Pressures of a five-hole probe were measured for a full range of yaw and pitch angles and complete pressure coefficient maps were obtained. Based on these maps, various features of five-hole probe pressures were revealed and new five-hole probe calibration coefficients were devised. The new calibration coefficients show non-diverging characteristics for any flow direction and one-to-one correspondence for a wide range of flow angles. These calibration coefficients expand the valid flow angle range of five-hole probe calibration by .+-.10 degrees and complement a critical defect of five-hole probe zone-division calibration method which has not been known yet. Moreover new non-diverging calibration coefficients have advantages in nulling methods, too.

Pityriasis lichenoides chronica is considered to be a benign disease. Erythematous yelIowieh scaly maeulea appear insidiously, chiefly on the sides of trunk, thighs and upper arms. Acanthosis nigricans is a rare cutaneous disorder with peak incidence in puberty characterized by hyperkeratosis and, dark pigmentation. We report a case of pityriasis lichenoides chronica associated with pseudoacanthosis nigricans in a 14 year-old obeae male patient who has bean sized erythematoua scaly papules on the trunk and extremities, velvety black brownish colored patchea on the neck and both axillary regions.

Pityriasis lichenoides chronica is characterized by unknown etiology, chronicity and by being essentially asymptomatic and refractory to therapy. Nine patients with pityriasis lichenoides chronica were treated with orally administrated 8-Methoxypsoralen and UVA irradiation(PUVA Therapy). After S-45 PUVA treatments, lesions were completely cleared.

This paper deals with modeling method and application of Fuzzy Discrete Event System(FDES). FDES have characteristics which Crisp Discrete Event System(CDES) can't deals with and is constituted with the events that is determined by vague and uncertain judgement like biomedical or traffic control. In general, the modeling method of CDES has been studied many times, but that of FDES hasn't been nearly studied by qualitative character and scarcity of applicated system. This paper models traffic system with FDES's character in FTTPN and designs a traffic signal controller 본 논문은 Crisp Discrete Event System(CDES)에서 다룰 수 없는 특성을 가지는 의료진단이나 교통제어와 같이 애매하거나 불확실한 판단 그리고 관련성이 모호한 판단의 근거들에 의해 결정되어지는 사건들로 이루어진 Fuzzy Discrete Event System(FDES)의 모델링 방법과 그 응용에 대하여 연구하였다. 일반적인 CDES는 모델링 방법이 많이 연구되어져 왔으나, FDES는 발생되어지는 사건들의 정성적인 특성과 적용되어지는 경우가 드문 이유로 거의 연구되어져 있지 않다. 본 논문에서는 Fuzzy Timed Transition Petri Net(FTTPN)으로 FDES인 교통 시스템을 모델링하고 교통 신호제어기를 설계하였다.

해상교통관제는 해상운송의 운영적·환경적 위험을 감소시키고 항만의 안전성 확보를 위해 전 세계 여러 주요 항만과 수역에서 이용되고 있는 선박통제제도이다. 우리나라도 VTS와 관련하여 여러 규정을 두고 있으나 VTS에 관한 책임과 권한을 명확하게 규정하고 있지 아니하다. 특히 VTS의 국가배상책임은 해상업무의 특수성으로 인해 그 논란의 대상이 되고 있으므로 이에 대한 선행연구로써 VTS에 관한 법제의 정비에 관한 논의의 일환으로 VTS 관련 국내외 법제현황 및 우리나라 VTS의 국가배상책임에 관한 내용을 검토한다.
