필릿용접에서 리브높이에 따른 용접변형 해석에 대한 연구

The welding distortion is caused by welding heat in the structures which are widely used in shipbuilding and automotive industries, thus many researchers have proposed such methods to control the welding distortion through trials and numerical studies. The welding distortion has been the main cause of low productivity due to the structural strength degradation, apparent flaw, additional deformation caused by the process followed the current assembly step, and the increase of correction workload. The deformation of fillet welding is investigated in this study, and the influence of the rib height on the welding distortion is verified through the actual experiment. And the numerical analysis model using the FE software MSC.marc for analysis of welding distortion is proposed.

환경부에서는 1990년대 말경 대기오염 문제를 해결하기 위한 방안으로서 디젤 버스를 CNG 버스로 대체하고자 CNG 탱크 추가 등으로 가격이 비싼 CNG 버스에 대하여 보조금을 지급하고 CNG 충전 인프라를 구축하는 등의 지원정책을 실시하여, 현재 국내에서 운행하는 버스는 일부 소도시를 제외하면 대부분 CNG 버스로 대체되었다. 이러한 CNG 버스 정책으로 인하여 당시만 해도 매연 배출이 심하던 디젤 버스로 인한 공해물질이 줄어들고 대기질이 어느 정도 개선된 효과를 거두었다. 최근들어 환경에 대한 중요 이슈의 개념이 변화하고 있으며 자동차 기술도 새로운 변모를 보여주고 있는 것이 현실이기 때문에 CNG 버스만으로 운영되는 정책이 향후에도 계속 유지가 되어야 할지 다시 한번 생각해보아야 할 필요가 있다.

Overlay welding is carried out to improve the corrosion resistance, wear resistance and heat resistance on the surface of the chemical plant and steelmaking plant structures. In overlay welding, control of the bead size and the temperature distribution of weldment are particularly important because that is directly connected to the improvement of quality and productivity. The aim of this study is to model the welding heat source that is very useful to analyze the bead size and temperature distribution of weldment. To find the welding heat source model, numerical analyses are performed by using FE software MSC-marc.
스포츠스타의 사회공헌활동과 선수 이미지, 선수 일체감, 기부인식 형성의 구조적 관계

The purpose of this study was to identify the causal relationship between sports stars" social contribution activity, and player image, sense of unity and donation awareness formation. For this purpose, this study employed the convenient sampling method, one of nonprobability sampling, and sampled 281 persons out of the college students and graduate students specializing in sports-related majors in "S" College located in Seoul and in "H" College located in Gwangju who had the experience of watching the K League soccer game in the soccer stadium more than once and listening to the sports broadcasting of soccer games more than ten times. Data were statistically analyzed with the use of SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. Frequency analysis, correlation analysis and reliability analysis were conducted with the use of SPSS 18.0. Confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model analysis were conducted with the use of AMOS 18.0. As a result, the following conclusion was drawn: First, it was found that soccer stars" social contribution activity had a significant effect on their player image. Second, it was found that soccer stars" social contribution activity had a significant effect on their sense of unity. Third, it was found that soccer stars" player image did not have an effect on their donation awareness formation. Fourth, it was found that soccer stars" sense of unity did not have an effect on their donation awareness formation. Fifth, it was found that soccer stars" social contribution activity had a significant effect on their donation awareness formation.
수치해석모델을 이용한 강판재의 종굽힘 용접변형 생성기구의 해석

용접변형이란 용접열원에 의해 구조물에 생성되는 불균일 온도분포에 의해서 발생하는 영구적인 변형이다. 용접변형은 용접구조물의 강도와 외관 및 치수 정밀도를 저하시킴으로써 생산성 저하의 주원인이 되기도 하며, 이러한 용접변형을 제어하기 위해 많은 실험과 연구가 수행되었다. 본 논문은 용접시 발생되는 변형 중에 하나인 종굽힘에 대하여 실험과 수치적 해석결과를 통해 비교 및 분석하였으며, 이를 통해 종굽힘 용접변형의 생성기구에 대하여 연구한 것이다. 용접실험은 4, 8.5 mm 두께의 평판에 대해 실시하였으며, 수치적 해석은 MSC.marc 상용프로그램을 사용하였다. Welding deformation is a permanent deformation that is caused in structures by welding heat. Welding distortion is the primary cause of reduced productivity, due to welded structural strength degradation, low dimensional accuracy, and appearance. As a result, research and numerous experiments are being carried out to control welding deformation. The aim of this study is to analyze the mechanism of longitudinal bending deformation due to welding. Welding experiments and numerical analyses were performed for this study. The welding experiments were performed on 4 mm and 8.5 mm thickness steel plates, and the numerical analysis was conducted on the welding deformation using the FE software MSC.marc.
