Purpose : This study was performed to identify the etiologic agents and antimicrobial susceptibility patterns of organisms responsible for bloodstream infections in pediatric cancer patients for guidance in empiric antimicrobial therapy. Methods : A 5-year retrospective study of pediatric hemato-oncologic patients with bacteremia in Seoul National University Children's Hospital, from 2006 to 2010 was conducted. Results : A total of 246 pathogens were isolated, of which 63.4% (n=156) were gram-negative, bacteria 34.6% (n=85) were gram-positive bacteria, and 2.0% (n=5) were fungi. The most common pathogens were Klebsiella spp. (n=61, 24.8%) followed by Escherichia coli (n=31, 12.6%), coagulase-negative staphylococci (n=23, 9.3%), and Staphylococcus aureus (n=22, 8.9 %). Resistance rates of gram-positive bacteria to penicillin, oxacillin, and vancomycin were 85.7%, 65.9%, and 9.5%, respectively. Resistance rates of gram-negative bacteria to cefotaxime, piperacillin/tazobactam, imipenem, gentamicin, and amikacin were 37.2%, 17.1%, 6.2%, 32.2%, and 13.7%, respectively. Overall fatality rate was 12.7%. Gram-negative bacteremia was more often associated with shock (48.4% vs. 11.9%, P<0.01) and had higher fatality rate than gram-positive bacteremia (12.1% vs. 3.0%, P=0.03). Neutropenic patients were more often associated with shock than non-neutropenic patients (39.6 % vs. 22.0%, P=0.04). Conclusion : This study revealed that gram-negative bacteria were still dominant organisms of bloodstream infections in children with hemato-oncologic diseases, and patients with gram-negative bacteremia showed fatal course more frequently than those with gram-positive bacteremia.

Seven finite element models were constructed in mandible having single screw-type implant fixture connected to the premolar superstructure, in order to evaluate how the length, diameter and platform shape of a screw-type fixture influence the stress in the supporting tissue around fixtures. Each finite element model was varied in terms of length, diameter, and platform shape of the fixture. In each model, 250N of vertical load was placed on the central pit of an occlusal plane and 250N of oblique load placed on the buccal cusp. The stress distribution in the supporting tissue and the other components was analysed using 2-dimensional finite element analysis and the maximum von Mises stress in each reference area was compared. Under lateral loading, the stress was larger at the abutment/fixture interface, and in the crestal bone, compared to the stress pattern under vertical loading. The amount of stress at the superstructure was similar regardless of the length, diameter and platform shape of a fixture. Around the longer fixture, the stress was decreased at the bone crest and subjacent cancellous bone and increased in the cancellous bone area apical to the fixture. Around the wider fixture, the stress was decreased at the abutment/fixture interface, and the bone crest and increased in the cancellous bone area apical to the fixture. Around the fixture having wider platform, less stress was produced at the abutment/fixture interface and the upper part of the cortical bone, compared to the fixture having standard platform. In conclusion, the stress distribution of the supporting tissue was affected by length, diameter, and platform shape of a fixture, and the fixture which was larger in diameter and length could reduce the stress in the supporting tissues at the bone-fixture interface and bone crest area.
초등학교 저학년 학습자를 위한 인공지능 교육프로그램 개발

Recently, various platforms and contents for artificial intelligence education have been developed, but artificial intelligence education programs for the lower grades of elementary school are insufficient. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to develop an artificial intelligence education program for learners in the lower grades of elementary school. It was designed using the Novel Engineering with various convergence education research cases for software education. After the first program was developed, it was verified by expert validity test, and the program was modified and developed accordingly. It was necessary to construct a program based on spoken language rather than written language in consideration of the level of learners in the lower grades in the process of acquiring Hangeul, and to secure the number of educational hours through integration between subjects. It is expected that this study can suggest a new direction for artificial intelligence education for elementary and lower grade learners.
방향족 산증식제 2-hydroxy-2'-tosyloxy Biphenyl의 레지스트 레진의 종류에 따른 효과에 관한 연구

We compared the effects of a representative aromatic acid amplifier, 2-hydroxy-2'-tosylory biphenyl, doped in poly(tort-butyl methacrylate) (PTBMA), poly (tetrahydropyranylmethacrylate) (pTHPMh) or poly[tert-butoxycarbonyloxystyrene) (pTBOCST) resin film as acid labile polymer in view of thermal stability and photosensitivity enhancement. The acid amplifier was stable up to 60 min in pTBMA and pTBOCST film and up to 10 min in pTHPMA film at $120^{\circ}C$. pTBMA and pTHPMA film doped with the acid amplifier showed 9 times and 3 times higher photosensitivity, respectively. But pTBOCST film showed a negligible photosensitivity enhancement. Photosensitivity enhancement and thermal stability of the acid amplifier were found to be affected by the resin.

A tire testbed experimental setup is established to investigate the contact phenomenon between tires and sand particles. Several laser sensors are used to capture road sinkage, and a torque sensor is employed to measure the reacting torque of a tire when it runs on a sandy road. LabVIEW is used for the signal processing of laser sensors and a torque sensor. A device like the repose angle test is developed to generate a sandy road regularly. The rolling characteristics of tires on a sandy road are compared with respect to the slip ratio. It should be noted that the braking motion has a deeper sinkage than that in the driving motion. This testbed can be used to predict the tire rolling characteristics under diverse road conditions.
朱熹의 『孟子集註』와 鄭齊斗의 『孟子說』의 '浩然章' 註釋 比較

본 연구는 朱熹의 『孟子集註』와 鄭齊斗의 『孟子說』의 주석 중 특히, 호연장 주석을 비교ㆍ분석하여 정제두의 맹자주석의 성격을 규명하고자 하였다. 근래의 鄭齊斗에 관한 연구는 그간에 미해결된 문제들을 재검토하거나 사상에 대해 세부적으로 논의하는 등, 그 폭과 깊이를 더하고 있다. 이러한 가운데에 경학 저술을 정제두 사상 연구의 보조 자료 만으로가 아닌 경학저술 자체로서 다룬 경우는 드물다. 晩年의 저술인 『四書』에 대한 註釋은 조선시대 경학사에 균형감각을 되찾아 줄 수 있는 하나의 독자적인 영역을 차지하고 있으며, 이러한 史的 위상이 아직 분명히 정립되지 못하였다고 생각된다. 이 주석들이 주자학과 양명학의 사이에서 그의 사상적 위치를 파악해 볼 수 있는 좋은 자료가 됨은 물론이다. 본고에서 다룰 『맹자설』에서 정제두는 주로 주희의 『집주』의 설의 오류를 지적하고 그에 대응하면서 주석을 하였다. 그러므로 『집주』와 『맹자설』에 대한 구체적으로 비교 고찰하여 정제두 주석의 의도와 성과를 확인하고자 한다. 朱熹의 ‘浩然章’ 주해는 養氣 공부를 第一義로 보지 않았던 二程의 생각을 계승하고 있다. 氣를 잘 기르는 것을 사람이 義를 실행할 때에 의심하거나 꺼리지 않고 용감하고 결단력 있게 해 주는 수단으로서 논한다. 이것은 ‘養氣’를 독립된 공부로 보지 않고 道義가 제대로 행해질 수 있도록 돕는 부수적인 일로 본 것이다. 정제두의 ‘浩然章’ 주해는 義를 모으는 것이 氣를 생성해 내는 근본이라고 하였고, 의와 기는 도움을 주고받는 별개의 개체가 아니라 합하여 하나로서 존재하는 것이라고 하였다. 氣가 良知의 보편성을 실행하는 구체적 재료라고 하여 중시하는 양명학적 입장에 있는 것이다. 정제두는 浩然之氣를 義와 합하여서 존재하는 도덕수양의 내재원천으로서 인식하고, 이를 발굴하고 보유ㆍ확충하여 끊임없이 흐르도록 하는 配義與道의 방법론에 주목하였다. 그리고 무엇보다도 朱熹가 모든 공부를 두 가지로 나누어 생각하는 것을 비판하고, 그러한 시각으로 인해 올바른 경전 주해를 할 수 없었다고 하였다. 『맹지설』은 학술을 밝히는 대안으로서 양명학설을 구체적으로 제시하고 그에 입각하여 논의를 전개한 저술이며, 그 가운데 ‘호연장’ 주석은 이러한 취지를 견지하여 서술한 『맹자설』의 핵심부분이라고 할 수 있을 것이다. This study was an attempt to discuss about Hakok Jungjedu's learning of Canonical Classics according to analysis and comparison about explanatory notes of『Mengzijizhu(孟子集說)』 by zhuxi(朱熹) and 『Mengzishuo(孟子說)』 By Jungjedu. specially 'Haoran(浩然)chapter'. Jungjedu related research is a development of the detailed discussion about his philosophy this year, but in learning of Canonical Classics it is still not enough in my opinion. The purpose of this research project is to complement Jungjedu related. research and also deduce the meaning of Jungjedu explanatory notes. As the work at the latter part of his life. His explanatory notes about 『The Four Books』are not only the evidence of his insisting on the philosophy of Yangming until his latter days, but also as the good study resource of his special ideological position, related analysis is very necessary. Since Jungjedu pointed out 『Jizhu(集註)』's mistakes and accordingly make explanatory notes, as the comparison and analysis of two explanatory notes this research can tell us the purpose and result of Jungjedu's explanatory notes. zhuxi succeeded Er Cheng(二程)'s thinking that didn't take serious view of Yangqi Gongfu(養氣工夫) in his 'Haoran(浩然)chapter' explanatory notes. According to their explanations, when people fulfillment justice with Qi(氣), they will not be doubt and reluctant, on the contrary they will do the things with courage and quick decision. It is not the independent study of Yangqi(養氣), but a consequent way to hel p practice Daoyi(道義) properly. To collect Yi(義) is the basement of forming Qi(氣) in Jungjedu's 'Haoran(浩然)Chapter' note. Yi(義) and Qi(氣) are not independent. Yi(義) and Qi(氣) are existing in one unit. Qi(氣) is a concrete resource to practice universality of intuitive ability to know right or wrong. This is also the standpoint of the philosophy of Yangming. In the opinion of Jungjedu, the vast flowing spirit(浩然之氣) together with Yi(義) is the internal origin of moral training. Therefore he paid attention to discover and develop it. constantly come up with Peiyiyudao(配義與道) as the methodology.

In this study, we analyzed the difference of preference by contents of analysis application items of smartphone application for infant education installed in Google market recently. This will provide objective information for the proper selection and utilization of smartphone applications for early childhood education. A descriptive statistical analysis was conducted to identify general trends in the content of smartphone applications for infant education. As a result, communication, nature inquiry, and art experience accounted for 93.3% of the five leisure activities. In addition, the contents of application name, developer, version, target age, size, review score, in-app purchase cost, and introductory content were all provided by analyzing the content difference of smartphone application according to preference. The number of downloads (number of downloads: 500,000) is ranked in order of nature inquiry, communication, physical exercise, and art experience, in the order of natural inquiry, art experience, communication, And C (downloading 100,000 people) was higher in order of communication, nature inquiry, social relation, and art experience. A and B occupied more than 50% of the natural inquiry area and C occupied more than 80% of the communication area. This means that the infant education smartphone applications currently being offered to infants should be designed to provide a balanced educational experience appropriate for the development of the infant, It is analyzed that there is a need to provide information for selecting educational applications suitable for interest and development
