In this study, we investigated the optical, electrical, and structural properties of the IGZO($In_2O_3:Ga_2O_3:ZnO$=1:9:90 wt.%) thin films prepared by RF-magnetron sputtering system under various substrate temperatures. All of the IGZO thin films shows an average transmittance of over the 80% in visible range. Most of all, deposited IGZO thin film at $100^{\circ}C$ substrate temperature have ZnO (002) of main growth peak and 17.02 nm of increased grains. And also IGZO thin film have low resistivity($1.35{\times}10^{-3}\;\Omega{\cdot}cm$), high carrier concentration($6.62{\times}10^{20} cm^{-3}$) and mobility($80.1 cm^2$/Vsec). IGZO thin film have 2.08 mV at surface potential of electric force microscopy(EFM). We suggest that pre-annealing at $100^{\circ}C$ can be applied for improving optical, electrical and structural properties.

Purpose: Heat shock proteins (HSPs) are a group of proteins that are activated when cells are exposed to a variety of environmental stresses, such as infection, inflammation, exposure to toxins, starvation, hypoxia, brain injury, or water deprivation. The activation of HSPs by environmental stress plays a key role in signal transduction, including cytoprotection, molecular chaperone, anti-apoptotic effect, and anti-aging effects. However, the precise mechanism for the action of small HSPs, such as HSP27 and mitogen-activated protein kinases (MAPKs: extracellular-regulated protein kinase 1/2 (ERK1/2), p38MAPK, stress-activated protein kinase/c-Jun N-terminal kinase (SAPK/JNK), is not completely understood, particularly in application of cell stimulators including platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF), angiotensin II (AngII), tumor necrosis factor $\alpha$ (TNF$\alpha$), and $H_2O_2$. This study examined the relationship between stimulators-induced enzymatic activity of HSP27 and MAPKs from rat smooth and skeletal muscles. Methods: 2-dimensional electrophoresis (2DE) and matrix assisted laser desorption ionizationtime-of-flight/time-of-flight (MALDI-TOF/TOF) analysis were used to identify HSP27 from the intact vascular smooth and skeletal muscles. Three isoforms of HSP27 were detected on silver-stained gels of the whole protein extracts from the rat aortic smooth and skeletal muscle strips. Results: The expression of PDGF, AngII, TNF$\alpha$, and $H_2O_2$-induced activation of HSP27, p38MAPK, ERK1/2, and SAPK/JNK was higher in the smooth muscle cells than the control. SB203580 (30${\mu}$M), a p38MAPK inhibitor, increased the level of HSP27 phosphorylation induced by stimulators in smooth muscle cells. Furthermore, the age-related and starvation-induced activation of HSP27 was higher in skeletal muscle cells (L6 myoblast cell lines) and muscle strips than the control. Conclusion: These results suggest, in part, that the activity of HSP27 and MAPKs affect stressors, such as PDGF, AngII, TNF$\alpha$, $H_2O_2$, and starvation in rat smooth and skeletal muscles. However, more systemic research will be needed into physical therapy, including thermotherapy, electrotherapy, radiotherapy and others.
한국 언어·문화·문학의통합 교육 방안 연구- 김소월의 <진달래꽃>을 중심으로 -

이 연구는 한국어 문화교육에서의 문학 교육의 연구 현황과 기존의 학자들의논의를 바탕으로 김소월의 시 <진달래꽃>을 활용해 외국인 한국어 학습자 5급을대상으로 언어·문화·문학의 통합적 교육을 마련하는 데 목적이 있다. 문학 텍스트가 단순히 언어교육을 위한 도구가 아니며 언어와 문화는 상호 보완적인 관계이므로 언어·문화·문학 학습의 효과 극대화를 위해 통합 교육이 필요하다는인식에서 모색하였다. 이 연구에서 제시한 교육 방안을 따라 실제로 시 수업을 통해 언어학습 측면에서는 문학 텍스트에서 볼 수 있는 표현과 문학 언어를 바탕으로 고급스러운언어를 학습하였다. 또한 문화학습 측면에서는 시적 화자의 태도에서 과거 전통적인 여성의 사랑과 이별에 대한 자세를 통해 한국인의 가치관을 이해하게 되었다. 그리고 시인 김소월과 당시 시대적 배경을 통한 한국 사회에 대한 이해와모국과의 비교를 통해 한국 문화에 대한 더 깊은 이해의 기회를 가졌다. 문학학습 측면에서는 시의 기본적인 형식, 리듬을 만드는 요소, 의미와 주제를 표현하기 위한 비유와 상징을 학습해 고급스런 언어로 창작할 수 있는 능력을 촉진함으로써 진정한 통합 교육 가능성을 모색하고자 하였다. The purpose of the present study is to establish combined methodology of language, culture and literary for the level 5 foreign Korean learner using <Jindallaekkot/Azalea> poem of Soweol, Kim. This study is based on current research position in Korean culture education and discussion of the existing learners. It is found from the awareness that the combined education is needed for the effect maximization of the language, culture and literary education since literary text is not only a tool for just language education but also the complementary relation between language and culture. As a result of actual poem class following the suggested education methods in this study, in the aspect of language education, there are significant effect for learning high level vocabulary on the basis of the expression and literary vocabulary from literary text. In the aspect of culture education, the learners can know the value of Korean through the attitude toward love and parting of the past traditional woman in the attitude of a poetic narrator and deeply understand Korean culture through the comparison with homeland and the understanding of Korean society via poet "Soweol, Kim" and the historical background. In the aspect of literary education, a true combined education possibility is found by promoting the ability creating high level vocabulary through the education of metaphors and symbols for expressing basic formality, element making rhythm, meaning and subject of poem.

Bronchiolitis obliterans organizing pneumonia(BOOP) is a type of diffuse interstitial lung disease that has emerged in the past decade as an important cause of acute respiratory illness in adult. Clinically, the entity usually starts with a subacute influenza-like illness, followed by cough, progressive dyspnea, and weight loss. Organized inflammatory polypoid materials predominantly affecting distal bronchioles, alveolar ducts, and peribronchial alveolar spaces are a key pathologic findings. BOOP is characterized by a good response to glucocorticoid and an excellent prognosis. However, there is a subset of BOOP who presents with a fulminant course leading to death or chronic severe fibrosis with marked impairment of lung function. Recently, we have experienced a case of rapidly progressive BOOP, diagnosed by open lung biopsy and showed a reluctant response to corticosteroid.

CATCH 22 syndrome is a one of the most common chromosome microdeletion syndrome with multiple organ anomalies in humans, with an incidence of approximately 1:4,000 to 1:5,000 live births. It is caused by a microdeletion of 1.5 to 3.0 megabases on the long arm of chromosome 22. The phenotypic spectrum of this disorder is wide and various. A 19-year-old patient who showed delayed growth and development (Height; 110 cm, Weight; 18 kg) was referred to our department for the treatment of dental cavities. She was diagnosed as CATCH 22 syndrome in 2004. Physical examination revealed hypertelorism, a short philtrum, thick reflected lips and a small mouth. She underwent cleft palate surgery at 1 year of age and heart valve surgery due to the cardiovascular abnormality at 13 years of age. Convulsive seizures had persisted until 5 years ago but are well controlled at present. Oral examination showed poor oral hygiene, crowding, prolonged retention on #65, 75 and dental cavities on #16, 21, 65, 26, 36, and 46. Cavity treatment and prophylaxis were performed under general anesthesia. Also continuous follow-up checks have been carrying out with the periodic prophylaxis and dental home education. Problems with numerous cavities and gingivitis which can lead to specific risks are common for CATCH 22 syndrome patients. It is therefore of great importance that these patients are referred to foremost physician and dental specialist for the oral care. In addition, preventive treatment targeting the risk of dental cavities and gingivitis is especially important and, as the syndrome involves many different medical problems, the dental treatment should be carried out in collaboration with the patient's physician.

Rhizopus oryzae KSD-815를 이용하여 제조된 R4 누룩의 항혈전 활성

Nuruk has been used as fermentation starter in the alcohol industry for some time in Korea. Various bioactivities, such as antiproliferative and anti-obesity, of R4 nuruk made from Rhizopus oryzae KSD-815 have been previously reported. In this study, the hot water and ethanol extract of R4 nuruk and their subsequent organic solvent fractions were prepared, and their antithrombosis activities were evaluated. The ethylacetate fraction showed strong anti-coagulation activity, and the ethylacetate and butanol fraction from hot water extract demonstrated platelet aggregation inhibitory activity, without hemolysis against human RBC. Our results suggest that R4 nuruk has the potential to act as a new anti-thrombosis agent.

Traditional Hanok in modern society, depending on the improvement of economic and cultural level is evolving as a modern Hanok. An ideal of traditional Hanok and convenience of a modern housing does not match rather conflicting. This study deals the transformation of a new Hanok, which are build in Jeollanam-do province sponsored by local government from 2007. The subjects was selected 34 cases from Sunchon and Damyang which are build sponsored by Jeollanam-do local government from 2009 to 2011. The report is a design drawing of a Hanok, architectural survey of the Hanok research using questionnaires and interviews with the client or a resident, was confirmed by a visit to check and verify for each Hanok houses. Outside shape classification of Hanok were classified as straight, L type, and the interior space was analyzed by focusing on the living room, dining room, kitchen configuration consisting of housing space in public life. This study and the type of Hanok round out the framework from the perspective of residence' demands and realize new Hanok investigated and the evolution of the process is meaningful to find a Hanok.

100종 브라질 식물 추출물로부터 반추동물 산독증 예방치료를 위한 $\alpha$-amylase 및 $\alpha$-glucosidase 저해제의 선별

반추동물의 급성 산독증의 예방 및 치료제 개발을 위해 100종의 브라질 식물 추출물을 이용하여 미생물 유래의 $\alpha$-amylase 및 $\alpha$-glucosidase 저해 활성을 평가하였다. 그 결과 Acacia jurema Mart., Anacardium humile A. St.-Hil., Cedrela odorata L., 및 Guazuma ulmifolia Lam 추출물에서 우수한 $\alpha$-amylase 및 $\alpha$-glucosidase 저해 활성을 확인하였으며, Plumeria drastica Mart.에서는 우수한 $\alpha$-amylase 특이적 저해활성을, Eugenia uniflora L.에서는 강력한 $\alpha$-glucosidase 특이적 저해 활성을 확인하였다. 6종의 추출물을 대상으로 $\alpha$-amylase에 대한 $IC_{50}$ 평가 결과, 현지에서 항당뇨제로 사용되는 A. humile A. St.-Hil., 추출물($IC_{50}$: $91.2{\mu}g/ml$)이 가장 강력한 저해를 나타내었으며, 항당뇨제로 이용되고 있는 acarbose ($IC_{50}$:$50.5{\mu}g/mL$)의 저해활성에 필적하였다. A. humile A. St.-Hil., 추출물은 $80^{\circ}C$, 또는 0.01N HCl 조건에서 60분간 처리에 활성의 변화가 나타나지 않았으며, 산 처리시에는 오히려 활성의 증가가 나타났다. 또한 A. humile A. St.-Hil., 추출물은 인간 적혈구에 대한 용혈활성을 나타내지 않아 반추동물의 급성 산독증 및 인간 당뇨병 치료에도 이용 가능하리라 판단된다.

100종 네팔 식물 추출물로부터 $\alpha$-Amylase 및 $\alpha$-Glucosidase저해제의 선별

반추동물의 급성 산독증의 예방 및 치료제 개발 연구의 일환으로 100종의 네팔 식물추출물을 이용하여 미생물 유래의 $\alpha$-amylase 및 $\alpha$-glucosidase 저해 활성을 평가하였다. 그결과 Cedrus deodara(Roxb.) G. Don와 Myrica nagi Thunb.추출물에서 acarbose보다 강력한 $\alpha$-amylase 저해활성을 확인하였으며, 각각의 $IC_{50}$는 44.5, 47.5 및 $50.5\;{\mu}g/mL$로 확인되었다. 또한 고혈당 치료 효과가 보고된 Cleistocalyx operculatus(Roxb.) 추출물에서는 강력한 $\alpha$-amylase 저해활성 및 양호한 $\alpha$-glucosidase 저해 활성을 확인하였다. 최종 선정된 3종의 추출물은 1 mg/mL 농도까지 인간적혈구에 대한 용혈활성이 없었으며, $80^{\circ}C$, 또는 0.01N HCl 조건에서 60분간 처리시에 활성의 변화가 나타나지 않았으며, 특히 C. operculatus(Roxb.)와 M. nagi Thunb의 경우 산 처리시에 오히려 20% 정도의 저해활성의 증가가 나타났다. 이러한 결과는, 최종 선정된 3종의 추출물이 미생물 유래의 전분분해 효소의 저해를 통해 반추동물의 급성 산독증 예방 및 치료에 이용 가능함을 제시하고 있다. In the course of screening for anti-acidosis and anti-diabetes agent from natural products, the inhibitory activities of Nepales plant extracts against microbial $\alpha$-amylase and $\alpha$-glucosidase were evaluated. Among the 100 different kinds of ethanol extracts, Cedrus deodara (Roxb.) G. Don and Myrica nagi Thunb showed strong inhibition activities against $\alpha$-amylase. The $IC_{50}$ values of C. deodara (Roxb.) G. Don, M. nagi Thunb and acarose, a commercial available anti-diabetes agent, were 44.5, 47.5 and $50.5\;{\mu}g/mL$, respectively. Considering the crude extract of C. deodara (Roxb.) G. Don, and M. nagi Thunb, these extracts have strong potentials as anti-acidosis or anti-diabates agent. In a while, Cleistocalyx operculatus (Roxb.) extract showed a good inhibition activity to $\alpha$-amylase and $\alpha$-glucosidase, even it was recently reported. The selected three extracts did not show any hemolysis activity against human red blood cell up to 1 mg/mL, and the inhibition activities were maintained by heat or acid treatment. Moreover, treatment of HCl (0.01N) for 1 h into C. operculatus (Roxb.) and M. nagi Thunb increased the inhibition activity from 50% to 70%. Our results suggest that C. deodara (Roxb.) G. Don, M. nagi Thunb, and C. operculatus (Roxb.) are potential as anti-acidosis and anti-diabetes agents.
