한국형 전술데이터링크(Link-K)의 무선통신 시험환경 구성 및 다중접속 프로토콜 성능분석

This paper describes the wireless communication test environment for the Link-K system and shows the performance analysis of multiple access protocols. The test environment consists of data generator, modem, radio sets, attenuators, and antennas. In case of both CSMA and Roll-Call protocols, throughput performance and delay are measured. And test results are analyzed. The test results would be used for communication performance analysis and network design of Link-K system.
멀티레이어드 시각화를 적용한 사이버작전 상황도 개발에 관한 연구

The cyber battlefield called the fifth battlefield, is not based on geological information unlike the existing traditional battlefiels in the land, sea, air and space, and has a characteristics that all information has tightly coupled correlation to be anlayized. Because the cyber battlefield has created by the network connection of computers located on the physical battlefield, it is not completely seperated from the geolocational information but it has dependency on network topology and software’s vulnerabilities. Therefore, the analysis for cyber battlefield should be provided in a form that can recognize information from multiple domains at a glance, rather than a single geographical or logical aspect. In this paper, we describe a study on the development of the cyber operation COP(Common Operational Picture), which is essential for command and control in the cyber warfare. In particular, we propose an architecure for cyber operation COP to intuitively display information based on visualization techniques applying the multi-layering concept from multiple domains that need to be correlated such as cyber assets, threats, and missions. With this proposed cyber operation COP with multi-layered visualization that helps to describe correlated information among cyber factors, we expect the commanders actually perfcrm cyber command and control in the very complex and unclear cyber battlefield. 제 5의 전장이라고 불리는 사이버 전장은 육·해·공·우주의 기존 물리 전장과 달리, 지형적인 정보를 기반으로 하지 않으며 각 정보간 긴밀한 연관 관계를 갖는 특징을 갖고 있다. 사이버 전장은 물리 전장에 위치한 장비의 네트워크 연결 정보를 기반으로 생성되므로 지형 정보와 완전히 분리되어 있지 않으면서도, 물리적 공간 제약을 넘어서 네트워크 토폴로지 기반의 논리적인 연결 상태와 OS 및 SW의 취약점 등에 의존적인 특징을 가진다. 그러므로 사이버 전장의 상황인식을 위한 정보 분석은 지리적이거나 논리적인 특정 정보 분석으로는 제한적이며, 여러 도메인의 상황을 한 눈에 인식할 수 있는 형태로 정보가 제공되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 사이버 전장에서의 지휘통제를 위해 반드시 필요한 사이버작전 상황도 개발에 관한 연구를 기술한다. 특히 멀티레이어드 개념을 적용한 시각화 기술을 기반으로 지리정보를 비롯한 사이버 자산, 위협, 임무 등 상호 연관분석이 필요한 여러 계층의 정보를 상황도에서 직관적으로 도시할 수 있는 아키텍쳐를 제안한다. 본 연구를 통해 사이버작전 수행을 위해 필요한 지휘결심 지원 정보들이 도시요소로 표현되어, 복잡하고 이해하기 어려운 사이버 전장에서 지휘관이 신속하고 정확하게 지휘통제를 수행할 수 있도록 지원하는 상황도 구조를 제안한다.
고유전율의 BMT 기판을 이용한 소형 헤어핀 구조의 듀플렉서 설계

In this paper, a compact planar microwave duplexer on the high dielectric substrate is presented. As the Ba(Mg$\sub$1/3/Ta$\sub$2/3/)O$_3$(BMT) has good dielectric performances with a high dielectric constant of $\varepsilon$$\sub$r/=23, it is suitable to apply to a printed circuit board fur reducing its circuit size. The BMT substrate is fabricated by using a tape casting fabrication process, and circuit patterns are screen-printed on it by suing silver paste. The open-loop ring type duplexer is designed and implemented on the BMT substrate, and it achieves the smaller size by 80% than one on a commercial substrate($\varepsilon$$\sub$r/=6.15) without degenerating its performance. Therefore the proposed BMT substrate has provided the miniaturization of the duplexer, moreover it can make a contribution towards reducing the size of microwave passive circuits.

Enterprises are given a duty of contribution to society as they affect society a lot. Social enterprise which acts for social goal fit into this situation, so Korean government establish policy of rearing social enterprise and is trying to support. The paper has four parts; background of the reason why government rear policy, the concept of social enterprise and national situation of it, international social enterprise`s case, future of Korean social enterprise. The paper divide social enterprise into four; a form of providing work, a form of providing service, a form of mixture and the others. Also, author divide social enterprise into two; classified by organization`s shapes and classified by fields for explaining social enterprise efficiently. The paper is based on real cases.
일상활동평가-복합(Seoul-Instrumental Activities of Daily Living;S-IADL)의 신뢰도 및 타당도 연구

Objectives:Seoul-Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (S-IADL) was developed to assess elderly person’s instrumental everyday activities. This study aims to develop standardized IADL assessment scale and to confirm the reliability and validity of the S-IADL. Methods:The 336 controls were included in standardization study. Reliability and validity of S-IADL were tested by 72 Alzheimer’s disease patients and 72 controls matched to age, sex, and education. We also conducted Receiver Operating Characteristics curve for sensitivity and specificity of S-IADL. Results:Because of positively skewed distribution of S-IADL, standardization data were presented using 1SD and 2SD value. Internal consistency, test-retest reliability, and interrater reliability were statistically significant. Principal axis factoring analysis revealed two factors that accounted for 59.95% of the total variance, and second factor was items sensitive to sex (3.preparing food/cooking, 4.household chores). S-IADL was correlated significantly with other standardized cognitive measures, demonstrating good convergent validity. With a cut-off point of 8, the S-IADL had a sensitivity of 83.3% and specificity of 93.1% in the diagnosis of dementia. Also, with a 2SD standardized data, sensitivity was 81.9% and specificity was 93.1%. Conclusion:Our study showed that the S-IADL could be a reliable and valid tool for the assessment of functional disabilities of Korean dementia patients. Particularly, S-IADL had higher sensitivity and specificity than other IADL instruments, suggesting that it is useful to early detection of dementia

Full-duplex communication system can achieve two-fold rise in spectral efficiency compared to half-duplex. However, the consideration of inter-user interference (IUI) is necessary in order to realize the potential of full-duplex in multi-user cellular system. In this paper, we propose a power splitter-based sum-rate maximization scheme to compensate loss in downlink rate due to IUI and maximize sum-rate in full-duplex two-user cellular system.
