        확산 모형에 의한 첨단 영상진단 의료기기 수요확산의 특성 분석 및 수요예측에 관한 연구

        Objectives: In this study, we explore the demand forecasting of Advanced Diagnostic imaging Equipment. Methods: The analysis was based on logistic diffusion model. We analyze the specific pattern of each equipment’s diffusion curve by interpreting the parameter estimates of logistic diffusion model. Results: Our findings are follows. First, Computed tomography is in the stage of saturation and so, the future demands of that is not too large. Second, Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is expected that it will take about 5 years to reach saturation, and further growth is expected to continue. Third, Positron emission tomography (PET) has been shown to be saturated, and therefore, it is not expected that there will be a rapid increase in demand in the future. However, since demand data has been declining since 2000, it is said that additional data collection is required to reliably predict future demand. Conclusions: As a result of analyzing the demand for three major advanced diagnostic imaging equipment, it was found that the domestic market is generally in saturation. Therefore, a future research task will be to predict and analyze the demand for advanced diagnostic imaging equipment in consideration of the government’s policy changes. .

        Bass 확산모형을 이용한 첨단 영상진단기기 수요 특성 국제 비교

        . Objectives: This paper proposed the direction of future supply and demand management policies through demand prediction and demand character- istics analysis of advanced diagnostic imaging equipment using new medical technology. Methods: This study used the Bass Diffusion Model to analyze demand characteristics for advanced diagnostic imaging equipment. Derived diffusion coefficients were applied for medium to long-term demand pre- dictions (2021-2050). Parameter estimation employed non-linear regression analysis (SPSS 27.0). Demand characteristics were further analyzed using the ratio of the Bass model’s innovation to imitation coefficients for each country and device. Results: Comparing the imitation coefficients (q/p ratio) for computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) among South Korea, the United States, and Japan, South Korea has the highest q/p ratio for both CT and MRI. This implies that the influence of opinion leaders and group pressure is relatively more significant in South Korea, particularly in CT purchases. In the demand prediction results, South Korea’s q/p ratio for CT and MRI is notably larger, suggesting that institutional pressures and col- lective decision-making, rather than individual clinical decisions, play a significant role in the purchase of advanced diagnostic imaging Equipment. The q/p ratio for advanced diagnostic imaging Equipment in South Korea is higher than in other countries, reflecting a large power distance in the adoption of these technologies. Conclusions: This study utilizes the Bass Diffusion Model to predict the demand for advanced diagnostic imaging equipment in South Korea, Japan, and the United States. Findings highlight that imitation, not innovation, is the main driver of diffusion, with South Korea showing a faster adoption rate for CT and MRI. The study identifies factors influencing diffusion in South Korea, noting the impact of the quantity system on CT and the absence of influence on MRI. CT diffusion is positively linked to the quantity-based payment system, while MRI remains unaffected.

        레이다 표적의 특성 측정시 원하지 않는 신호의 효율적인 제거

        A technique to obtain an exact frequency characteristics of desired targets in radar measurements is presented. The pulsing network composed of two RF switches was installed between the Network Analyzer and the antenna, and the backscattering from a metal sphere was measured at X-band. It is shown that the pulsing effectively eliminated undesired returns from antenna and other circuitry of the systems. The antenna return was suppressed by more than 60 dB, and the signal-to-noise ratio was improved drastically. The pulsed frequency data were processed to extract the responses of the desired target. The result agrees well with the theoretical backscattering characteristics of the sphere. The methods presented here are applicable to RCS measurements in compact ranges, and also to the backscattering measurements of distributed targets outdoors.

        This paper deals with the consensus problem for multi-agent linear dynamic systems with directed communication topology. All the agents are identical high-order linear systems and their state information is exchanged through a communication network with directed graph. It is shown that a consensus is achieved if there exists a feasible solution to a set of linear matrix inequalities obtained for a simultaneous stabilization problem for multiple systems. Examples are presented to show the effectiveness of the proposed method.

        온열요법이 전이부의 표층부 혈류량과 피부 온도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to assess the effect of heat therapy on cutaneous blood flow and skin temperature at pre-auricular region. Moist heat therapy and ultrasound therapy were applied to 20 healthy subjects(male: 10, female: 10). Cutaneous blood flow and skin temperature before and after heat therapy were measured with laser doppler flowmetry and thermocouple. The results were as follows ; 1. Cutaneous blood flow and skin temperature were significantly increased after moist heat therapy and ultrasound therapy. 2. In application of moist heat therapy, cutaneous blood flow and skin temperature were more increased and maintained longer than in ultrasound therapy. 3. Before heat therapy, cutaneous blood flow and skin temperature were higher in male. 4. There was no significant gender difference in changes of cutaneous blood flow and skin temperature after heat therapy. In conclusion, both moist heat therapy and ultrasound therapy increased cutaneous blood flow and skin temperature significantly, and moist heat therapy was more effective to increase cutaneous blood flow and skin temperature and to maintain increased cutaneous blood flow and skin temperature. There was no significant gender difference in the effect of heat therapy on cutaneous blood flow and skin temperature.

        사이버 치과 진료 상담을 통해 살펴본 구강내과 질환의 중요성에 대한 고찰

        The moderners of industrial society suffer from various stresses, which bring about increase in prevalence of temporomandibular disorders, oral mucosal disease and chronic neuropathic pain, therefore, the number of patients seeking help of those symptoms tend to increase. The purpose of this study was to discuss the importance of oral medicine related disease by investigating questions that appeared in cyber consultation of Kangnung National University Dental Hospital web site. Among the nearly 2000 questions, the rate of questions related to oral medicine was 20.92%, and the rate of questions related to other departments were oral and maxillofacial surgery 16.87%, conservative dentistry 16.67%, orthodontics 14.02%, prosthodontics 12.25%, periodontics 8.36%, pediatric dentistry 4.93%, preventive dentistry 2.08% and otherwise questions 3.90%. Among the 403 questions related to oral medicine, the frequent questions were oral mucosal diseases 44.17%, temporomandibular disorders 41.19%, halitosis 4.47%, xerostomia 3.23%, other orofacial pain 2.23%, forensic dentistry 1.49% and otherwise questions 2.98%. From the higher rate of questions related to oral medicine compared with other fields of dentistry, we would consider that the people are considerably concerned about the oral medicine related disease, such as oral mucosal diseases and temporomandibular disorders.

        무선 센서 네트워크에서 QoS 보장을 위한 클러스터링 및 라우팅 알고리즘

        기존의 무선 센서 네트워크에서 클러스터링 기법을 제안한 LEACH는 데이터 전송에 있어서 플러딩 방식을 탈피, 효율적으로 에너지를 소비하여 네트워크의 통신량을 증가 시키는데 성공하였다. 또한 무선 센서 네트워크에서 QoS 기반의 제한적인 플러딩 방식을 제안한 기법도, 라우팅 경로 설정에 참여하는 노드의 숫자를 줄여, 에너지 소모를 줄이는데 성공하였다. 하지만 데이터 전송 시, 비교적 적은 홉 수의 라우팅 경로를 선호하였고, 이는 에너지 사용량을 증대시켜 전체 네트워크 성능 저하를 유발하였다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 무선 센서 네트워크에서 QoS(Quality of Service) 기반의 에너지 효율적인 클러스터링과 라우팅 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 무선 센서 네트워크 관련 연구 분야에서 가장 중요한 이슈인 에너지 효율에 기반을 두어, 데이터 패킷의 종류를 두 종류 (class 1, class 2)로 나누어 차별화된 서비스를 제공하는 기법을 제안하였다. NS-2를 사용하여 실험한 결과, 기존의 기법보다 노드의 평균 생존 시간을 약 2.47배 증가 시키고 class 1 데이터 패킷의 경우 약 312%, class 2 데이터 패킷의 경우 약 61%의 통신량을 증가시켰다. The LEACH does not use flooding method for data transmission and this makes low power consumption. So performance of the WSN is increased. On the other hand, QoS based algorithm which use restricted flooding method in WSN also achieves low power consuming rate by reducing the number of nodes that are participated in routing path selection. But when the data is delivered to the sink node, the LEACH choose a routing path which has a small hop count. And it leads that the performance of the entire network is worse. In the paper we propose a QoS based energy efficient clustering and routing algorithm in WSN. I classify the type of packet with two classes, based on the energy efficiency that is the most important issue in WSN. We provide the differentiated services according to the different type of packet. Simulation results evaluated by the NS-2 show that proposed algorithm extended the network lifetime 2.47 times at average. And each of the case in the class 1 and class 2 data packet, the throughput is improved 312% and 61% each.
