해양레저와 어업 활동의 공존 방안 연구: 비어업인의 해루질을 중심으로

연안지역은 해양레저와 어업 등 다양한 활동들이 동시에 일어나는 공간으로, 최근 해양레저 활동이 급증하면서 어업 활동과의 상충이 발생하고 있다. 그중 특히 비어업인의 수산자원 채취 활동을 의미하는 해루질은 최근 방송을 통해 대중들에게 널리 알려지면서 활동이 급증하고 있다. 하지만 해루질은 주로 밤에 행해지고 규제와 단속이 힘들 뿐 아니라, 시민들의 안전 문제로도 이어지고 있어 대책이 필요한 상황이다.<BR/> 본 연구는 어민의 생업인 어업과 상충하고 있는 해루질에 대한 쟁점을 체계적으로 분석하여 지속 가능한 공존 방안을 모색하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 뉴스 기사와 SNS 게시물을 바탕으로 TF-IDF 분석, Trigram, CONCOR 분석 등을 통해 해루질에 대한 언론과 대중들의 인식을 비교·분석하였다. 추가로 GIS 활용하여 해루질 신고 및 단속 건수를 시각화하고 전문가와의 심층인터뷰를 병행하여 연구 결과를 보완하였다. 이를 바탕으로 해루질 관련 주요 쟁점을 ①어업인과 비어업인간의 이해 충돌 및 해양자원 고갈, ②안전문제, ③관광상품화, ④법적 규제 등 4가지로 유형화하고, 해양레저와 어업 활동 간의 지속 가능한 공존 방안에 대해 논의하였다.<BR/> 이 논문은 이제까지 해양관광을 통한 연안지역 개발 측면에서 다루지 않았던 해루질에 초점을 맞춰 쟁점을 분석하고, 연안지역에서의 해양관광객과 어민과의 공존 방안을 모색한다는 의의가 있다. 연구 결과는 장기적으로 연안지역 경제를 조화롭게 발전시키기 위한 정책 및 연구를 추진하는 데 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. Coastal areas are spaces where various activities, such as marine leisure and fishing, occur simultaneously. Recently, with the sharp increase in marine leisure activities, conflicts with traditional fishing operations have arisen. Among these, Haerujil, a non-commercial marine resource harvesting activity conducted by non-fishermen, has become widely popular due to recent media exposure, leading to a significant increase in participation. However, Haerujil is primarily conducted at night, making it difficult to regulate and monitor, while also raising safety concerns for participants, necessitating urgent solutions.<BR/> The primary objective of this study is to systematically analyze the issues surrounding Haerujil, which conflicts with fishermen’s livelihoods, and to explore sustainable coexistence strategies between marine leisure and fishing activities. To achieve this, the study employs TF-IDF analysis, Trigram, and CONCOR analysis on news articles and social media posts to compare and analyze public and media perceptions of Haerujil. Additionally, GIS was utilized to visualize reported incidents and regulatory actions concerning Haerujil, supplemented by in-depth interviews with experts to reinforce the research findings. Based on the analysis, key issues related to Haerujil were categorized into four themes: (1) conflicts between fishermen and non-fishermen and depletion of marine resources, (2) safety concerns, (3) commercialization as a tourism product, and (4) legal regulations.<BR/> This paper is significant in that it focuses on Haerujil, an issue that has not been addressed in the context of coastal area development through marine tourism. By analyzing the conflicts and coexistence strategies between marine tourists and fishermen, this research provides valuable insights. The findings are expected to serve as foundational data for future policies and research aimed at promoting the harmonious and sustainable development of coastal area economies in the long term.

인디음악을 즐겨듣는 20대를 위한 유니티 기반 2D 인터렉티브 컨텐츠

바쁘게 돌아가는 현대인의 생활에서 음악은 인간에게 감정적, 신체적으로 긍정적인 영향을 준다. 이러한 긍정적 영향을 주는 음악의 여러 장르 중, 인디음악은 현재 가요계에서 차지하는 비중이 점점 커지고 있으며 20대들에게 신선함과 공감이란 매력으로 인기를 끌고 있다. 하지만 이러한 인기로 인해 늘어난 콘텐츠 수요에 비해 인디음악 컨텐츠 공급은 턱없이 부족하다. 이러한 실상에 아쉬움을 느껴 인디음악 인터렉티브 컨텐츠를 기획하였다. 따라서 음악콘텐츠 사용률과 인디음악 수요가 제일 많은 20대를 상대로 사용자 조사와 니즈 분석을 진행하였으며 최종적으로 유니티를 활용한 2D 인디음악 인터렉티브 컨텐츠를 개발하였다. 본 콘텐츠를 통해 인디음악을 즐겨듣는 사용자들이 직접 컨텐츠 내 활동에 적극적으로 참여하고 인디음악을 청취함으로써 그들의 인디음악 콘텐츠 부족에 대한 갈증을 해소시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대되어진다. Music has a positive effect on busy modern people, both emotionally and physically. Independent music is one of the promising music industry and people in their twenties are fascinated in them. Also Independent music industry has grown compared to several years ago. However, its supply is far shorter than its increased demand for an Independent music-related contents. So, to improve this circumstance we have planned the Independent music interactive content. After this, we conducted a user survey and the needs analysis and finally have developed 2D Independent music interactive content by Unity. It is expected that the thirst of users who enjoy Independent music will be satisfied with this music content by actively participating in activities and listening to Independent music.

SNS 텍스트마이닝을 통한 연안지역 도시재생 영향 및 방문객들의 인식 - 부산 영도를 중심으로 -

Korea is a peninsula, and consequently, it has a sizable coastal area. There are numerous resources associated with the marine industry, such as cultural, industrial, and historical heritages since these coastal areas historically developed through ports. Likewise, as a base for maritime use and a place to live, it is a place that needs to be well preserved due to its diverse sea-related assets, including economy, culture, and environment. Despite its value and significance, coastal areas are aging more rapidly than inland regions. As a result, coastal areas are experiencing several issues, including a decline in the productive population, a weakening of specialized industries, and a decline in the local economy. There were few urban regeneration projects targeting coastal areas, and they did not fully utilize marine resources or adequately meet visitor demands. By qualitatively analyzing visitors perceptions of coastal region revitalization factors through SNS text mining, this study aims to provide implications. Yeongdo, Busan, one of the 89 population-reducing regions designated by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety, was selected as a study site out of 11 provinces in the coastal area. Yeongdo was a port hinterland during the Japanese colonial period and a refugee area during the 6.25 period, where the population gathered. However, it began to shrink after 1995 as a response to the shipbuilding industrys downturn and changes in logistics and distribution(Busan Development Institute, 2015). Numerous urban regeneration projects have been undertaken to overcome this issue, and popular tourist destinations have developed throughout the area. SNS data analysis using Textom to collect and analyze data on hot spots in Yeongdo by year focused on blogs and cafes(NAVER, DAUM) for the last ten years(2012 to 2021). The study then undertook a change in the number of mentions by year, a sentiment analysis, and generated word clouds and centrality network maps using Netminer 4.0. Finally, this study analyzes the factors and locations of urban regeneration in Yeongdo by visitors using SNS big data and shows them on the map. The significance of this study lies in its qualitative analysis of Yeongdos urban regeneration projects impacts. Moreover, it provided implications for raising awareness of how coastal urban regeneration projects increase the value of marine resources.

Background: As the average life span of human beings has increased since the 20th century, chronic diseases such as cardiovascular diseases are increasing due to aging, and the rate of screening of health screenings is also steadily increasing. After the screening, the results of the screening for communication with the medical staff are provided, which will be newly designed by the Korea Institute of Design Promotion in 2011. However, despite the improvement of the design, there is a problem due to the poor understanding and satisfaction of the examinees and the medical staff due to the complexity of the graph and the contrast of color and difficulty of terminology. Methods: In this study, after reviewing literature related to health screening, reviewing literature on information design, analyzing problems of results through doctors, nurses, and designers, we draw up the first improvement and conduct an in – depth interview again. I am suggesting the final design by improving and summarizing the problems. Result: As a result of the analysis, we found that the font, color, and graph of the C result paper proposed by the present researcher are consistent and the margin of the comprehensive findings is secured, so that the general health status can be grasped at a glance and easily recognized. Conclusion: It was not only the improvement of the result in the design part, but also contact with the medical staff and consulted several times to organize and revise the terminology and improve the functional aspect while maintaining essential contents from the medical viewpoint. In addition, it is meaningful that the opinions of the medical staff are actively reflected while maintaining the essential contents of the existing examination results, and the positive answers are also obtained for the general users, as a result of the correction and correction.
