-

NAM, Sang-wook This paper aims to examine the complicated correlation between literature and places by considering the problem of regional revitalization of Japan through the literary pavilion of Matsuyama City, Shikoku. First of all, the Shiki Memorial Museum, on the other hand, was built on the back of the policy change of Japanese municipalities in the 1970s, on the other hand, the change in postwar literary value judgment and the emergence of Ryotaro Shiba's “Sakanouenokumo” To clarify. Next, I will critically examine the promotion background of Ryotaro Shiba promoted by Matsuyama City in the 2000s through the materials of Matsuyama City <town planning utilizing Sakanouenokumo>. Finally, by considering the character of “Sakanouenokumo Museum” through exhibits etc., we will clarify that this is the Russo-Japanese War memorial hall, which borrowed the form of the literary pavilion. Attempts of “town planning” utilizing the literary pavilion by the belief of the local governor's chief not only do not lead to an increase in the number of tourists, but also because of the possibility of lowering the image of the community in consideration of the variability of the literary value, unless it is prudent It will not.

The purpose of this article is to consider the issue of local revitalization using subculture through a cartoon titled "The Gold Fur ball of the Country of Udon". The cartoon aims to arouse interest in Kagawa Prefecture by transforming raccoons, which are famous as cultural symbols of Kagawa Prefecture, through the aesthetic element of subculture, "Moe." However, in the process of developing comics, "Moe" is not developed as a sexual code, but rather as a form of single-male parenting, which is in line with Kagawa Prefecture's policy toward communities through "child." Furthermore, the cartoon serves as a guidebook by guiding the major attractions of Kagawa Prefecture throughout the cartoon, conscious of the pilgrimage by cartoon readers from the beginning, and in the process, modern cultural sites such as opposed to subculture. When local activation through subculture is the purpose of subculture, it can be identified that not only does it interfere with its own aesthetic dynamics, but it also hinders fair lighting of local cultural resources.

Submarine cable plays an important role in land-island power supply, and domestic and overseas communication. However, damages to the submarine cable have been caused by various dangerous factors such as ship anchors and trawlers. Even though the annual cost for recovering submarine cables is enormous, there is no definite method for protecting submarine cables. The present study investigates the applicability of Cable Burial Risk Assessment (CBRA) model to the estimation of the burial depth of submarine cables. This technique employs a statistical approach to the marine environment of the target area and the navigation data of nearby passing ships. Two computer programs have been developed to facilitate the calculations of anchor penetration depths in clay and sand, respectively. An example application of CBRA model was demonstrated here taking a tentative cable route to Haenam - Jeju sea area. The cable burial depth was calculated to vary from a minimum of 0.6m to a maximum of 0.74m for a 2500 year return period and a minimum of 0.6m to a maximum of 1.40m for a 25,000 year return period. This study also determined the target ship weight in the CBRA model through the statistical expectation. The expected cable burial depth appeared from a minimum of 0.6m to a maximum of 1.26m.
